Worst Subway I’ve had, very little filling

Very expensive. £12 for a foot long.

£8 for a 6inch ? Talk about taking advantage. Embarrassing.

The staff is not at all friendly, the portions are less not even worth the money , the manager is not at all friendly and doesn't even greet the customers better to visit any other subway store than this one .

For the love of God, avoid this place , so disorganised , rude, and insanely expensive. I ordered "meal deals." I had to ask for the cookies, and the drinks were flat as a fart. The sandwich ( if I can even call it that) had very little inside it, and I think they cut it with a spoon. The staff look at you like you shouldn't be there and quite frankly you are a huge inconvenience to them

Food wasn't fresh, me and my missus end up sick for a day. Also if we wouldn't ask for cookie they'd never give it to us just acted like £3.5 was just for drinks. AVOID. Subway should be ashamed of that one

Staff are horrible, extremely overpriced and no care into the food.

My sandwich was tasty but service was not good. The lady who served me was moody, I felt like I was bothering her.

Unfortunately this isn’t a great example of a subway. It is overly expensive and the staff are very rude. My colleague asked to see the allergen menu for the cookies but they insisted she paid first then she could see! The food was poor and there is no seating.

Staff was very rude, sandwich is not cut properly and is spilling everywhere, asked for a drink and got charged for a meal deal and not given crisps or cookie. DONT GO HERE

Thrown together food, no effort in terms of presentation or consistency of filling, warmed In the toaster for 10 seconds and hugely over priced, I would not recommend.

So expensive but so so bad. The only star they deserve is for the nice woman who took the order.

This was one of the worst subway experiences I’ve had. The bread was very stale. The options quite limited. There was no care in making the sub. It was a mess and not very flavorful at all.

I would give 0 if I could. Attitude of the staff is rude, abrupt, i have never ever experienced anything like this. The lady who was the till ( in my opinion) was quiet aggressive. The sandwiches i have ordered does not look like anything like any other Subway. There were some very questionable food items in the counter too. The one thing I would recommend is not to go there. Awful just awful.

Utterly diabolical. I’ve never met such incompetent people in my entire life. You’re making a sandwich. Not trying to perform heart surgery.

The worst Subway experience. I'd recommend it was avoided rather than visited. Didn't warm up the gluten free bread appropriately or even for the full time they needed to. Advertised sub melts but said they didn't do them. Rude staff no personality, no smiles, carelessness when it comes to making the sandwiches. No passion. Don't know how to make their own sandwiches the right way. They don't take the subway app. Cross contamination was present in the sandwiches. Didn't change gloves when handling non gluten products. £16.50 for 2 6inch subs (extra 50p for gluten free)! I will never want to go to this subway again. If it was a choice between going hungry or going to this subway I would go hungry.

Worst customer service you could ever get and overpriced sandwiches with old vegetables. Avoid this place!

The food was extremely over priced and the portion was much less than what I get from other subways.

When coming in cosplay, just don't even bother looking the staff in the eye. They loudly talk about you and your costume infront of you and then ask you what salad you'd like. Food is average, what you get with subway in London.

Just went to this subway after a good few years of not having subway and was impressed by the food but not the staff who weren’t very friendly, still a good place to grab lunch.

Staff give the impression they really don't want to be there, they don't want you to be there either. The price is ridiculous, I know it's London, but come one. £25 for two subs. I'd have gone elsewhere if I knew it was going to be a sub-par experience for such extortionate prices. They didn't have any mayo either. Really not the best, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Complete rip off branch of Subway. Sandwich was OK. But for one foot long and one 6" veggie delight (ie the most basic sandwich) it came to £20. Avoid this place.

Very expensive and poor quality. Cost £3 pounds for a small 7-up. In total it was £15 pounds for a foot long sub and drink. Never again.

Worst people behaviour they don’t give enough sauce and food is cold, better avoid if possible

Very rude staff. Don’t know how to behave courteously to the customers. I ordered a roasted chicken sub, and they made me a chicken tikka one. When I pointed out their mistake, the lady just stared at me. She doesn’t even know that its a basic courtesy to apologize, even if the customer is ok with the wrong order they delivered.

Honestly shocked at how bad this place is, it is very over priced how on earth does a subway cost £15? All I had was a chicken sub and a drink. They do not accept subway rewards which is disgraceful, they know what they are doing. Plenty of better and cheaper places to eat while visiting Excel.

