Chicken And Pizza Point in Newham

Yo era un cliente habitual. . . como 1 a 2 veces por semana. . . a veces pizza a veces pollo. Las últimas 2 a 3 semanas vi una disminución en la calidad de los productos entregados. Pensé que tal vez estaba recibiendo el último pedido y solo querían terminar las cosas e irme a casa. Pero, mi último pedido fue un cubo familiar, pagué 35 por el pedido completo. . . y se pudrieron partes de pollo "cocidas". . . Ahora cambiaron el nombre, pero siguen siendo la misma dirección, nunca ordene desde allí, ¡gracias!

Absolute shambles. Food quality is horrendous, food arrived late and when it did arrive it was nowhere near my door, and lastly we had missing bits to our order. Do NOT order from here.

Was 2 hours late and never turned up, and was lied to by staff members, telling me to go down and collect and to WAIT when no one was there, just 20 more mins I was told, avoid AT ALL COSTS

Food never arrived. Delivered to the wrong address. Having been a customer for 15 years they accused me of lying. Will NEVER be ordering again.

Customer service was awful, we were lied to several times and most importantly the staff were not at all bothered about losing business and had no care for the business itself. Staff were passing blame but forgot that it put a bad reputation on the business. We cannot believe people like them are delivering a service to the public with that kind of attitude. We asked Just Eat for a refund. It hasn't been rectified yet. We most certainly will not be ordering from them again.

Good pizza, deep dish is indulgent for when you want a chunky American style hit.

Instead of potato salad, received coleslaw, 6 nuggets and some 2 pieces of breadcrumbs but not complaining. I was starving.

20 minutes late, no meat on my pizza, apparently have to send a driver to collect pizza and show chef before they send another. Shocking has become really poor

I ordered thin crust pizza got deep pan. The delivery driver made me meet him away from my work location and somewhere convenient to him, .. the wings was sooo salty couldn't even eat them. To top it off the driver said he forgot to give me my drink and that he can't turn his car around. That he will give me it next order. Won't be ordering from here again!!!

The food was really nice! especially the kebab. however I know mistakes happen but please inform your drivers about the payments being made through just eat online as I was standing there with the driver for 5+ minutes trying to find out that I paid me knowing that I have paid and the driver telling me that I didn’t pay. system failures happen but if it says that on a receipt there’s something wrong within the shop not JustEat. thank you ! :)

food was delivered extremely cold, parts were extremely tasty but the majority tasted cold and stale. wouldn’t recommend

I asked for chilli sauce in my burger, but they added bbq sauce and tomatoe ketchup so it was quite bland. I also ordered BBQ wings, but instead got some dried pepper chicken! Unfortunately very tasteless food Ms Ali

delivery’ was 10 minuets late I called and was told the driver was 2 blocks away. 20 minuets late I called Again and was told the same thing. food came another 15 minuets later when I was about to call again. it would’ve been way to just update the app when the driver is late so we don’t have to keep calling assuming you forgot the order and had to rush it out after the 1st call

Lamb was so dry old and they use a lot of spices to cover the rest of the meat really was not good I did not eat it as it was so dry and spicy and looking not fresh never again to order from them

ordered and was delivered the wrong pizzas, called to let them know only to be told oh we made a mistake and keep this next time we will get it right 😡. guy on the phone got rude and said fine I’ll bring. second delivery and my nephew answered the door. rude delivery guy started to scream at him asking him to give the wrong pizza first before he would give him the correct one. awful awful behaviour - used to order on a regular from this place but never again.

We tried to order food they had shut their just eat option so it pre ordered for the next day, we called in to cancel the order and the worker there said alright, the next day they came with the food to my doorstep after telling them we want to cancel the order, rubbish service rude workers.

Called me 20mins after he was supposed to deliver to tell me they ran out of something I'd ordered. I asked to just cancel my order. He refused and was very rude. I had to call just eat- restaurant then LIED claiming they delivered it. I managed to prove they had lied by sending just eat telephone evidence when they managed to then get me a refund. Frausters and rude, avoid at all costs.

