The restaurant was across the road from our hotel. Having been to Romania more than onece, I was happy to have a chance to eat at a Romanian resturant. It did not disappoint. The breade was wonderful and the beef soup was nothing short of spectacular. Add in excellent service and it was an excellent evening.

We phoned to try to see if they were open as from our hotel across the road we were not sure. Unfortunately the person who answered did not seem to understand or hear what I was saying. We decided to take a short walk via an underpass and the restaurant was open which looked really nice and very clean. We were shown to a table and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Our food came and was really tasty and both meals were good size portions.

Been to Oasis before,couple of parties few years back and the food was good so we decided to book one of the venues for my daughter's Christening. As we where here we decided to have something to eat and it was amazing,really didn't have something that good in a while,it was the pork 'ambasador'..really good..definatly coming here again

I was here for a birthday with some friends and i enjoyed. It is a very clean restaurant with a nice interior perfect for parties. The food was delicious and well presented.I would definitely be back for a nice meal with my Romanians friends...

I booked this place for 7.30 on the 11th January. online. There were no issues doing this. So imagine my surprise when I turn up and the place is closed. I then get an email late into the night saying ur closed for refurbishment until the 19th January . If you were closed for refurbishment you should have at least put a note about this. Instead of wasting people's valuable time. You have lost a customer who has been coming here for years and u have ruined my birthday.

23A the BroadwayBest turkish restaurant by far in London, better than Capital in Wood Green (which was my No.1)z Chicken shish is very tender. Lamb kofta is delicious. Overall quite presentable with comfortable seating

27 High StreetFinally a decent Turkish restaurant in Wanstead. Don’t waste your time driving, this is the real deal. Great Lahmacun and Kebab with amazing staff and service. Long may Gezi Park stay in Wanstead. Can’t recommend them enough

104 Tanners LaneGood food, nice atmosphere (can get busy at times but it's a good café). Service is good, pricing is a bit more than a greasy spoon doing the same food but this is just nicer and classier. *Edit - a year from my first review, Prices have definitely shot up and the portions have become smaller... I recognise that things have gone up but when I can get a good quality 12 item full English for almost £5 less just a few minutes away, I can't justify recommending café 104 any more as a solid choice.*