Well I can only go by own experience and it was fantastic. I haven't eaten Subway in about 6 years since I was diagnosed as Lactose and gluten intolerant and also have some allergies too. Today I went to he excel Subway with my son to get lunch and he ordered his food. I was planning on just grabbing a coffee on our way out like i usually do. Then I was asked what I would like to order by the friendly memberof sraff, I said nothing because I can't eat anything at Subway because of the gluten. To my surprise Mahesh the friendly and helpful member of staff informed me they had gluten free subs?!?!? I didn't know they did this! They're seeled and kept separately. Then he tells me they also do vegan cheese! 😁 I ordered myself a sub with cheese for the first time in 6 years....topped with all my favourites and a vegan sauce recommended by Mahesh It was soooo delicious, you have no idea how good that tasted after 6 years without a simple sub! 😋 Thank you so much Mahesh for informing me about the choices available to me, for changing your gloves to avoid cross contamination, for making me the most delicious sub I thoroughly enjoyed and for your excellent humour, personality and customer service. I told your manager you need a promotion and I meant it! I've been into so many other subways over the years and not once has anyone else ever told me they do gluten free and vegan alternatives even after I've told them about my intolerances and allergies so again thank you Mahesh ⭐️

Would have given 0 star if there was any option and negative for the service. Don’t go over there. Over priced and very bad customer service trying to hurry on and seem like doing a favour. The only reason they are surviving is the location. Avoid this. There are many better places around.

Ridiculously overpriced, how they advertise a meal deal is not the amount I paid. The amount I paid for my daughter and I, was expensive we could have gone to a nice restaurant for the price I paid.

A fast and good option at the excel center if your want some fast food. It’s subway, it’s not gourmet but you know what you are going to get. The bread was real fresh and soft which isn’t always the case. Folks there are pretty nice too.

Thieves! They are taking advantage of the busy crowds and adding £1 cookie to everyone's order. If you question it they'll tell you it's included in your meal deal, but it's not: it literally shows on the reciept they've charged you £1. And they also don't tell you to get the cookie, you have to ask. Most people don't ask for a reciept and it's so busy just pay what's asked. When I clocked I was given £1 back. So if you want a cookie: fab deal, but if you don't: make that clear and save a quid

How much! £14 for a foot long deal! Family of four and you’re paying as much as a meal out down in Somerset for a sandwich! They advertise cookies but only crisps available for a meal deal. Very rushed and tables were Dirty but filled a hole after a long day at an event.

Says clearly that it opens at 9 Came at 9:20 everything is open, but the employees dont serve anyone! Change your opening times or start earlier if you still need to light up your stoves with wood and fire! Since they are electric, poor excuse! 0 stars rating if would be possible

What the hell… £8 for a squashed sandwich that’s been rushed and chucked through hundreds of people at subway. This same sandwich costs me £3 at my usual branch.

My wife and I do love a Subway and have one quite regularly, BUT... this particular Subway is by far the WORST one we have ever been too. Food was cold. Very over priced for the size of rhe portions and quality. Disorganised. Forgot part of our order, the lady behind the counter apologised and said no charge for sides only for her colleague to complain to her and charge us anyway. The customer service is appalling. If it wasn't for the fact my children were hungry, we would have walked away. If you are in the area and looking for something to eat, my recommendation would be (and I never say this in a review) AVOID this particular Subway and go somewhere else. Very disappointing!!!

Never more! I have been here when Drag Con was happening. The service was really fast, but they did not ask me if I want the meal reheated or what type of cheese I want. The tables were full, had to sit on a floor. The meat was old and dry. Dont go there!

Avoid this place at all cost. Wrong order, wrong ingredients and when I told them they put in wrong sauce they just removed salad to get the sauce out and put new sauce in and wrapped it without any salad or cheese left. When complained they just make face and stuff the salad back it and gave it back just like that.

I’m sure that the only reason this place sees any business at all is because it is in an exhibition location that probably never serves the same person twice, and because people probably don’t read Google reviews before they visit these places. If it was your local Subway you would visit it once and never return. The prices are diabolical. The food is poor. The staff can be heard bickering amongst themselves as they serve customers.

Avoid, avoid. They get your order wrong and don't give you all parts of the meal deal. Asked for no cheese, they put cheese on half of a footlong, terrible for lactose intolerance, wrong type of bread, didn't provide crisps with meal deal, tried to object and was just ushered along. Utterly terrible for £10. Find somewhere else.

They shout at you, chuck whatever they want in your sandwich and then give you some cola flavoured water! Customer service? What customer service!

The customer service is non-existent, the staff are clearly just trying to rush you along, not actually following your order. The drinks are lukewarm and tasteless - unless you like Pepsi flavoured water. The prices are extortionate even for London, considering you’re paying for a bit of bread.

Twice as expensive as my home outlet, and they put on half the fillings. Very disappointing and there are other choices here for better value.

Perplexed that I couldn't get a pork ham or pork bacon sandwich. I was told this was not to offend Muslims and that the shop was halal. What about offending me? What about offending Hindus who worked there and had to serve cow parts. What about vegans, vegetarians etc etc. Is Subway being racist here?

Horrible. Rude staff terrible hygiene and poor food quality they also overcharge way beyond the service and food they are delivering, as well as that the staff don't listen. I am disgusted and had a horrible experience here.

