Very bad service from the staff, they are not letting us finish our order and just assuming what we want.

The cheesy crust pizza was good with a great cheese pull and fresh food. Chips also are great. However no point of advertising products which are not even available such as nachos. And the pizza did not have anywhere near as much cheese as a pizza should have

Service was a bit slow but the food was fresh, thirteen pound for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and 2 sides is hard to find these days.

Poor overall customer service, need an increase in staff

Was confused with Meal deals +50p extra thing (In the screen it doesn’t show if Go large means for pizzas or fries) and Vippu, the staff member, was really bad unhelpful and looks she is tired for the shift. Unnecessary attitude towards me for asking few questions about meal deal. Give her a Shift off on weekends if she doesn’t want to explain properly or coordinate with customers.

i did not feel comfortable when ordering especially when one of the colleagues were taking my order. I believe her name is Arifa. Overall i was very disappointed. Do better!

Crepe was overcooked, some of the bobas were rock-solid not chewable. Smartie cookie dough was good

Pizza hut flavour pizza is always more soft and lovely to tuck into. Finding a seat in Westfield can be the most hardest thing to do. They should change their packaging to help customers walk off with ease. And continue eating. My son loves the flavour of the chips. And yes we all get very full up eating from here. Very filled up.

Bad experience, I was waiting more then 10 minutes, they don't have water, and they are preparing pizza with out gloves, I will never come again

I should have posted this earlier and I wish Google can give us the option for the negative rating!! We visited this food place in a mall as we were tired and hungry, ordered the pizza and the lady was so lethargic she gave the food from the over kept outside & we still didn't say anything took our food and when we tasted the toppings were sticking and food was rotten we told her about the food and she took time to get the new one, god knows if that was fresh or not but there were extremely less toppings and cheese was smelling bad. We still ate some and left. The very next day I fell sick and started vomiting, I never expected this kind of service and extremely bad quality of food. Kindly avoid, also the service lady near the til was extremely throwing attitude and no smile. Please be kind, we're here to eat our food and we're not eating for free, we're paying to eat the food. My opinion is to avoid due to stinking food, extremely bad service, waste of money and negative atmosphere.

freezing cold by the time it got here

when I got to the house the lady started yelling and behaving very badly with the customers, I didn't get a receipt, she just threw it in the trash. Uniform policy, their shirts were very old and dirty, spreading bacteria everywhere! as a customer I want to be served properly, the hungry people who are stationed at pizza hut happen to this lady, they lose their appetite. we all have stupider days, but at work you have to behave properly....

Very poor service....Some Indian girl who was rude...they were talking to chef in Indian hindi language and I know what they were talking because I am Indian....pizza was ready in a minute and it was very bad.....they should fire all of them useless people.

I ordered food for my children as I was at work the food was an hour late and cold. Unacceptable! The service was so bad. Definitely won’t be ordering again. I would give no stars if possible

This Pizza Hut “restaurant” is based in the ground floor of the Westfield Stratford store. It is a kiosk style outlet with a small kitchen at the back. You can walk up to the front, speak to someone who takes the order, pay, wait to pick up your food, and then find a place to eat in seating area for all the little eateries. At busy times, it could be hard to find a free table or seat, so bear that in mind. If you find a table, it is nice to sit there and reflect on things, I like the fact that the lighting in the dining areas is a little dim, which adds a little atmosphere, as much as it is possible to get in a crowded place. First off, if you like Pizza Hut pizza, you will like it. It is the same stodgy stuff they have been making for years, only this place specialises in miniature ones. You probably know what to expect of the food, and you will probably enjoy their offerings if you are a fan. For me, Pizza Hut pizza has never been particularly good to begin with. I hate its overly tangy sauce and chewy cheese. When they put tomato pieces on the pizza, they dice it up pretty small, and I think they don’t add enough toppings on. On the other hand, and the only saving grace of Pizza Hut is the cut of their mushrooms toppings. Most other places have thin mushrooms which lack flavour, but Pizza Hut always seems to find thick juicy mushrooms which are very enjoyable. That is the only positive thing J can say about Pizza Hut. The rest is all negative. The little kiosk offers tiny overpriced pizzas. For the price you can get bigger and better ones form just about any pizza delivery place or high street pizza take away shops. Why would anyone pay for these tiny, greasy discs? I came in here one day and decided to try the meal option, which includes one small pizza, a drink and fries. Their fries were just horrible, and tasted so stale, a bit like the monstrosity known as “potato wedges”. The pizza was so greasy and, at around 5 inches, it is insubstantial itself. A big part of it is the crust, and it tastes so bland, they should actually pay customers to eat this stuff rather than the other way around. While wait times for the food aren’t too bad, the people taking orders got very confused when I told them I wanted two pizza deals, one with Margherita pizza, and one with vegetarian. Honourable mention should also go to the usual customers these places attract, the ones who can’t make up their mind as to what they want to eat, keep adding items and when it comes to paying they question the bill and phone their accountant and investment lawyer to ensure everything sounds legit. Then they try three different payment cards that all fail, so they call their mothers to ask the PIN numbers for the cards, which still don’t work, and the day their partner is coming down in a minute with the cash in two minutes (which turns out to be 15 minutes). Yup. Anyway…. There was a time when the UK did not have many pizza places, and Pizza Hut became quite popular, as they used to deliver food right to your door. Now, with so much variety and numerous places doing identical pizza to Pizza Hut, not to mention supermarket frozen pizzas, there is absolutely no reason to pay these extortionate prices. I am actually surprised Pizza Hut is still in business. Their products are poor and their prices are not competitive at all. Someone should tell them to look at their calendar and see that it is not the 1980s anymore. I mean, from a business perspective I can see why they opened these smaller Huts. They are designed to cater to the lunchtime crowds, the type of people who might buy other fast food. A small pizza, Fries and a drink as a meal deal might work for some, since bigger pizzas can be quite filling and not really the sort of thing people would consider for lunch very often. I just think pizza and fries is a horrible combination for a meal, since both make you feel bloated. Rather than offer fries, they should stick to just pizza. In fact, maybe it would be better to shut down altogether. Avoid.

