The best restaurants in Newbury Redbridge London

The restaurant was across the road from our hotel. Having been to Romania more than onece, I was happy to have a chance to eat at a Romanian resturant. It did not disappoint. The breade was wonderful and the beef soup was nothing short of spectacular. Add in excellent service and it was an excellent evening.

Amazing staff and love food there

Never tried Kibbeling before and was pleasantly surprised. The owner only fries the fish fresh ie doesn’t keep it pre-made. The batter was light & not over crisp & didn’t feel greasy at all. I liked that they use actual bits of fish (not processed). It’s served with authentic Dutch tartare sauce which was lovely. The portion size was huge & we went for a meal deal (chips & drink) for £1 extra. We couldn’t finish the chips because we were really full from the Kibbeling. The service was really good and the food was amazing. Highly recommend if you want to try something different.

I'm having food from here for the last 1 year. I have never found any complaint. He makes food fresh and healthy. I saw lots of TFL drivers are coming here for their food. He provides you with good customer service.he also makes food of your own choice, and he didn't charge for any add ons.

The wings was not fried properly, not sure was they in a rush or something else but for the price paid I was waiting something better

This is a great expense, one that could be tried by anyone. There are some great choices available for starters, soups or mains and desserts, this place truly has something for everyone. From the outside it looks like a hotel lobby restaurant or something you'd find in central London. Inside is a nice looking banquet hall. The food is delicious and consistent, I've had 3 courses that I was equally pleased and impressed by. My favourite was ciorbă de burtă (tripe soup), although the sarmale (stuffed cabbage) was also really tasty. Don't forget about papanași (doughnuts?). 9/10 would go again, thoroughly recommended.

Food tasted great and was super quick but the best part was the staff who were so kind and helpful.

my last vist was good and i was looking forward to eating the chesseburger pizza again disappointed with stingy amount of mince meat placed on the pizza there was a couple of slices with no mince meat! It was the young guys who made the pizza urgh stingy amount of mince meat The older lot are generous with the mince mince I will call up next time to find out who working

Nice little lounge that serves good sheesha. Owner is lovely and always available to help. Loads of TVs around too with sports and music playing.

not bad just not good, food wasn't entirely fresh and that's to do with the bikers being on bikes not motorcycles. got nothing against them but they really make the food cold and it's quite annoying. 5/10 experience as was quite expensive too
