This cafe serves excellent double Espresso. I truly enjoyed the quality of their coffee. I am looking forward to ordering their dishes from the menu in the near future.
Las mejores hamburguesas que he probado hechas por alguien con un verdadero talento para este tipo de cocina. Ni siquiera me hagas empezar con las salsas caseras a medida. Una joya oculta
Fantastic place to grab quality lunch and sit in the sunshine and watch the world and its wife go by. Friendly hospitality and great service with a wide range of Italian foods and wines and even bottles of Peroni Red Label. Our food was freshly made and very tasty. Great example of green credentials with shelves and flooring from rescued wood that gives it a fantastic feel and atmosphere.
Firin is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy streets of King’s Cross. The moment you step inside, you’re transported to a cozy and intimate space, beautifully decorated with traditional Turkish touches that give the restaurant an authentic feel. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it an excellent spot for a relaxed meal away from the city's hustle and bustle. It was a small place, and good thing we booked as there were a number of parties who came, but was turned away as there wasn't any space for them.
This was my first time dining at Firin, and while I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I did have one minor issue. The dish I ordered was much smaller than I had anticipated. I wish I had been informed about the portion size beforehand, as I would have ordered additional sides to complete the meal. That being said, the food itself was delicious—fresh, well-seasoned, and full of rich, traditional flavours. Everyone in my group enjoyed their dishes, and the overall experience was positive. I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality Turkish dining experience in London. Just be sure to ask about portion sizes if you have a bigger appetite!
Fast and genuinely warm service. The chicken and lamb cubes were perfectly soft—yes, even the lamb, and we’re famously picky. No old sheep vibes here.
The homemade sauces, courtesy of the mum whooshing around, added that perfect homely touch.
Professional yet personal and at a fair price. We’ll be back.

Went at around 4pm, not many customers and got a nice seat by the window facing the street. Service was good and the staff gave me a jug of water and popcorn when I sat down.
Just ordered the beef, medium rare, and it arrived in about 7-8 minutes after. The smell of beef was distinct and aromatic but some parts were quite chewy and it made my jaw very tired. I later cut the beef into tiny pieces which was easier to chew.
After paying your bill, you get a mini knife which you can exchange for an ice-cream. My daughter previously said it was the best ice-cream but I have my doubts on that.
I would only come here just to try the dish but probably only once is enough.
Wonderful English breakfast at reasonable price! The only problem was that on the menu it was written coffee was included in the breakfast price, but they made us pay separately for it. I give 4/5 to the location rather than 5/5 just because they kept the door open and it was a little bit too cold for me (march in London is not so hot to keep a door open, but it’s just a personal opinion!) Apart from this, everything was fine and I strongly recommend it!
Great authentic food at very reasonable prices. The injera is particularly good unlike most sold in London restaurants. Multi vegetarian dish was very tasty. The spicy food can be very spicy. The owner is your waiter and is not reluctant to give good advice.
