We stayed at the hotel over night as we had a second day free pass. This is our second time at the hotel & restaurant. The food is overpriced £3.65 for a Capri Sun, I won’t go into too much detail BUT the reason I have given 5 stars for Service is because Ruby went above and beyond for me and my family at dinner. Ruby was extremely friendly and checking everything was okay with our meal (the food is basic and over priced) BUT Ruby was great! I really hope she’s get recognised for her hard work and excellent customer service! Thanks Ruby for looking after us

Dreadful in all ways. We were here for a two nights stay with family for chessington. DO NOT EAT HERE NOT BREAKFAST NOT AN EVENING MEAL. Staff cannot be bothered and are very rude. You are in the service industry learn some manners and service or leave premier inn need to sort this out urgently utterly terrible. Breakfast is awful laid out badly no care taken

We were not sure what to expect here due to some of the mixed reviews but thought we’d take a risk as we were staying in the hotel and were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent very well cooked and delicious and reasonably priced - the alcohol on the other hand very expensive for a pint etc. Definitely need to book as it was relatively quiet when we stayed and the restaurant was fully booked at certain times failing that you can always eat at the other restaurant however for us this one was excellent and we would definitely use it again. Great service, great atmosphere, great food and must if you are staying at Chessington.

Had the buffet, lots of choice with good salad bar. But it was £108 for a family of 5 with 2 refillable drinks. As the kids only eat one plate £15 per child isn't good value. We will eat elsewhere if we ever return but probably won't go back due to queues in the theme park (30mins to 2 hours), dirty toilets, rides contantly breaking down and rip off food prices (e.g. hot dogs £10 to £15 for just the hot dog. The entire theme park is a rip off.

All I can say is this outlet is the only place that was good in Chessington and were happy to assist adults with learning disabilities, their colleagues need to take a leaf out of their books. The manager/assistant manager and young lady served a great lunch up for 36 people. The food was hot, service amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the help and support. The rest of the staff at Chessington should be ashamed of themselves, perhaps the staff could tell me, as a local authority care provider what a “disabled person” should look like!

First thing: very expensive! £33 (after Merlin Discount; Without MAP - £39!!) for two adults, child restriction is a very low age so my teenager couldn't go in as a child. Helpful staff though which is always a plus, main drinks machine out of order with once again a unhappy teen! Restaurant itself very big and clean. Went at 12pm and wasn't heaving so could be due to price increases recently. Overall a good place to eat but the prices need to addressed, especially for 'not well off' parents.

Very Poor quality for the price. £13.5 for just for rubber taste chicken, Fries & cold drink. OVERPRICED

Decent quality. A bit pricey as would be expected inside the theme park. Could do with upgrading the quality of chips to actual real potato fish and chip shop chips. But oh well.

Half the menu was not available. Messed up what we did order. Not interested in offering service of any kind. Food was tolerable.

Sadly the customer service we received at dinner (Bar and Grill) was easily the poorest customer service I have ever received. We were seated at 7pm and took over an hour just to review our starters. During this time another customer in the restaurant had a child vomit, about 5 staff members stood watching instead of offering to help. Another customer in the restaurant then went to find blue roll and disinfectant spray and helped the family whilst the waitress staff still stood watching. We asked to order a few times as there were 3 members of staff stood around, all said they weren’t able to take our order whilst one member of staff was clearly rushed off his feet. A couple of other tables complained and a manager appeared who then began arguing with another table who said they had items missing from their order, he said it wasn’t on the print out so they didn’t order it, he would not accept that the member of staff who took the order may not have inputted this correctly. For the manager to be arguing with customers is not acceptable. We were then brought the wrong food once our food did appear. All in all a shocking experience, especially for a restaurant that is not the cheapest. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, we did not receive an apology or any offer of a discount.
