I have an allergy to onions, requested for none in my burger and they still put it in the burger.

Superb food. I ordered a Big bite XL. The burger was absolutely amazing and the chicken wings were loaded with seasoning and sauce. The whole chicken was really outstanding and the rice completed it for me. The only thing I would say that was a negative was that when I opened the bag, half of the rice fell out the box but despite that, it was perfect. The bag came stapled and the delivery driver was very kind I recommend this place 100%.

Revising my review after I ordered today and was shocked at the portion size. Absolutely disgusting to scam people in the month of Ramadan. I ordered 6 donners and what these guys did was give the portion size on the lids of the containers (the thinner side) instead of the deep part for the actual food. The portion size was absolutely pathetic and especially disappointed as we put it was for iftar. Shameful service.

I waited for ages for just 15 wings, still BABY wings, absolutely tiny. The guy was nice but thats all there was to the place. The box had no paper which is used to catch the oil in the box and i attempted to eat this in my car, bit of the breading was falling throught the box as it was falling apart from the oil it absorbed. Thanks.

Myself and Kids take away spit! Superb value for money and hard working guys can’t do enough so service is exceptional. The Boxes are super value for money I also love their Big Stack Double burgers - defo recommended

A hidden gem! On the outside it looks like your standard takeaway but the food itself is so much more than that! Masala fries were especially amazing and the Naga sauce was very unique and spicy Shout out to Ibrahim - the worker at the time of our visit - he was very polite and helpful and would make sure we had everything we needed, he totally deserves a raise or a promotion! 100% recommend!

Grabbed a half chicken peri and chips to share and eat at home. Chicken was well cooked, moist and flavoured. Chips was cooked well too, however I asked for peri chips that didn’t seem to have any peri salt - that was a shame. Decent place to grab a quick takeaway in the local area.

Amazing food, always arrives hot when I order through UberEats. Staff have always been able to make sure my needs are met (especially with the extra garlic sauce every now and then)! :)

Terrible food. Had a double "smash" burger and 4 naga wings. The burger wasn't very nice. Dry and tastless patties. Tiny portion of chips and a can of drink come as a meal deal for £2 extra. The sauce on the wings was nice but again a huge let down with very fatty wings.

Nice place with lots of options to eat, burgers, chicken , wings , wraps , also many diferent drinks and deserts. Next time gonna try the milkshake as well 🙂

Went it and tried both beef and chicken burgers as well as the donar. And surprised to say the food tasted amazing, it was fresh the service was quick and amazing,and I feel this is one of the BEST BURGER PLACES IN LONDON. And to add on as a bonus the prices were actually decent!!! It’s a MUST TRY for burger enthusiast.

It's a shame about the location would of been better if it wasn't on the main road with no parking, tucked away where you can't see it, it's shame, this place hits the spot everytime, when they get the order right and done miss anything.

I am a big burger eater and need to give a shout out to best places in east london to enjoy them buns. Unfortunately many terrible places such as loaded with nothing in ilford ... but this place uses authentic angus as I can tell from the taste and this is a authentic review 👌

had a nice walk and talk with a friend around the area and sat in the little burger place for a late lunch. the food was well prepared and taste was good. i am looking forward to coming back again really soon.

Food is nice, but food is never ready to collect in the given time. It’s seems like they wait for you to turn up first before they begin making the food. So if you’ve been told to collect in 20 mins, be prepared to wait another 20 on arrival.

Change in menu has made the smash burger a pitiful.. Been here many time and their smahs burger were amazing using good ingredients and brioche buns like you meant to. However, since the update of their menu they used a normal powrded bun for their smash burger which just ruined taste completely, so unfortunate hopefully they'll revise it soo to back what it was! FYI their naga sauce is hot and tasty,

Ordered their quarter pounder, double cheese burger and single cheese burgers. Very dry and bland taste and the buns for the burgers are extremely thick and all you can taste really!…..cannot taste the patty due to the thickness of the buns. Why?…..cost cutting over quality. Will not be going back there again

The food here is great. However, today I had a poor experience. The server was very unwelcoming. He told me that there were sauces in the bag but there were none. Even after I asked him if he was sure.