Missing one pizza, and chips. Meal for two with 6’ is for kids not for adults. Miss leading.

Food was cold, order was missing the sides. This is the second time I have experienced this from here. Delivery drivers are rude and argue when you tell them you’re missing parts of your order.

Very poor service and product. Got veg supreme and only had 1 piece of tomato and 1 piece of mushroom, chips barely warm and no utensils. How can you run out of tissue and ketchup?! Avoid!

Ordered a simple meal for 2. It wasn’t that busy (there was no queue), but the food still took over 20 minutes to be ready and drinks were tepid. The food itself was fine, but the staff clearly isn’t paid enough to be anything other than completely indifferent towards the customer

2/02/2024 6:30pm I requested for a piece of tissue paper and I was told I can't get one unless I buy something. It was a piece of tissue for crying out loud! Such petty staff!

Went to the CORRECT place and was told it was the wrong place, woman had no clue where this other place collection was supposed to be from, wasted all of my break from work walking around looking for it to come back and speak to a manager and for her to find it immediately!

I did not receive my order. Called the driver that said that he left the order on the ground floor of my building (I live on the 3rd floor) and then hang up the phone. When I went to the ground floor nothing was there.

It had estimated delivery time at 16.40-17.00 when I ordered it but it said the food was getting prepared for over an hour and then the estimated delivery time changed to 16.50-17.10 when it was 16.55 and the it changed again to 17.35-17.55 very late and it was missing stuff so it was very disappointing to wait that long for your food and even have stuff missing.

Horrible! I ordered at 13.52, I got my order at 16.34, 2.5hs wait!!!!! Food was cold! Never again!!!

food was ordered just before 2pm and delivered cold at 3.40. too many times when you order with the big chains you experience this problem.

Ordered a pizza and fries without a drink as take away, but still costs the same even if you are not ordering a meal deal. It should work out cheaper if not buying a drink. Only carbonated fizzy drinks on offer no bottled drinks. Saw a couple of customers ask for ice as the fizzy drinks are warm temperatures but they never have ice. Who wants a warm soda in a heatwave? Long wait for food. No ketchup sachets left. You have to ask for napkins. This branch has gone down hill. Put prices up but not getting the service you pay for. Card only was because of COVID but they should bring back cash now. It's been 3 years.

I ordered two salads and got two chips!

The fact they do not accept cash is beyond me for an establishment in westfield where mostly it is frequented by tourists. No other food joint in the food court have this card only service. The staff are extremely slow in processing orders considering they lose half their customers when they can't pay cash which then causes a 15 minute wait for one cheese melt! Also being a Westfield staff member they need to offer the discount across the whole menu or not at all.

If I could leave no stars I would..!! I have used this place several times as my daughter likes pizza and cheesy triangles. Every time the experience is more terrible than the last. RUDE STAFF, DISORGANIZED, SLOW I had placed my order and was kept waiting for over 40min, food trays all over the place with ticket numbers on them placed on the counter, customers waiting ages for the food to come out, and to my surprise my ticket number was 895 and they had rushed threw to tickets 912 customers that had come well after me had got there food before us. When I complained to the staff I was rudely told that the food was coming I think the chef must have completely forgotten about our food due to rushing so many orders threw. Shame on the Pizza Hut franchise if this is how they treat all their customers. Frankly If your willing to wait standing up for long periods of time for food which is barely satisfactory then this is place for you, bring a fold up chair as you will be standing up for ages on your feet waiting for your food to suddenly appear, as if you need all that after a tired day of shopping all day. I would avoid this place at all times and look for an alternative restaurant in the food court.

