I had my twins 8th birthday party here.. and I can't express it enough how satisfied we all were.. they even decorated the whole marquee so beautiful (within the price) the amount of compliments we got.. the food was spot on.. such a welcoming team.. I met 4 of the ladies including the manager and they worked hard to get it all organised for us..super friendly..like planning with friends 🩵 met every one of our expectations.. highly recommended.. had the wow factor.. the beer garden is lovely.. parents got to enjoy whilst kiddies bounced away on the bouncy castle.. I'm a single parent I thought I'd be super stressed out.. but they made sure they had everything under control.. if your thinking of having your party here.. do it.. no regrets 💗

Cinnabon is no longer at this location. We travelled quite a way to come and try it and found just a per trip station with an empty Cinnabon stall.

We booked the family room for holidays .But toilet was too dirty and room had bad smells.I asked for the room change to reception and they refused to change the room after doing the room fragrance.Never recommended

Visited with my father and son whilst staying at the Premier Inn. Food and service was excellent, the staff and owner were friendly and took time to have a chat with us. We use the hotel regularly and will be returning.

Myself and 3 friends visited the beefeater in millington rd Hayes , what a difference to the Uxbridge one , greeted with a smile asked where wed like to sit , the ambience was so much better , where made to feel comfortable not an inconvenience . We were served by Jane who was a credit to beefeater , clearly working on her own but unflustered and remained calm.and friendly. Food was clearly freshly made and very tasty., unlike Uxbridge. We will return to the Hayes one as treated with respect as a group of older women.

I literally ordered creamy cheese nachos and instead I they gave me a Dorito packet.my money is gone to waste cause I did not order a Dorito packet this shows how lazy the workers are
