Use to be a nice and big slice, now they are getting known, they raise price, slice getting smaller, less ingredients. Shame i wont be able to fre advertise for them and wont go back. Obs: Sbarro Heathrow.

Pizza in england is spensive but some sites are going to buy the ingredients directly from Italy every single day. Not sure how these guns are selling 1 portion of pizza for that ridiculous price and is more people are buying. Not sure if is costumers sick, the owner is sick o if whole society is sick! These need to be iligal. 2 portion pizza here is more o less 1 pizza in pizza express buy in pizza express minimum you have a table a service here is just fast food like a Mc Donals, but in MC you can have a burger whit drink chips etc for about 5£ these sites charge you 5£ for slide of pizza.

I am disgusted, i spent £35 ordering pizza from here this evening, when it arrived half of my food was missing and what was there was completely wrong, after making me change my order once already. Not minutes after my order was placed i received a message asking me to exchange items for something else as they didnt have the cheesy garlic sticks i ordered in stock, for nothing to turn up but a few slices of sad looking,burnt and sweaty pizza.If you dont have the items in stock, remove them from the page, I am so disappointed with this service as i have received alot better from the restaurant in person, why put so little effort in for Uber Eats when delivery doubles the original prices of the food. Will not be ordering from here again

Incredibly expensive and thoroughly mediocre. They're also very inflexible. No additional toppings or "choose your own". You're only allowed whatever combinations they already have on the menu.

Tasty, fast served pizza slices without having to wait long times. Iwould aslo recomend their pepp stromboli. Good prices for a quick meal, also

This is such a different food experience and a wonderful addition to halal places near my home, the garlic bread, stuffed pizza and the pizza pockets are all yummy.

Very bad service, lady in front lies ? I have loyalty card so I went to get my full whole pizza. I asked if I can get half veg and half firecracker there new one, she said can’t make half only one choice. She was lieing because I have used my old card before they have made. Stop being lazy do your job properly. Then she said it will take 30mins, said I don’t care I want fresh full pizza I’ll wait. Please managers sort your staff out

Walked in to find two girls chatting away totally ignoring me. I looked at the pizzas and could see they were not made evenly with dough and toppings. The place was so untidy with empty used bowls, knifes and dirty cloths lying behind. The girls were not interested in serving me so I just walked out.

SBARRO, Hayes north west Heathrow Bad customer service, Went today 29/12/2022 lunch time 12:25 p.m. to grab something on the go ,before going back to my work, for me and my kids at home , took a picture for the food for my kids at home to pick, then a rude lady (Asian , hair colour :black, straight)started arguing that I am not allowed to take a picture I told her it’s for my kids to pick what they want …show her the picture none of the staff on the picture for a moment I thought she is joking….but no she was very serious …maybe she is having a bad day !! so , I ask her if someone else can serve me so she went to her colleague chatted with her , then the other lady disappeared leaving me no choice other than her !!! thanks god my friend was with me so she order for me because the lady is not responding to me anymore.. what a behaviour what a customer service … I like this place and I would like to come back but if I don’t have anyone with me how will I order next time???

Delicious pizza, some of the best around but really annoying turn up an hour and a half before closing time and they can't make you a fresh pizza because they're out of dough and they've already started cleaning up - this has happend about 6 times now. The pizzas on display are really good anyway though

Just ordered a 14inch came open with a slices missing and was a mess, basically soggy, wet and the remaining slices wer stuck together. I am not going eat this as i do not trust eating it because i do not know what was done to it plus COVID is still a on going thing. I would certainly want a refund back as now i have to go out and get something else to eat. Really not happy with this service

This would be an easy 5⭐️, great pizza, good toppings, tasty dough, but the price is pretty high....thats the reason whi i gave 4 stars!even the staff agree that its expensive, wich they say that its because the ingredients went up in price....i highly recommend that you guys try out their sausage and pepperoni pizza👌🏻omg its soooO tasty, and ofcourse the New York cheese its a must!!!!

One of the worst place to ever go, the staff are disgustingly rude, they don’t have any dough for the pizza, why the hell are you open for if you have no dough for the pizza. STAFF VERY RUDE STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE.

I've been to this place no complaint about food but thier staff was extremely rude. He was not listening me properly cuz he wearing headphones on his work. Cuz of that I didn't get my order right and I ended up with heavy argument with him.

Great tasting pizza plus friendly and helpful staff. They're open till late and participate in the 'too good to go' anti food wastage scheme. There is no provision for bicycle security but across the garage forecourt, near starbucks collection window, there are some lampposts that are easily locked to.

The closest thing I’ve had to actual NYC pizza having been there and lived off it! Fresh, extremely tasty, I can imagine fattening too lol 😂. But a 10/10!

Very bad customer service, no one answers the phone so a order can be placed, checked online that they were open, so drove 20 mins to this Sbarro arriving at 20:25 only to be told they closed early!!! When enquiring if their phone was in working order I was told it was, but not answered as the manager was not there!!!! Bizarre!

The workers are nice and serve well.... but the pizza is absolutely disgusting. The sauce they use is awful. I cannot bear to eat even a morsel of it.

Good pizza, tasty and isn’t too thick on the base. The sauce is applied evenly covering the whole pizza with a decent amount of toppings and available in various sizes. We ordered the 17” large chicken pizza and wasn’t left disappointed and also a smaller pepperoni which was 5*. The food is Halal certified and conveniently located at this petrol station with ease of parking, only downfall is you have to wait approx 30 mins but I guess it’s guaranteed to be fresh.