Hygiene was disgraceful. No gloves using both hands and charged me for a meal but didn’t give me a meal they don’t understand English and no apologises for making the mistake I wouldn’t recommend coming or eating here. Once again it was terrible service.

Phoned through an order for a pick up tonight. Told me 10mins. It took 40minutes so not a great start. But the food was amazing. Bought the £12.99 box meal. Lamb Doner excellent. Smash burger very good. Wings really great quality and taste. Love the nacho cheese sauce on the tikka. And the all the dips taste amazing but the mango sauce is very special.

Took about 15 min for my burger to be ready but man it was worth the wait . One of the best beef burgers i ever had . I had the big bite double smash . Delicious :) yummy . Would recommend

Went in and ordered at the shop for takeaway. First people to arrive last people to get the order. Took longer than 40 minutes to get 3 boxed meals. Not really fast food. Not sure what the order they make the food. Delivery and phone orders get priority. Even if I ordered eat in it wouldn't take that long. The 411 drink tastes like petrol. The burger bun is nice. Not a big fan of the spicy doner meat, too spicy. Mango Wings was nice. Fries soggy and cold. Would not order again due to the length of time it took. It is a shame, this is the second time I ordered from here. First time it took 15 minutes to make 1 box. Maybe you should consider removing items from your box to make it quicker. Not very efficient.

Ordered the double smash burger meal and peri peri grill meal. The burger was so tasty along with the chicken pieces. Rice is spicy as it says which i really liked but wife and kids found too spicy. Will definately visit again.

Smash burger and donors are good. They have stopped serving sauces with grilled chicken I think as now Full peri peri chicken is not served with any sauce (except the one which was put on chicken during cooking) and you might need to buy some sauces to have it with chicken, though sauces are not expensive but ruin the experience.

Ordered grilled wings, lamb donner, loaded chips and a slam burger. The wings and loaded chips were really good. Algerian sauce is one of my favourite sauces and they drown the chips in it! Burger was a little bland but other than that it was really good

I have just dined indoors at Big Bite on the Eastern Avenue in Ilford, Essex. I ordered the double smashed big bite burger and was hugely impressed by the quality of the meat, the clean flavour of the accompanying salad and the overall confidence in the cooking. Bravo to the team of Big Bite. For a newly opened establishment, I'm sure you will have a long lasting and successful future serving the good people of Ilford and beyond!

Tried the big bite box - smash burger, done, wings, cheesy chips, salad and drink. Quite liked the burger and the sauces that came with the box. Rest was decent, nothing extraordinary.

I ordered a quarter pounder from Deliveroo and I was very disappointed. I am lactose intollerant and I did not expect the burger to come with cheese, unless I specifically asked for it. Also the burger came with a very spicy sauce, which again, was not mentioned on the menu. The food quality is not bad, but they should not assume that everyone likes cheese on their meat or spicy food. For this reason alone, I will give it 3 stars.

Stopped here for a quick takeaway, didn't know this was here. Prices are very cheap but the quality of burgers are phenomenal, very tasty. Staff where very polite and professional. Parking at front of you find a spot. They had limited tables would be a good idea if they put a couple of tables at front of outlet. Would be 5 stars only because I had to wait 10mins plus for a couple of burgers and chips, but I think it was busy period when I went in.

The Angus Smash burger is one of the tastiest burgers I have ever had and staff are very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended

Absolutely fantastik shop, had the smash burger meal and it was big and juicy, so many flavours and the mango and chilli sauce feels better than sex, if you can handle spice try the chilli sauce 🥵🥵. Staff was very nice and helpful and would defo come again.

Hands down the best double cheese burger and fries I've had in Ilford/redbridge area! Piping hot with nice sauce/onion ratio. Fries were cooked to perfection. We tried this place earlier this year in ramadhan for iftar and it wasn't all that but I can put that down to staff being overwhelmed with orders.