Food was late, almost didn't give me my food even after I showed proof of purchase, forgot my drink and didn't reimburse full amount paid, poor attitude from delivery man and made me wait outside in the rain for 15 minutes whilst on and off the phone to his boss.

I made two simple requests on what pieces I want and I wanted a colesaw which was part of the meal however I got neither and I called up them up for colesaw and they said we run out didnt inform me. Second time my requested was ignored. Chicken was crusty and hard also the wings.

Terrible service, called the restaurant and he kept lying saying the food will be a few minutes. Food came over half hour late past delivery time. Food was cold and not what i expected. Under cooked chicken.

Went to collect after 20 minutes as advised. Staff member was too busy flirting with a customer to even notice I was there. After 10 minutes they told me that the pizza was just going into the oven. In total spent about 35 minutes extra for the food. Won’t be using them again

Horrible food I ordered potato salad with my pizza's and they gave EXPIRED COLESLAW when I phoned to explain the "manager" claimed its fresh I told him I can send him pictures because its all yellow and mashed which is not fresh as he claims. 'Come on bro, its fine' is all he kept saying failing to take responsibility. This is what happens when illegal workers are employed by such shops, as well as reporting to FSA I will report them to the Home office for hiring illegal workers.

This was seriously the worst food and service I have ever received in my life (no exaggeration) I paid almost £20 buying three kebabs were you could not even tell which was the chicken or lamb. I phoned to clarify the man was so rude and SHOUTED at me for raising the issue. Save your money DO NOT BOTHER.

I was really disappointed by this delivery , the owners call me sayin "I don't have the bucket menu deal, but I can do pizza buy 1 get 1 for free, I'm gonna do something nice no worries" then when the food came they just delivered two7" pizza with 2 burger, I was really upset, I mean I spended about 20 pound that's all that u can do? Really disappointed , I will never order again.

Order not delivered, called restaurant to ask, rude stuff called me a lier and send text "you f... p..." Newer faced that kind of service and definitely will not order from that palce. Unbelievable and shocking looking after customers.

Apalling service. Food eventually arrived 40 minutes late -on top of a 1 hour delivery window! Manager was dishonest and dismissive. Eventually claimed refund back from just-eat. Absolutely atrocious!

fish was in mixed grill and my partner is allergic informed restaurant and they told me that if he is allergic I should remove the fish but I couldn't as fish was at the bottom of the box and the chef hung up on me while I was speaking to him and he was really rude and inconsiderate to the situation. never ordering from here again. although delivery driver was nice.

probably the worse place to buy food

First time orderered. Bought 2 lamb biriayni, these were not biryani, these were plain rice or special white rice eith chicken curry on top. Secondly I ordered 2 however only received one. Had to wait another 20 minutes for another one. I also bought 2 tuna pizzas and 8 BBQ wings, these were okay.

i order an offer buy one get one, i chose the pizza, but delivery comes with one pizza, and driver says that i should chose for two. i paid 13 £ for a 9' pizaa. ridiculous

Food was not great at all! I now have a stomachache. Food was around 1 hour past delivery time without notice.

The driver was very nice and had a valid reason for arriving late. I asked for the food to not be too chilli but it was :( (maybe we're all weaklings.) It tasted nice but we struggled with it. If they reduce the chilli, we will deffo order again

The restaurant didn't have one of the ingredients, so changed the pizza on the order without notifying us, to something we don't eat. We called them about the mistake and the restaurant offered to do nothing. I would never use them again.

Food wasn't what i ordered order a chicken biriayni but recieved what i can only describe as a container full of rice with a spicey chicken curry smeared on top also ordered food for 9:30 and recieve at 10:15 so 45 mins late I have a made a complaint to the restaurant and the refused any sort of refund or goodwill guesture DO NOT WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

I ordered lamb biriyani and i was given half frozen broken rice with some overcooked lamb curry . when asked the driver he said its too busy and lamb curry is more expensive. i wanted to refused the whole order but the pizza was for the daughter and she was starving so i couldn't . But i have to say these people are not what they pose as. Please don't order from here as they are trying to fool people