Took 20 min to get a pizza and 15 min to order. After the pizza is ready, the guy at the counter opens each box because he does not know who ordered what. That is very unhygienic and very disappointing. He is not even wearing gloves and the kitchen does even bother to write which pizza or order number it is. Very slow service and rude too.

Other people got their orders before but ordered after, got charged for four portions of two chicken strips and only given 3 as one was an apology for late food, brought it up and the server told us we were wrong and that two chicken strips equals two portions. Sad face

This place is never open on time..it's already 10 am

Staff unfriendly. Waited 15 minutes for my order. They priority was their friends. Also they didn't give me the ice-cream for my cookie.

Much like any other Pizza Hut (came here as everywhere else busy and had not booked). The meal deals offer reasonable value with the salad bar but the quality of everything is somewhat mediocre, the service so-so.

The service was good, but the food wasn't good. For such a big company to produce food like that is disappointing. Barely any meat on the pizza.

Very cheesy pizza and woman on till wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Very dismissive and un-engaging. Felt like i was waiting for free food rather than paid food and gives it to me like I’m a tramp. No hi, thank you, no problem etc. it’s not a big deal, each to their own. But if you want a customer to come back… this certainly isn’t the way. Have 3 stars because it was edible and nutrients were taken.

First visit: The Asian Girl, who was serving the food was rude and ignorant. I asked her some Ketchup, Mayonaise and Garlic Sauce, She did not say yes or no, just ignored and gave me ketchup and mayonaise, i had ask again for the garlic sauce. She was touching the food. No smile at all. Second visit today, She was still ignoring customer, luckily she is not serving me.

Staff not particularly friendly. Service was pretty quick. Food was ok but the garlic bread was undercooked and a bit soft on the bottom.

One lady served my order. She was very rude and she didn't respond when I asked for ketchup. I asked again and she told me "there is no ketchup". Then I asked for Mayo she throwed on my plate, that was very rude behaviour and this happened around 7.30PM on 13-July. posting her pic as well, I will not recommend this at all.

A great place to stop after shopping. Our server, Sharon, was extremely friendly and polite! Food came on time and was tasty. 5 stars all round!

Can't beat a fresh pizza straight out of the oven to eat within a matter of minutes. Had margarita and veggie deluxe pizza. Fries were nice and crisp. Also had cookie dough with Vanilla ice cream.

Very bad experience, drinks was ready before the food like 15 minutes , the drinks was hot no ice and the gas run out , I told the lady to change it she said okey but she didn’t , she give same drinks to us was so hot and no gas

One of the girls serving was incredibly sluggish, she didn’t say hi not bye. The pizza was really greasy, drink did have ice nor was I asked if I want any. I can understand if you’re not happy with your job, but please don’t make customers feel its their fault!

Foods fine but top girl sneaking in vouchers into my takeaway bag and asking me what condiments I would like showing me the full collection. Classy. Ain't seen that kinda service from Mickey Ds or Colonel Sanders.

They haven’t delivered the food

Hi dear reader. I called them, they were rude and then hanged up without telling me information about closing time I was shocked! Please if Digital Manager or General Manager reading it, solve it out, tell them to be at least little be polite , thank you!

Every few months I like to give my opinion on Pizza Hut,and as usual nothing has changed,my pizzas have been delivered steaming hot and tasting lovely,and in very good time around fifteen minutes.Also the offers are very good value for your money, Lastly but definitely not forgotten, the delivery people are always cheery,always with hellos and thank you,think we should appreciate them a little more.

Good pizza and I like the seasoned fries. Would be perfect of they had fresh chillies to put on the pizza or chilli oil.

Horrible Costomer service. Every single time I have gone the young ladies are very rude. Last time I went one of the young girls were very rude and gave me the wrong pizza I had to go back and then she gave me a pack witch had been used already. Pizza looked off putting (the last time I went) and going there They have nice pizza though but the service just puts you off

Tasty pizza, although it was so small (if not tiny!). The biggest disadvantage though, is that you should wait forever to eat. The queue is so long and the place is so crowded. However, there are some offers, for example pizza +fries+drink for only 5-6 pounds which is a very positive thing, especially if we compare the prices in other restaurants!