The service was amazing the staff are ever so friendly, the food is banging, love all the burger options soo tasty one of the best burgers I've tasted full of flavour, the grilled chicken is banging full of flavors

I went in here today but I was scared to buy food because I am new to the area and the last food place I got food from in the area, the chicken was uncooked I asked the man in bigbite if there food was cooked properly and explained the reasons for my question he assured me I would enjoy the food and won't get sick so I took his word and ordered mixed donar with pitta bread I have to say what a good decision I made as the food is sooo nice and very flavourable and very well presented so thank you so much I will definitely be back I also would like to comment on the customer service I received as it was brilliant so again thank you see u again soon ♥️

The customer service was terrible there is some sort of glitch on ubereats it asks for you to select two things. So I selected two drinks. Which I had done numerous time before. The first time we ordered we only picked one drink and they gave us two so we (rightly so) assumed that we need to be picking two drinks when we order as it states on the app. This time I got a call from the shop saying that by choosing the two drinks in the past I’ve stolen the drinks from them and he basically accused us of theft and they came for my character to quote “so you’re okay with the fact that you’ve been getting free drinks and said nothing” & “you’re ordering things you’re not paying for” even though we had no idea that this is what was happening we were just following what the app told us to do and our experiences in the past. It was clearly an issue on Uber eats side or even the way that the business has set up the menu on the Ubereats app. I was berated and accused by a employee which is deplorable behaviour for a business. It’s only when I called back after being hung up on that another employee (possibly the manager or owner) apologised and honoured the order. This was ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL behaviour. I will NEVER order from them again after being such loyal customers, I am truly disgusted. My character was assassinated by a member of staff and I was berated over the phone for an error that wasn’t my fault.

Today I went to the incredible @big_bite_official in #newburypark #ilford #essex. I was kindly gifted their loaded box which contained Naga donor, loaded fries, A special Smash Burger, Fresh Salad, Mango Chicken Wings, a Buttermilk Chicken Burger & a bottle of @411beverages Peach & Pineapple Flavour. @big_bite_official loaded box was just unbelievable it literally had every single thing on their menu you could wish for, inside it ! Their smash burger was absolutely delicious it had a very tasty beef patty inside it full of salad and lots of gorgeous Mayo and it was lovely and messy just how I love a burger to be but the flavours were perfect and there was lots of sauce - not a dry burger at all 😋 the loaded fries were lovely they were covered in lots of sauce, jalapeños, and chicken and had the most gorgeous asian flavourings to them as did the donor too which is made with their own recipe ! @big_bite_official actually use their own sauces and flavourings made in store and everything is made with their secret recipe. Their mango chicken wings were stunning, so lovely and sweet with a mild mango sauce over them. The chicken was very fresh and literally fell off of the bone. The loaded box was just humongous and properly filled me up which is hard 🤣🤣 although I did manage their incredible buttermilk chicken burger too which was out of this world and most of you know how much I adore a #buttermilkchicken burger 🤣 @big_bite_official told me their buttermilk chicken is made in store and actually comes from a halal farm in Walsall ! And you can really tell how amazing the meat is for sure !!! After today I can actually see why they are so so busy with queues out the door and the phone ringing nonstop. They truly are unreal ! Big Bite is one of the most fantastic takeaway of east London from there fantastic mild mango wings to the tounge-destroying spicy naga wings.but also they have the wonderful selection of burgers from the magnificent smash burger for meat lovers or the scrumptious big chick and buttermilk chicken for chicken lovers.Side dishes are amazing from the amazing masala chips to the great loaded chips speaking of loaded the loaded box is the perfect mix with the smash burger,chips and naga done kebab.overall this is one of the best food spots in London.

We ordered most of the menu today and all I can say is that I'm impressed. Their Smash burgers are on point and their loaded fries are delish! Their shatkora doner is flavoursome aswell as their naga doner. Their wings collection is very adequate from mild mango wings to spicy naga wings. Overall, their menu is amazing and service is great! The service of Bite is immaculate, it is a very welcoming food shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They served me with a great smile and I was pleased with the customer service I'd received. The food is also very good, full of flavor I ordered the buttermilk chicken and double cheeseburger and they were up to standard can't wait to go back and try the other items on the menu.
