The food is standard Burger King fare and this one has the modern ordering screens that makes it convenient to place an order. However on this visit little care was given to the customer experience, starting from the napkin dispensers not being kept full whilst the upstairs seating area was filthy with many tables strewn with empty packaging and unwiped. There was no initial sign of any staff member patrolling the seating area to keep it tidy. In addition the loos have been out of service for a long time now. This is far from the best customer experience in Stratford.

Can never complain with burger king. They're quite fast here and polite enough. Would be great if they stayed open a little later.

1 Food Court Lower Ground Floor, The Arcade
I order a DeLuxe and they serve me another hamburger. I bring it back to show the error, I am told that it is indeed a DeLuxe. I then ask where the famous mustard sauce is and I am told that there is no mustard in the DeLuxe 😂 I go to BK at least they know their hamburgers...

205 High St N, London, E6 1JG, United KingdomMy food was ready and I requested a guy, can you please give me my food and he starts arguing with me there are other customers came before you, I said ok but that guy keep talking we are only 2 guys working, you have to wait, I said calm down bro but he keep talking, the way he was talking to me was insulting and at the he said, that's the door go away. I asked who is your manager he replied I am the Manager. this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back to Papa's chicken eastham
