Costa Coffee in Redbridge

Friday morning was a great time to visit. Staff were professional, funny, and friendly. I opted for the breakfast choice of bacon butty and coffee.

I did not receive this delivery I want a full refund

Packaging is rubbish coffee spilt everywhere and soaked everything

Staff are always friendly and efficient in this Costa. I come in here alone usually and always find a seat to just chill out for a while without being disturbed.

Like any other Costa Coffee. Very nice and clean. Popped in for a coffee, drink could be hotter. Staff very friendly. Other customers are all very polite, everyone happy.

Woodford Branch, very attentive staff, peaceful environment, No screaming kids or buggies taking up all the space. Able to enjoy my coffee in peace, shop was not very busy at the time. Hence the above.

You have put in the bag a vegan sausage bap instead of a sausage bap

Cappuccino was very tasty. Nice early shift team.

The Italian lady was very friendly and polite always a smile on her face she made me a very nice espresso coffee .

It was a rubbish rainy day and I really wanted a of tea. It might have been the fact I was damp and cold, but this tea was a fine, fine cup. Earl grey as requested. I even saw the guy sniff the tea bag to double check (at least that's what I hope he was doing). To be fair though, I do like a good inhale of the earl grey tea bag before it goes in the cup. Great work. Would drink here again.

OK coffee shop. Baristas are OK but generally disinterested. Coffee and hot chocolate acceptable but expensive. Toilets are clean. Looks a bit dull inside. Plenty of alternatives worth visiting.

As reviewed before , the Coffee is always Excellent, the choice of food is getting better and the Atmosphere is very good.

Awful as always. Food was crushed. Wrong item, drinks were spilled. Never ordering from here ever again.

Normal Costa coffee as you would expect. Quality coffee ☕ and snacks. Snacks expensive though small piece of cake £2.85 or more

Service was awful. Every drink I tried to order, the barista was giggling as she had to explain they were out of something. Weird. Just tell me like a normal person. The other barista seemed more interested in flirting with a regular. Waited a long time for my drink. (I believe the person before me also had to have a hot drink re-made because it took so long.) And when I finally got my iced tea - it was warm. Really? No ice in my iced tea? Clueless. Never going back.

He is polite and always on time . He always says good morning .

Went there today, drink was OK but the tall guy serving us was so rude and abrupt. Need to go for training about dealing with customer

The iced coffee was amazing. They didn't have the cinnamon swirl so they gave me a few extra items to make up for it. Amazing service and very very satisfied, thank you Costa!

Friendly and helpful staff. I love this place.

One female staff member was extremely rude and told my friends and I if we didn’t leave we’d be banned. We were studying and also bought drinks to sit in and have. Really not a good experience.👎👎

Half my hot chocolate was gone because most of it was leaking on the floor through bag and panini's were cold.

It is a lovely place, sometimes is very busy in the mornings. One thing the baristas, despite they are very polite and helpful after they serving you they start to speak loudly in their own language and you just feel uncomfortable because you don’t know what are they talking about🤦‍♀️ the young male barista is always smell of cigarettes, sometimes all the place is smell like an ashtray

Lovely place to go and I thoroughly recommend them for a lovely hot chocolate and cake just the place to rest in between 20k walks

Full of young mums with baby buggies during the day. Difficult to get to seat. Sept 22, the covid screens have come down. More open and welcoming.

Probably one if the worst double espressos I have ever had. I go to Costa all the time so I do expect consistency when I order the same drink. I don't know if the barista had added extra water or something. Really annoyed. Hate being ripped off.

Went in there for an Energizer caramel latte and I got warm milk on the train by the time I noticed last time they didn't have oat milk I'm definitely avoiding this Costa in future

Love this Costa. Always clean and staff are very welcoming. Love how the manager knows her customers so well, that she has the drinks being made as they enter the shop. You never have to queue more than a minute before being served. Fantastic.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As I am disabled they go out of there way to help me. I have visited this branch frequently when visiting my son who lives nearby

Visit this Costa regularly. Best experience yet as they had all the ingredients however was put off by a staff member mopping floor around my table.

Run down and not very clean especially the toilets. Quality of coffee was poor one of the worst costas I have visited I could have made a better coffee from my coffee pod machine at home

Slow service for an iced coffee

A nice Costa but such a pity it is over air-conditioned in summer, probably why seating inside is more or less deserted in the summer months, year on year. There is cold, and then there is icy! Lovely staff and service otherwise.

They appear to shut the store whenever it suits the staff and don’t adhere to the opening hours on google and their door outside. I appreciate staff want to leave work on time but locking the door 20 minutes before closing is not acceptable.

Gentleman who served me was very rude when he got my order wrong usually my coffee was great but it was a horrible experience and he made me feel as it was my fault ! And it wasn't even busy he was by himself!

Still has a full menu available, staff are segregated behind perspex screens. They have a one way system in order and a good amount of space to wait in.

Decided to stop here on my lunch break today as I had done a few times before. When I got to the food counter I noticed everything had been changed to the Christmas range which had sage and onion stuffing in which I can't eat as it makes me very sick. I decided to enquire if there was anything left behind the counter that was cheese and tomato as it is something that I can eat safely. The server immediately started shouting at me in front of four customers telling me that it was ridiculous that I couldn't eat stuffing and to get out and stop wasting his time. Will never go back to this branch again. There should be no harm in making a simple enquiry.

Perfectly covid safe (as all reviews have to start these days) but the staff are super helpful and friendly! Always a pleasant experience and they cannot do enough to make you visit a fantastic one!

Social distancing followed strictly for seating also

A bit slow to order, they did forget my drink but they were very nice and made it straight away after I told them!

Asked for green tea.... got green tea in this dirty tea pot! Well neglected Costa branch... shocking how a branch of my fav coffeeshop looking this shabby in Woodford... not sure if it's unhappy staff or what... could have got better service and cleaner just next door. Sad really

Very disorganised- did not seem very hygienic at all - no soy milk so I had to choose a different dairy free milk (being vegan) and they charged me for it! The Woodford station branch is so much better !

Hot chocolate had far too much chocolate in. The friendly girl who made it said she used 3 scoops of choc powder in a small glass full. 2 scoops would probably be better as this was definitely not the usual Costa standard. She did kindly offer to make me another but I'd struggled through and needed to go.

Efficient service, plenty of seating

Filter coffee a bit cooler than expected and the whole place was full of young people revising for exams but not actually drinking coffee!

I love coffee, from the smell off it being roasted to the taste off it....the range of coffees that Costal have is not as great as I thought it would be. It has all the basics covered but could offer more. The cakes on offer are lovely and fresh, I have not as yet tried their range of pastries as yet..

I used to come here regularly as I lived in the area. By far the best Costa. Staff are lovely! Service is great, they’re really efficient and seldom get orders wrong.

Better than any famous coffee store that you can imagine. Discovered this place and had really good coffee in there.
