Just awful, cold, reheated, greasy, four prawns in a prawn curry. The worst take away I have ever ordered.

Ordered sweet n sour tofu, mushroom chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken satay. It came early and was delicious. Will order from here again. Thank you, Anne Wheeler

NUNCA volverá a ordenar de ellos, confían en las personas que lo hacen por primera vez.

Pedido a través de la aplicación Just Eat después de ver un anuncio del restaurante y también críticas decentes en la aplicación, pero fueron lo único bueno de esta experiencia. Casi 2 horas más tarde y aún sin comida para llevar, marcaron que se había entregado, lo que significaba que Just Eat dudaba en reembolsar. Colgué dos veces cuando llamé. Promesas de entrega dentro de los 5 minutos más y nunca cumplir dicha promesa. Estoy muy decepcionado con este servicio y no lo recomendaría aunque me pagaran. Si quieres comida, ve a otro lado!

Ok, no es incomible, pero cielos, es una comida insípida y de baja calidad. Sorprendido de lo insípido que es. Incluso los fideos de Singapur y la salsa de curry carecían de sabor. Me he mejorado y no soy chef. Nunca ordenaré de nuevo. No puedo expresar lo suficiente - sosa! También puede haber hervido fideos llanos.

Don’t get me wrong, if you find a dish you enjoy at this take away- it will never disappoint. I have been ordering take away here for years- the dishes I order are very tasty and the portions are fair. Having been back there this week, I learnt that they had raised their prices (again)! I always had a spare fiver when I walked past this place , then when prices went up last year I always found a few extra coins- but now a very basic noodle dish is nearly £7... I think they may have priced themselves out of the impulse takeaway market... they certainly have for me.

Ordered the Chicken Chow Mien and Sweet and Sour Chicken. There were maybe a few shreds of chicken in what looked like those cheap short spaghetti noodles, the chicken was frozen in the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, and the price was outrageously high for this grave lack of quality. I see that there have been several reviews stating the same, I wish I'd checked first. I also wish the restaurant would read them as it appears they do not, or they don't care.

The food was Effin vile tasted nothing like beef fried rice,it had a weird taste of chemicals that’s the only I could describe it. The crispy beef dish was inedible overall it was a waste of money and time I can’t understand how there calling this vile food authentic Chinese food it’s a sham 🤔🤬🤬🤬

Pedí pollo tailandés, pad y salsa satay de pollo satay. La comida era asquerosa y sabía nada como se supone que. El pollo satay era sosa y la salsa extra pedí estaban aguados y sin sabor. El pan de gambas que obtuvimos con nuestra orden literalmente sabía a plástico. Ojalá hubiera leído las críticas antes de ordenar.

Ordered from Hungry House. Crispy Duck slimy, pancakes like poppadums instead of soft for rolling, prawn toast hard & cold. Whole meal ruined. Hungry House basically couldn’t care, called us liars, restaurant offered to redelivered two items at 11.30pm! Refused so offered £5 refund! Fought hard and got £10. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid! Hungry House said nothing we can do. What great customer service! NOT!

Got all the expected oriental dishes plus a few others out of the ordinary. Overall above average and reasonably priced. Very quick delivery. Love the cardboard house shaped delivery box although I do wonder what impact it has on the environment but better than a plastic bag I imagine.

I went to the restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was tasty, but too much sugar in the dishes for me. Otherwise happy with the meal.

I regularly order from here and tonight I was left very disappointed. I ordered through hungry house and the take away was half an hour late from the delivery time which was already an hour. I received my order and it was cold and they forget to put the drink in I ordered. I ordered duck and it was very dry and had hardly any sauce. Hungry house spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do, very bad customer service. I had to ask for the drink to be refunded. Will not be coming here again!!

Never heard of this place before so was a bit worried as I prefer my local but it was closed, ordered trough just eat was presently surprised we all enjoyed the food and delivery was on time We ordered the beef in black bean sauce, Thai style lamb, Kung po chicken, shredded duck, prawn toast, chicken satay, mini Spring rolls and sea weed I enjoyed everything, but I think the duck was a bit dry

Food came in about 20 mins which is amazing! They added in free prawn crackers and a sweet chilli sauce which was a nice touch even though my order was less than £15. The food was very tasty and portion was generous. A very satisfied customer!

This is my first time order takeaway in Jasmine Garden. The food comes fast and before the estimated time. The dishes are overall good but just disappointed at the steamed rice which is dry. However, i think i will still choose this restaurant another time!

Very rude delivery boy. Rang my buzzer and told me that he couldn't come up as he didn't want to leave his little boys moped. I explained to him that he needs to come to my door on the first floor as I ordered home delivery and expect home delivery. I also just came out the shower. Delivery boy still refused to come up and when he eventually did come up he was huffing and puffing. I just came out the shower and was in my boxers only so as the delivery boy was going down back the stairs he started swearing and ran.

BAD. Crispy duck so crispy was like eating bones. Soup was so sweet it was like having custard. Kung Po...well you get the idea. Terrible.

