Poor example of a premier inn. Rooms & linen not cleaned daily, towels left on floor & bins not emptied despite multiple requests. Staff are difficult to communicate with. Overall musky scent to hotel due to lack of cleanliness.

A perfect stay here, parking is chargeable though. The rooms were great. TV And WiFi were brilliant. Apart from the robot check in, everything was smooth and easy. Staff were great especially Marius was awesome, Vanessa & Joe and the lovely blonde lady whose name I didn't get. Thanks to you all, you are a credit to Premier Inn!!

Stayed here for a few days. Staff are friendly especially Alska, Vanessa, Marius and Enzo. The rooms have a damp mouldy smell also not always cleaned properly have found food under beds ect... I do think the hotel should open the bar at 12pm and do light lunches as I think there are alot of people who would come in for lunch. A few tweaks and it could be a good hotel.

Unfortunately, due to business travel requirements and the hotel’s location, I have had no choice but to stay at this establishment, despite the ongoing issues I have encountered. The Wi-Fi situation is a major concern. The standard Wi-Fi is severely throttled, making it impractical for business use. The requirement to pay extra for an upgrade to a functional internet connection is unreasonable and does not align with the expectations of a business-friendly hotel. Furthermore, I have faced persistent issues when requesting receipts for meals. Staff at the till often fail to provide a proper receipt for business expenses, requiring me to request one each time. This should be standard practice, or at the very least, staff should ask whether a receipt is required at the time of payment.

That was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The combination of poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and bad service made for a completely unpleasant stay. From the start, the self-service check-in felt impersonal and unwelcoming. When I entered my room, it was clear that housekeeping had not done a proper job - there were fake eyelashes left on the towel from the previous guest. The bathroom was even worse, with black mold in the shower, a toilet seat covered in strange stains, and mold inside the water heater! 🤮 The entire hotel was in poor condition. The walls were broken and damaged, in the hallways was a weed smell, and the windows were intentionally locked, meaning there was no fresh air. To make matters worse, the WiFi barely worked, making it frustrating to do even basic things like check emails or stream a video. On top of everything, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in improving the situation. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment, and I would never stay here again. I strongly advise others to avoid it!

Avoid honestly. Came here because of the decent reviews but the staff were extremely rude, unhelpful & one night we decided to have dinner at the hotel (had a concert nearby) and it was an absolute joke. Waited twenty minutes on the bill after asking a few times & the manager laughed about it. Even after telling him the problems we had from start to finish he just kept laughing! Couldn’t believe it. We were also told don’t worry about the parking they’ll take the charge off - then made to pay it on the last day. Piss take. Dirty towels and place stunk of weed, wouldn’t stay here again.

Not what I was expecting, given how stellar the reputation is… i understand this is a budget hotel but it’s 2025 and INTENTIONALLY slowing down the WiFi makes me VERY annoyed. The WiFi was unworkable. I had better WiFi in 3rd world countries. Location not the safest. Nothing around. It’s very close to the airport which is great. You can take a train or bus straight into central London or straight to the airport. Didn’t love the checkin process either. It’s automated. Costs 15 pounds to checkin even 2 minutes “early.” Hotel was rundown but good for one night only. Paid 67 pounds or USD $82.

Good hotel, near Heathrow, clean spacious rooms (double, for 2-3 people with double and single bed and accessible rooms). Most rooms have shower over bath, the only issue is that it has fixed head. If you stay longer you have to ask for cleaning/towel replacement at the reception. I really like that you can collect extra coffee/tea/milk at the reception. There is a kettle in the room and a hair dryer. Don't expect fridge, safe, shoe polishing kit or sewing kit. Nice hand wash and body/hair wash are provided. If you forget toothbrush/toothpaste you can buy them from the vending machine at the reception. Parking is owned by a different provider and costs £7 per night with a code available from the reception. During our stay there was no problem with finding a space, although this parking gets full in the evenings. Unlimited breakfast is currently £10.99 with kids eat free bonus. Breakfast is served 6:30-10:30 weekdays and 7-11 weekends and outside customers are also accepted. This is a standard buffet with full English options, cereals, pancakes, fresh fruits, yoghurt, toasts, juices, tea, and coffee. They don't serve lunch. Dinner is either meal deal with your stay (2 courses from nearly full menu available) or just any menu items. Dinner is served from 6 pm, and if you are not a hotel guest, you still have to enter The Beefeter on the site through the hotel lobby. This hotel is a good 3 star one, but what makes it exceptional is the staff - at the reception, cleaning crew and especially the restaurant team - always welcoming, helpful and polite. I would like to praise Alskar, who served us nearly every day. This jolly lady is worth her weight in gold. She and other lovely ladies there made our stay exceptional.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn, Hayes, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Before my stay, I personally visited the hotel to request a room with a shower, as it was essential for my senior-citizen parents. I was advised to book online and reconfirm my request in person. I followed this guidance, making a booking for 21st December 2024, and even visited the hotel again on 4th November to ensure the request was noted. During a prior stay at the same hotel from 12th to 19th December, there were no issues, and I was provided a room with a shower. This gave me confidence to book again. However, upon arrival on 21st December, I was allocated a room with a bathtub, despite all my prior efforts to confirm the request. When I raised this with a staff member named Zanya, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She stated that no changes could be made and refused to accommodate my parents, who found it difficult to use a bathtub. Her tone was rude, and she even threatened to remove me from the premises if I continued to question the situation. After much back and forth, my father had to step in, and Zanya eventually assigned us a disabled room without informing us of its nature. Later, when a wire in the room was accidentally touched, Zanya entered the room and unnecessarily reprimanded us, adding to an already unpleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for food, and the mugs provided were not properly cleaned. When I pointed this out, I was told that the dishwasher was at fault and nothing could be done. This was my first negative experience with Premier Inn, especially disappointing after the smooth stay earlier in December. I urge Premier Inn to address the service quality and staff behavior, particularly Zanya’s conduct. Such incidents not only inconvenience guests but also tarnish the reputation of the brand.

