The WORST possible service ever and to give it a 1/5 is not worth that. I ordered online for food to be delivered for 18:15 it came an hour late and the staff had the AUDACITY to argue with me. They even delivered an item wrong. Numerous time we had to call them. And all we got was a half hearted apology, and NO refund. They asked for a second chance and that they would give us 50% off our next order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM HERE.

We needed a local venue to hold a wake for 40 people and The Cuckfield did a fantastic job. We went for the gold buffet and the food was outstanding, it just kept coming out of the kitchen hot and fresh. Everyone was so impressed not just with the food but with the warm welcome from the entire team. We were also lucky with the weather and after a while were able to sit in the fabulous garden. Lawrence in particular was extremely helpful and attentive ensuring everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend using the beautiful conservatory for an event and would like to express my thanks to Lawrence and the team for making our guests feel welcome and looked after.

5 estrellas Tuve una experiencia fantástica en GAIL’s Bakery en Wanstead. El ambiente es cálido y acogedor, y el personal es siempre amable y atento. La bollería y el pan están recién horneados y absolutamente deliciosos. Es un lugar perfecto para un coffee break o un brunch ligero. Muy recomendable a cualquiera en la zona!

Customer service is amazing and the delivery is always on time

Amazing, and friendly staff, as always! But what’s the deal with the tiny baby sized bar snacks? Those ramekins are good for two things, rationing out ketchup - and amusing chihuahua helmets. *I will make it clear that the Photo was taken after two ravenous dips

Dont make the mistake of ordering pizza from this branch. They delivered cold pizza twice and provide awful customer service. The staff lie.
