Morley's Fried Chicken in Redbridge

Driver went to wrong address so i had to follow him on the map to get to him

Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered from Just eat, and driver couldn’t find the address so turned back and not deleted! Call the restaurant and they could not care less!! Never again !!!

Food never arrived!!! Called the restaurant and they advised they were really busy , nothing they could do and hang up the phone!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Absolutely idiots !!

Good but they forgot o pack my drink. Maybe out the drink in the same bag? So the delivery drivers don’t forget to deliver it

First time I ordered today. Ordered the strip burger with 2 wings, bbq wings and 1 pc chicken and chips. Ordered ice cream with a cone. Food was really good. The spicy wings were beautiful and the bbq wings are actual sticky bbq not bbq sauce meant to have with chips. This will be our new spot for fried wings. The wings remind me of wings I grew up eating in Wembley. We regularly go to Wembley and always stop off at a particular shop there . I won't need to anymore now that I have discovered this place. The ice cream on the cone was £1.29. Exactly the same as the £2.50 ice creams we buy from the ice cream van. The lady serving us was not rude at all. She was very attentive when it comes to how long the food took as there was a slight delay. She updated me as well in between as I had to wait for fresh strips. The constructive criticism I would give is she could be a more positive in her approach and smile more. This makes a huge difference. The man that served my ice creams would be better suited to be front facing. I run a restaurant and these things make a huge difference with customers. Overall a very good experience. I will be a regular here.

Fried chicken wings have that original taste from the 2000s-2010s with a good crunch and a nicely seasoned slightly spicy batter. Cooked to perfection, consistent and excellent value for money. Burger fillet was well cooked and the mayo isn't cheap tasting or watered down compared to other fried chicken spots. It's a Morley's that tastes like a Morley's, nothing more, nothing less. Seating areas just need to be a bit cleaner

original delivery slot was 7.30. Food was delivered at 8.15, we had guests waiting for the food and it was very inconvenient experience

Food was very dry, rather stingy with the sauces and you weren’t even able to add them to your box of food. Instead you were told to take small pots per meal. Didn’t taste like the other Morley’s. Probably wouldn’t go again.

I am calling them for make a order for more than 20 minutes no one picking the phone and when it is picked they told me they need 30 minutes to make a chicken grill!!! Still someone can tell me it’s a reasonable time to making such. Also when i tried to make order through Uber eat’s from their restaurant its not showing any grill , but its only possible physically or phone call !!! So how it is come !!!

Gone downhill big time haven’t ordered for a while gave another chance. Got two meals forgot one chips and they was cold. Used to be the best chicken shop.

Ordered Morley’s at around 3.50pm and arrived at 4.10pm, very quick delivery! The food was very good the chicken fillet was big and the wings were probably the best I had! I would recommend this to a friend!!! 😋😋 The chips were good aswell.

My food arrived 1;30 hours late. I called the restaurant some 45mins after ordering and they said ‘driver left long time ago’ but the app was showing ‘food being prepared’. When I told him this, he said ‘we will make it now for you’. Food arrived frozen cold and the driver said he took long because he went to a separate order first and waited 20mins for customer to open door. Outrageous poor service from both the restaurant and Just Eat delivery service.

£16 order didn’t come with any sauce. That’s a cardinal sin for a chicken shop in east London.

Their boneless box was so good and i tried their milkshake 4 months ago it was so delicious but it was expensive cost me £4.99 for a large milkshake but overall i would like to go eat there again

I have worked with food before In the past, so listen to what I have to say about the restaurant. The food: Top quality burgers and wings for the price. Only £5 for a burger meal whereas other local businesses sell for £7.50. the burger isn't over cooked or under cooked and is always delivered hot. The wings are spicy but not too spicy (my opinion on my spice tolerance) so I really like the wings. The service: The staff are really nice and friendly. I have had no issues with them in the past (I would consider myself a regular) one of the staff members has even memorised my order which is also really helpful, especially because I work across the road and I eat on my break. The staff go above and beyond to ensure fast food delivery and if there is a queue, you are only waiting 5 minutes. The atmosphere: Honestly, I have never dined in, but I do notice things. As soon as the staff have time, they hastily go to the tables and clean it properly, then sweep the floor so that the restaurant is clean at all times. The only thing I would say that's a bit wrong with the atmosphere is that it does get quite busy in the school rush, so most of the service is slower than normal, but as I said before, the line is only 5 minutes, and me personally, I don't mind waiting. Overall, great food, excellent service and good atmosphere.

