En primer lugar, me cansé de hacerles pedidos por teléfono, contestaron el teléfono y me dijeron que esperara, esperé en la línea durante 15 minutos y no volvieron al teléfono, luego decidí hacer el pedido en línea y la entrega estaba prevista para 10 pm, que salió tarde, de todos modos la orden no llegó a las 10 pm Me cansé de llamar al restaurante y la línea no pasaba había pasado la hora de cierre que es las 11 pm y la comida aún no llegaba, finalmente a las 11: 35 pm llegó la comida, estaba asquerosamente fría, también dieron la hamburguesa INCORRECTA y encontramos un trozo de plástico en la hamburguesa, las patatas fritas estaban poco cocidas, en general, la peor experiencia de la historia definitivamente no lo recomendaría ¡MANTENERSE CLARO! !

Se olvidó de nuestro batido, así que tuve que conseguir que me lo quitara al salir. De lo contrario, personal amable y buen servicio al cliente. Estética / Atmósfera: 2. 5/5 El restaurante no es muy ordenado o espacioso. Se hizo un intento con la decoración, pero esto no se ha mantenido.

Asi que Pedimos las alas pegajosas, fideos kebab y fideos de pollo. Abrieron las cajas y fueron recibidos por alas que parecían recalentadas de la comida del supermercado. Y no bromeo, los fideos eran supernoodles con aproximadamente tres tiras de carne de kebab poco cocida. ¡No puedo creer que solo haya pagado 20 libras impares por supernoodles! Absolutamente repugnante servicio! Directamente en la papelera.

Pedimos mucha comida pero solo tengo una foto de las alas. Los fideos con piezas doner eran agradables y era barato con el lado y ensalada también. Las alas no eran tan bonitas como la última vez y sabían recalentadas.

Buena comida y gracias a Maz y al cheif por su servicio extra. Este lugar de hamburguesas es probablemente uno de los mejores en los que he estado recientemente. Vendré otra vez por la jugosa lucy. Gracias.

Went after someone recommended. Was very impressed. Burgers and steak was worth the money. Located in Bethnal Green lots of parking space.

Been to this with friends a couple of times, and the service is absolutely poor. I ordered a some takeaway which took ages to make even though I placed the order 20-30 minutes before I got there, had waited another 30 minutes there. Once I got home the cheese in the burger was cooked the plastic wrap on, I was furious. I called to complain, they said that they are sorry and hung up. They didn't even care.

Nice food, decent price. Proper gourmet burgers, better then any other place. would recomend to family and friends any day.

We went here twice. On the first visit we ordered mixed noodles, chops with mash and ribs with fries and chicken steak in mushroom sauce with fries. The service was good and he was happy to help. When the food came it was fresh and very tasty full of flavour. Ribs portion was very big and worth the money. However when we went back the second time ribs tasted weird, noodles lacked so much flavour and was greasy. Was very disappointed. Haven't been back since as it seems like a hit and miss. Places like this should provide same quality of food all the time. There shouldn't be any excuses.

Eine Freundin und ich wollten einen leckeren Cocktail trinken. Lecker war, nur leider für seine 8£ sehr klein :-( ziemlich enttäuschend. Gegessen haben wir nichts

Came here with high expectations but so little was delivered. Had the mix grill none of the food was fresh seemed re heated and had no taste and a strange smell. Will definitely not be returning.

Shake my head, chefs day off? Then who the heck is making the food? , I tell you who is making the food, stevie wonder, cos whoever made the(small) pile of "food" almost definitely is blind or plain stupid, feel sorry for the boys who tagged along, they were, let's just say, very unwell for days. Promised much, delivered very little

Dont trust these cowboys. Ive been a regular customer for the year ordering at least once a week and today they promised a 1 hour delivery. I called 1 hr later, and ten mins every time after where i received a different excuse "driver just left" "5 more mins". 1 hr and 45 mins later i said if it doesn't turn up in 10 mins ill expect it for free or at least with a heavy discount, got a call back after 1 min saying they will not deliver. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I'd hate to know how they treat new ones!

Service - a joke lol, there's a waiter who doesn't know any customer service and avoids eye contact and hides away if he can but we still received what we wanted. He just needs to learn some people skills Also they need to talk quieter upstairs as they should know that we can hear them downstairs. Food - very good portions as well as price! The wings for starters were tasty, not gourmet as everyone says but still tasty. Wings and a side for £4! You can't go wrong. The hot dog is a no no - I don't recommend it, the bun was poor quality and it was fake cheese and the gherkins inside didn't taste nice. The chicken steak was okay, they serve it sizzling so it tasted a bit smokey but it was chewy and could do with some sauce. The kids enjoyed the burgers. The sides are generous too. The bad thing about the menu is that it shows you can get 'condiments' with it. For example tinsletown when they give you an extra dip, but there are no condiments here, they're all on the table lol. As in it's not an extra condiment that comes with your meal. They've put it on the menu to look like it is extra with your food. Atmosphere - it's gloomy. We were the only people there and the tables were not cleared from the last people that visited. The tables were sticky too so we asked them to wipe it and they did. Price - decent! They even have a lunch menu that starts from £3.90! A bargain But overall I wasn't expecting much from this restaurant but it was actually good and I would definitely return. I don't think a lot of people eat in but they do get a lot of orders via hungry house and deliveroo and stuff

I love this place wether eating in or getting a takeaway you can also sit in to eat no reservation needed , you can choose from chicken to burgers it also has spicy rice it's all freshly cooked

I went there 1st time food and service was great, as we where the only people there. I went back 2nd time with my friend service was soooo poor! Our main came but no drinks or knife and fork. Waited 20min for it to be given.....stil waiting for our starter, came after we finished our main. I once did home delivery from justeat food came within 10minutes! Overall food is really nice!! Love the fully loaded burger.

The restaurant sitting arrangement not to our liking, not family friendly. Had to got down some steep steps to get to seating and once there it wasn't pleasant. The table was sticky and sitting was hard, we almost left but had to try as it was recommended by friends and family. Ordered some homemade "gourmet" burgers which were nice and tasty, quite average but they weren't at all gourmet. Had a mixed grill which was ok. Some of the meat was spiced, like Indian spices which doesn't go well with America style BBQ meats. The loaded fries were good but could've had more toppings on it. Overall quite average but the prices reflects this.

Saludable y lleno de proteínas cocinadas con salsas de barbacoa. Altamente recomendado para los aficionados de pesas y gimnasio fiestera!!!

Deben probar, volveremos muy pronto. Probablemente el mejor lugar gourmet en aldeas poco torre, los precios son muy competitivos y la calidad de la comida mucho mejor que algunas tiendas locales. Sigan con el buen trabajo.

The Juicy Lucy and chilli con carne chips is the best food that they sell. I have tried the other food items and it didn't compare to some other places. Having said that, I will still go back for the juicy Lucy.