Food itself was fine. Massively inflated prices (£10 for footlong BMT, £12.50 for meal deal), and rude staff who are clearly trying to move you along as quick as possible. Beware they don't have an ice machine so you'll get nice warm cola as part of the meal deal fountain drink. When I asked about this they simply said they don't do ice, when I asked to changed to a bottled drink they said it wasn't possible. They should tell customers before they order or make it clear they don't do ice, when I challenged the transparency and why they don't inform customers in advance, their response was 'Well did you ask for ice when you ordered?'. Also be aware they don't accept subcard.

As one of the only food outlets in the Excel that was open on our visit, I chose this Subway. Whilst the food and service were OK, it wasn't until i got to the front to pay that I realised their prices are massively over inflated compared to other Subway stores. My footlong basic sandwich cost me £12 and that was before adding a drink as a meal deal. The staff were reluctant to put too much fillings in, leaving me with quite a thin sandwich which seemed a bigger rip off due to price. I believe the franchise owner was the one not in uniform serving on the till, stood there in a polo shirt and jeans arguing with a customer about prices also. It tasted good, but I'd avoid due to the prices alone.

Unfortunately one of the worst food experience ever... More expensive than other Subways. Only eat here when you literally about to die otherwise choose something else if you could.

Prices on board are wrong, got charged more, then they tried to charge my card twice too, avoid..... rip off prices and try to con you.

Shocking would be understatement. I ordered food then politely informed the guy to whatever my wife would like while I walled to my daughter. He then told my wife to go to the back of the queue.

Opening times are wrong.. walked 15mins to a closed shop. Last time I went wasn't too bad.. like any other subway. Very slow and expect a long wait time if there are even a few people ahead

Brood was koud en was ontzettend duur 20 pond. De volgende dag was ik ziek

20 pond voor 2 12" broodjes. Bereiding was snel, brood was niet koud en te kort gebakken. Kip was lauw en de sweet onion saus is af te raden. Slechte Subway.

£35 for 4 sandwiches and drinks. Unbelievable! Rude staff and food had no flavour. Dreadful.

In terms of speed of making the subway, great (Considering there is 6 people there like a conveyor belt ) Is the same as any other subway apart from fact that it is much more expensive (9 quid for foot long) compared to what I've paid for previous subways

It's a Subway; you know what you're getting.

Slow service (badly distributed staffing and distracted staff), got the orders wrong, no kids meals, expensive, not much toppings.

DO NOT GO HERE. They only show the 6 inch prices on their screen and nowhere does it show footlong pricing (which is A LOT more than normal Subway). On top of their extortionate prices, subpar sandwich and poor service. Do. Not. Go. Here. The burgers across the hall are £7 and way better.

This is THE WORST Subway I have ever visited, it doesnt deserve one star tbh... certainly not helped by the fact it was the only food outlet open in the Excel centre when visiting the equally poor Marvel Station exhibition. No crisps/snacks or dispenser drinks available or white bread for that matter and cost over £9 for a sandwich that would cost half that price anywhere else! Then add on £2.50 for a warm bottle of drink and customer service so appalling I'm amazed a Mystery Shopper hasn't closed this outlet down on site! Very poor representation of a well known company!

THIS SUBWAY GAVE ME SUSPECTED FOOD POISONING The staff weren't rude or anything and not being a subway regular I don't care about points cards etc, however I believe it gave me food poisoning from the poor storage of the food. It was the only place I ate that day (not a heavy eater) and the only place my colleague and I both are, and we were both awake the next day at 3am feeling I'll in bed and vomiting. The food was tasty, well worth a visit if you don't mind diarrhoea!

Yeah I bought my Subway and it tasted like a Subway. But my goodness, the service is poor. Miserable staff, they don't talk, they mumble, no thank yous, no goodbyes. Just meh.

Rude employees, ordered a salad and got a bowl that was hanging around the counter who knows where it has been and that was thrown at the next in line employee. Like really bad service not coming back.

Dirty, fast service, terrible customer service, don’t accept Amex, neither Subways Loyalty cards and is twice expensive than any Subway in UK.

Worse subway I've been to. Very expensive and my salad was less than half full. Asked to put more lettuce on and was told no.

Service was ok. But they don’t have any any of the usual stuff - hams, bacon etc as I believe the excel is owned by an Arab company. Extremely over priced.

Food is good as in any other Subway, so you can choose a lot of type of bread and different meat. The best part of this particular Subway is the workers, none talks to others because everyone knows what to do. They are also very very precise with customers, I keep on eating here for them (besides of food) Even if there's long queue you don't have to wait long.

Friendly staff, busy but speedy service. More expensive than other Subway outlets as is everything at this venue. A bit irritated that my Subcard was not accepted.