I got a call saying the delivery man couldn't find my address using his Satnav and car, despite having a several takeaways from other Just Eat restaurants in the past few weeks with no trouble at all. And this restaurant is pretty close to me, so not quite sure what the problem was? But that's ok, I understand these things can happen so gave a postcode of a nearby pub to see if that would help. Walked 5 minutes from my house and waited for a long time outside before the delivery man arrived on foot... no idea where the car and Satnav were by now????? Then was asked for a fee 5 pounds less than my order which worried me... so asked to check the receipt and saw they'd missed off one of the main courses. I don't usually complain or write bad reviews, but just wanted to help others avoid such a bad experience!

Hello, I'm wondering how to make sure that EVERYONE KNOWS that you offer the worst service possible? You are a despicable brand that cheat people out of there money, otherwise known as scum. Can I please talk with senior management about how pathetic and useless your customer service is? I have still not received my dinner which I paid 20 pound for which I still haven't received 5 HOURS AFTER ORDERING. You are possibly the most pathetic organisation going. MAKE THIS BETTER!!!!!!!

Wouldn't bother - left comments on order regarding delivery instructions and the driver wasn't even given these, which led to food being delivered almost 2 hours after order. Food was luke warm and soggy. Try somewhere else.

The food was mostly good (although the pad Thai was super spicy) however the delivery stated 50 minutes, was then hanged to 1hr 10mins, then the driver couldn't find our address as the wrong address had been written on the order. So when it eventually arrived we were ravenous and the food was mostly cold. Not ideal but the food itself was ok - sort your service out!

I have ordered from Jasmine garden many times, and although it does usually take an hour to arrive, the food is generally great and still hot. HOWEVER This order took 3 HOURS to arrive and was stone cold. After calling multiple times the order eventually arrived after 3 hours. After we received the food the delivery driver called my number and started shouting at me down the phone because I had complained. Stated he had been outside for the last half an hour. Which was a lie (we had been checking outside every ten minutes we were so hungry!) I will not be going back to jasmine garden after this experience the service the timing and the food was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.

OMG! I stood in the wind waiting for the delivery man above 20 mins and I have not received my meal until now! Strangely, my order was completed. That's the one bad experience using Just East

Never again. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service of Jasmine Gardens. I waited for my food for an hour and a half, the woman I spoke to on the phone several times was less than friendly, kept arguing with me and I could hear her speaking to the driver, mimicking what I had told her. I asked for a refund, as, having waited an hour and a half, I had had enough. She said she would not do a refund as the driver was right outside the door, which he wasn't, and because I refused to give instructions to the driver! I had just finished explaining that the driver just needed to cross the road. As soon as she heard me say the driver had actually arrived, she hung up. Yes. Hung up. I got my food, it was lukewarm at best, so had to reheat before it was edible. We have ordered from there quite regularly, but not after this. Even if the delivery times improve, I would never risk it again purely for the customer service person on the other end of the phone.

Pathetic delivery service, no professional response from the takeaway desk over phone, order my food more than an hour ago and not sure if i will ever receive it. Bad restaurant, will never try again.

The fried food was good, but anything with sauce was pretty bad, curry sauce was simply curry powder, the sweet and sour was just coloured vinegar (worse than the average I mean lol). Not a good experience, won't order from here again.

Food was good. Delivery was abysmal. It took over an hour and a half and the delivery driver had the nerve to have a bit of a go at me for not answering my phone straightaway (because I was on the phone to the restaurant finding out what had happened to the food!). I won't order from these guys again purely due to the late and rude delivery.

The only issue is that it takes 45ish minutes to arrive, which although pretty standard, the food is so good you wish it would arrive instantaneously!

We had to wait for our food over 2.5 hours. No one had a courtesy to call and explain. After making about 5 separate calls to check status no explanation was given apart from reassurance that food is on the way. Furthermore delivery driver was given wrong address by the dispatch people. A TOTAL MESS! Food arrived cold!? B

This pathetic excuse of a takeaway. Firstly the food arrived 2 hours after placing an order. The food was ok at best, the cantonese chicken was so tough. Will never order again. Where are the utensils? Idiots.

Food wasn't bad, however delivery time was diabolical. After waiting an hour after expected delivery time (an hour after I ordered) I rang up to be told my order would be 20 mins. After another 50 minutes my order finally arrived. Had this not been through just eat I would have refused to pay or requested a discount.

Ordered Beef chow mein and spare ribs, I ordered at 8:15 pm, and expected time to be delivered was 9:05pm, that time had then been extended to 9:35pm. By 10:00pm I still had not received my food and called up, the woman on the other side put me on hold for 5 mins and then hung up on me without saying a word! I called again and another woman picked up and apologised, and believe it or not, she said my food hadn't even been cooked yet and will take another ONE HOUR! Spare ribs were meant to be in bbq sauce, came in an oily sour sauce which was horrible. The chow mein was decent. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.