Worst Morley’s I’ve been to. Got 6 wings and chips - it just felt stale and shit flavour! Worst thing is I wanted to put my own sauces on, they don’t allow that! & then they give 1 SMALL pot of mixed sauces and then if you want more 30p extra apparently! Worst Morley’s I been to rubbish & also very shit for parking as it’s right next to the a12 exit slip

Ordered BBQ wings Wings Burger and chips Chips felt old and over done Not great BBQ wings Sauce was nice but wings felt dry and perhaps been sitting around a while Normal wings again dry and too much batter Burger was large but not juicy 3/5 at best

Stayed outside my door for so long because he said I didn’t give a code, even though there was no code on my phone, I showed him that there was no code, and he stayed outside my house for at least 20 mins to sort out with just eat, very unprofessional.

Generic Morley's, but best hot wings in town. Well spicy and crisp. Sorry no picture this time as I've eaten them all before shooting one. You can't beat 3.29 kids meal. 3 hot wings, chips and drink. Wicked.

Chicken was not fresh at all. Burgers looked like they’d been punched before being placed in packaging. Chips were definitely not fresh and refried more than once. Never again

Got a fillet burger meal. It’s a big portion, big burger and lots of chips. However, the taste of the fillet isn’t so great. Quite soft, flat and lacks flavour. The chips were decent, however.

Disgusting food with hair in it. Although it smells good the hygiene is this place is absolutely disgusting. Never come here unless you want to end up in hospital. FYI my chicken looked like rats and had hair on it.

Food was good. Nice generous portions. Very generous with the sauce too. For 59p I thought I was going to only get one pot but received 3! One suggestion I have is to wrap the burgers in paper or foil so the filling isn’t all slipping out. Thank you!

I am a regular customer at morleys, correction “I was a regular customer” Today I had an encounter with the owner I think he called himself, such a rude guy, and he was literally arguing with me and saying I hadn’t paid whereas I already did. He was threatening me saying “Do you wanna come back here anymore” I mean like how can you be like this with a customer it was unbelievable for a idk even if he was for a owner to behave like this.

Shop a bit grubby chicken Burger nice

For past few month every time I’d eat here I’d get diarrhoea, I didn’t pay it any mind because I thought it could just be a coincidence so I held off for a month and said I’d get diarrhoea after eating here today that’ll confirm it for me. Literally 3-4 hours after eating their wings I’ve had the runs. I’ve had friends complain about the same thing but that was still a coincidence for me but after today and seeing similar comments in the reviews I now know THIS PLACE GIVES FOOD POISONING!

ordered the spicy fillet burger meal but got the regular fillet burger. either way still very delicious.

The wings were very dry and lacked any kind of flavour; if that had been then only thing I had ordered the food quality would have been 0 Stars!. In contrast the Spicy fillet burger was okay a 2 star just barely making it to 3 stars; dipping it in a ketchup and mayo dip helped with that tremendously. Overall I am highly disappointed, the ratings of this establishment were impressive on Just eat furthermore, an article I found claimed that this was the best brand for wings in the country (it's why I brought 10) so why? Why was it such a dismal experience?

Best chicken I’ve had for a long time. Chips are crispy and the wings were excellent.

Driver made additional stops completely out of the way so food arrived cold. There is no notification to say driver may have additional stops on the way or I’d order from Uber eats and select priority!! Seems to be a recurring issue!!

The delivery time went from 3:00, 3:30, to 4:00. The food also came very cold. I am not happy that I had to reheat the food, it doesn’t taste the same. I would like some sort of compensation or refund !!!I DO NOT LIKE COMPLAINING BUT WHEN THE FOOD DELAYS AND COMES REALLY COLD ITS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID… So I am requesting a refund!!!
