Had a really bad experience with the dinner other day !! Joe needs training on everything!! Mum is really good but all other staff clearly need to be retrained

Breakfast was the highlight of the visit. Demi and the staff were exceptional. Asked how are food was, service was quick, food well prepared and plenty. To add to the experience, they came around and asked if we wanted anymore food before packing away. Staff, particularly Demi, were exceptionally professional! Thank you!

Get what you pay for ! The hotel is not secure due to broken outside locks. Restaurant was closed way before 9pm on a Friday night, settee in room was dirty and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. Carpark is overlooked by a very unpleasant block of flats, and we passed a couple of women carrying bells while walking in the local area. On the same floor as a large group who spent literally all night slamming the doors separating the corridors. Never had this issue at a Premier before, wont be using this one again !!

Not sure what happened, I've worked in the area for the last 18 months and stayed here a lot, however upon arrival after booking different hotels for a couple of months, I could sense it's gone downhill massively. The rooms are still lovely but the restaurant isn't a beefeater anymore and that is such a shame. The menu barely has anything on it compared to before, and there's only like 3 or 4 staff working between the hotel reception and the restaurant making serving times really poor. Took me half an hour to check in today and just went down for food and gave up, came upstairs to order a takeaway. Last time I was here the beefeater was buzzing with energy, the staff were friendly and socialised with the customers. It was a fun experience. Now there's just no vibe, although the staff are still lovely people, you can tell that whatever the management have done here is making them stressed and rushed. Which is a massive shame, the hotel and beefeater used to always be busy and thriving so why change it? I'd like to point out that all the staff that I've met on this stay have been sound as a pound, it's literally down to the number of the staff and the worsening of the restaurant. Disappointing

Room small and shower mouldy. Restaurant service diabolical, and food not great either!!

Rooms are good sized. Aircon works well. Free WiFi works for basic usage. Proximity to ASDA and the Elizabeth line is a huge plus. Only downside is they don’t have an onsite laundry if one stays for a longer period. Could’ve had a microwave in the room too, but none of the premier inns have. If I return to London I would stay here.

Fairly modern example of a premier inn, plenty of paid parking available. Attached restaurant is not a beefeater even though it’s branded as one. The main failing though which was quite apparent to all guests it seems is a huge lack of staff. Queues for everything.

Premier inn London Hayes located near Heathrow airport and on walking distance to hayes and harlington station Elizabeth Line to Central London and its a quiet place which is the good part. Sufficient paid car parking is available. , However room services, basic amenities are fairly missing. Reception’s staff performance is questionable. Wifi is barely working in rooms and actually you need to pay for good a speed. Breakfast is continental. Not much variety but passable.

Used hotel for the night before an early flight (was up at 4am 😢). Great location for terminal 3, got the deal inclusive of the meet and greet parking in the short stay at T3. Worked a treat, car was ready on my return straight away (except for Heathrow car park charging me (and another customer right behind me) £17 for turning the wrong way in the car park....fyi, go directly to level 4, no matter what other signs for M&G say!)

Arrived at the hotel at 00:30 and got allocated our room: 144. When we got into it, it was clear that it had not been made up from the previous night. Back down to Reception (apparently it was on their system as having been cleaned) and got allocated another room which had been made up and was clean. Never seen a message about kettle use before though!! The mind boggles!! We slept well once in our bed. Hotel is two stops on the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow Airport and a useful stop off after a flight.

Third visit. This one's a cracker. Cleaning equipment laying on the carpet, urine stained toilet rim (seriously, someone or something stayed here that needs to see a doctor/vet) and the attached Beefeater pub closed at 10pm...OK it's not exactly Vegas or...well...anywhere, but if it got any more depressing here a funeral would break out

Security issue: although overall staff was friendly, we experienced a security issue during room cleaning. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. On the last full day, we ordered room cleaning with new towels at the reception. At the mean time, we told the lady at the reception that the rooms door has a defect. The door would have to be pulled very hard to lock properly. The lady assured us that she would let the technical staff and house keeping know. As we approached our room this evening, we noticed that our room was open so that everyone would have easily been able to enter our room and steal personal items.

The charge to check in an hour early, 10 pounds, is ridiculous! I needed to get to work so I was forced to pay it. Beefeaters was good, room was okay, all in all it wasn't bad. But that charge really gave me pause. I checked out at 5am! Plenty of hours to cover my 2pm check in!

Worst hotel I have ever been. There was nothing in the room that wasn't either broken or stained. The paint literally fell from the ceiling. Usable W-Lan is 5 GBP per day. The free one is so slow it takes 2 minutes to load one website.

It's a good quality Premier Inn, 1 minute walk to a large Asda and a 5-6 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. We had a 6:30am flight from Terminal 5 and got there with plenty of time to spare using the first Elisabeth Line train of the morning at Hayes. The windows don't open so the room got quite warm (IMO) despite being early March and some airflow coming internally. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking is relatively expensive, we paid £6 for about 6 hours of parking. We've used it before and definitely will use it again if catching an early morning flight. Note: If the car park is full, or you plan on staying longer, you can use the "Just park" app at the Asda next door, for cheap weekend parking.

The reception area was unstaffed when we arrived. When staff did eventually appear they did not speak other than to request our name. The level of customer service is below the provide 1-5 scale. Staff was also nonexistent during breakfast and this was reflected in the unkept status of the dining areas.

Poor experience during this stay. Had to walk up and down the stairs 3 times before getting into my room due to a faulty door to my floor and the card reader falling off the wall in the first room I was assigned. I was given a new room quite quickly so no real bother here, I was trying to get my step count up for the day anyway. The issue that bothered me the most and pit me off staying here again was when I noticed 2 dead flies and some other foreign substance floating in the vinegar. I noticed this after I had used it and eaten my food. I had paid for a meal deal and didn't trust eating anything else. I stay at premier inns all over the UK for work, but I won't be staying here again.

Went for a 50 th Birthday meal with family. Which was a disaster! WORST ROAST DINNER I have ever had. Dry food over cooked potatoes hard just unedible. Had a suprise cake ready to bring out and member if staff spoilt suprise by asking Birthday boy if he wanted cake brought out yet. We had already told them we would get it when ready. But manager was very helpful. But don't know what chef was thinking ☹️

What a fantastic restaurant! We went to celebrate my brother’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

This is a very busy large hotel, checking in at peak time (peak time can be longer than normal and when larger group are traveling together), takes time. The service was good at reception. The staff are polite and helpful. There was always a long wait for the lift and stairwell not easy to find. Could do with better seperation of vegetarian food on the breakfast bar, people cross contaminated with utensils. Ordering something wasn't timely, but like I said the hotel is busy. Difficult to get any breakfast before 0600, if you have an early getaway The rooms were fine albeit with a somewhat dated feel. The bathroom was fine, although water was slow to drain away in the shower. There is a parking charge of £15, first hour is free, please check as it changes
