Subway in Hillingdon

I literally ordered creamy cheese nachos and instead I they gave me a Dorito packet.my money is gone to waste cause I did not order a Dorito packet this shows how lazy the workers are

The old Sri Lankan guy very rudely treat the customer, we paid £7:50 yesterday for the same sandwich I go for same sandwiche he make payment £10:88 i just says that I paid 7:50 for same sandwich he keeps my sandwich,he says when other auntie come ,come those time and spoke very rude and argue ,thanks

Love subways with fresh veggies

Other than the fact that I had to ask for more spinach to accompany the 3 leaves the lady put in my footlong, it was as yummy as you’d expect your subway to be.

Such an amazing place with really nice people I definetly recommend this place to other people and the food is very good quality and clean

This subway has very nice food, is very clean and has amazing customer service

The food is good subway standard but the staff just don't seem like they want to be there, u feel like u putting them out asking for food that you are paying for. I had asked for a little more sauce but both the subs I had ordered were soo messy and not cut in half the sauce was every where.

Staff could be a bit more helpful, but other than that it's a Subway and their food is always good.

I would like to make all aware that particularly this branch staff is very unprofessional and rude. Made order online n being given set pickup time at 13:15. Time i reached the staff was so rude(Patricia). Rudely she refused that they haven’t received order even after showed order receipt. Luckily I managed to convinced her that I placed order but there was another staff member, she start talking to Patricia in different language again I confronted to use English language. They made my order but was freezing cold and tasteless. I will never go to this branch again. I also would like to add Subway usually very good but this time its very disappointing.

I went there today lunch time the guy serving wasn't bothered at all I ordered two foot long sub's he didn't listen to what I wanted in my sub he messed them both up. Service from him was terrible like he didn't want to even be there...

One of the best service I had. Sandwich was as meant to be and a specially coffee was proper latte. Comparing to others subway stores this one is the top of the range. 😊😊😊

Generally get good service here, food quality is good. Closes very early and no clear open or closing advertised.
