I have been to this place many times and the food is very tasty. The portions are very generous . Good value for money.Service is courteous and fast. I only wish it was a proper restaurant rather than a plot in the super busy lower ground food court at Westfield Stratford.
The food is standard Burger King fare and this one has the modern ordering screens that makes it convenient to place an order. However on this visit little care was given to the customer experience, starting from the napkin dispensers not being kept full whilst the upstairs seating area was filthy with many tables strewn with empty packaging and unwiped. There was no initial sign of any staff member patrolling the seating area to keep it tidy. In addition the loos have been out of service for a long time now. This is far from the best customer experience in Stratford.
When I arrived at the store to collect my order, Mr Zainal, the store assistant asked for the code. I then asked if he was referring to the order ID which I showed him but he ignored me and answered no, it is the 4 digit code, without providing him the 4 digit code, he wouldn't be able to get me my order. I then asked him if he could help me find the code and he replied he didn't know, I placed the order and I should have and I should know the code. I then explained I was never given a 4 digit code and I was never asked for one. There were other customers in the store so I didn't want to hold them up and I suggested him could assist with other customers first He said no, let him sorted with my problem first, and he took my device then finally, he said to me the 4 digit code is the last 4 digits in the order ID. Why on earth did he have to make things complicated, I mentioned twice that if the code is the order ID.
Only wanted a tea to drink in, why is it that all these corporate coffee brands don’t teach the staff to make tea.
It is not 50% milk and 50% tea. Doesn’t matter if you say you just want a splash of milk your get a splash that you would expect from Niagra falls
Yo era un cliente habitual. . . como 1 a 2 veces por semana. . . a veces pizza a veces pollo. Las últimas 2 a 3 semanas vi una disminución en la calidad de los productos entregados. Pensé que tal vez estaba recibiendo el último pedido y solo querían terminar las cosas e irme a casa. Pero, mi último pedido fue un cubo familiar, pagué 35 por el pedido completo. . . y se pudrieron partes de pollo "cocidas". . . Ahora cambiaron el nombre, pero siguen siendo la misma dirección, nunca ordene desde allí, ¡gracias!

The place is disgusting, it smells of vomit, the toilets are vile, the pictures on the website are a lie. It’s a car park covered with ply wood. Drink selection was poor, one food vendor that had ridiculous ques. Really was probably the worse place I have ever been to.
I placed an order for me and my family, had never ordered from them before so was excited to try their menu however after an hour of wait my order was cancelled due to ‘technical issues’ however when I did a little further digging my order was cancelled because it was not convenient for them anymore because it was closing time.

Fiesta de 5 americanos, familia que no habíamos visto en siglos. Precediendo a ABBA Voyage. La mesa solo sentada 4 , tuvimos que mover la tercera mesa nosotros mismos. 2 juegos de cubiertos en mesa sucia sin servilleta. Eventualmente se servían bebidas y no todas juntas. 1 plato de ensalada vino 1 calle. tiempo después plato de puré de ollas. vino - frío. Nuestro pedido de bebidas era incorrecto. La música era ensordecedora. Fue rechazado después de que nos quejáramos. Y alguien volvió a aparecer después de 15 minutos. Apareció otra ensalada que también era incorrecta. Cuando finalmente llegaron los filetes, todos estaban mal cocinados y de diferentes tamaños. Cuando los filetes volvieron no fueron devueltos al restaurante correcto. Fue una experiencia realmente horrible. Nos quejamos a un, así llamado, gerente y se fue. Otro apareció y su ajuste de la factura fue irrisorio. Una experiencia realmente horrible.
Worst chicken briyani ( with two cube of chicken only) I have ever eaten in my whole life.
If have to eat plain rice like that better to go sawan bhawan and eat paneer briyani, the veg of there taste better than this so called chicken briyani.
Wasted £5.95 for nothing.