Advantages: Although it is not in the center of London, it is close to the subway station. You can reach the city in half an hour on the Elizabeth line. The house price is relatively cheap, and the room is not small. In addition, there are large mass merchandisers nearby, and things are cheap, so you can buy food back and save a meal. Disadvantages: The room is a bit humid, there is no vent in the bathroom, and the air circulation is poor.

No running water across the whole hotel from breakfast time through to checkout. I wasn't going to bother with a review as it was clearly a mechanical fault outside the control of the staff. What I have issue with, however, was the inept and unsympathetic attitude of the employee I spoke to in the restaurant around 12pm while checking out. I went in there as reception was packed and I assumed there'd be bottles of water available somewhere. "Can I get a bottle of water please?" "No, breakfast has finished restaurant has closed" "You're aware the hotel has no running water, right? I'd just like to get a bottle" "I can't get you one the bar is closed - you can buy one from the vending machine" "I'm not BUYING water from you when you should be providing it since the supply was cut a few hours ago" She said she'd go the office to see what she could do but I said forget it ill go to ASDA next door and buy some. Given the circumstances it was unnecessary and unprofessional for her to be so obstructive - why did I even need to explain myself for simply wanting some water. Why were there not bottles available in reception for people to take? Try having a contingency plan and training your staff.

Well disappointed. I have stayed hear about 7 8 times before last before this stay being in May or June. Since then it looks like hotel carers to council guests, having asked one of the tenants who was a school kid at Breakfast both days. The room I stayed in must of been a room where it was rented to council for tenants, as the state of the mould would mean it had not been clean for weeks or months. Compare to a room which cleaned daily. See pictures of mould, also black mould in kettle. Shower door didn't slide in guessing due to mould build up and lack of cleaning by previous tennant.

Get what you pay for ! The hotel is not secure due to broken outside locks. Restaurant was closed way before 9pm on a Friday night, settee in room was dirty and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. Carpark is overlooked by a very unpleasant block of flats, and we passed a couple of women carrying bells while walking in the local area. On the same floor as a large group who spent literally all night slamming the doors separating the corridors. Never had this issue at a Premier before, wont be using this one again !!

Not sure what happened, I've worked in the area for the last 18 months and stayed here a lot, however upon arrival after booking different hotels for a couple of months, I could sense it's gone downhill massively. The rooms are still lovely but the restaurant isn't a beefeater anymore and that is such a shame. The menu barely has anything on it compared to before, and there's only like 3 or 4 staff working between the hotel reception and the restaurant making serving times really poor. Took me half an hour to check in today and just went down for food and gave up, came upstairs to order a takeaway. Last time I was here the beefeater was buzzing with energy, the staff were friendly and socialised with the customers. It was a fun experience. Now there's just no vibe, although the staff are still lovely people, you can tell that whatever the management have done here is making them stressed and rushed. Which is a massive shame, the hotel and beefeater used to always be busy and thriving so why change it? I'd like to point out that all the staff that I've met on this stay have been sound as a pound, it's literally down to the number of the staff and the worsening of the restaurant. Disappointing

Only downside is they don’t have an onsite laundry if one stays for a longer period. Could’ve had a microwave in the room too, but none of the premier inns have. Premier inn London Hayes located near Heathrow airport and on walking distance to hayes and harlington station Elizabeth Line to Central London and its a quiet place which is the good part. Security issue: although overall staff was friendly, we experienced a security issue during room cleaning. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. On the last full day, we ordered room cleaning with new towels at the reception. At the mean time, we told the lady at the reception that the rooms door has a defect. The door would have to be pulled very hard to lock properly. The lady assured us that she would let the technical staff and house keeping know. As we approached our room this evening, we noticed that our room was open so that everyone would have easily been able to enter our room and steal personal items.

It's a good quality Premier Inn, 1 minute walk to a large Asda and a 5-6 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. We had a 6:30am flight from Terminal 5 and got there with plenty of time to spare using the first Elisabeth Line train of the morning at Hayes. The windows don't open so the room got quite warm (IMO) despite being early March and some airflow coming internally. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking is relatively expensive, we paid £6 for about 6 hours of parking. We've used it before and definitely will use it again if catching an early morning flight. Note: If the car park is full, or you plan on staying longer, you can use the "Just park" app at the Asda next door, for cheap weekend parking.

Poor experience during this stay. Had to walk up and down the stairs 3 times before getting into my room due to a faulty door to my floor and the card reader falling off the wall in the first room I was assigned. I was given a new room quite quickly so no real bother here, I was trying to get my step count up for the day anyway. The issue that bothered me the most and pit me off staying here again was when I noticed 2 dead flies and some other foreign substance floating in the vinegar. I noticed this after I had used it and eaten my food. I had paid for a meal deal and didn't trust eating anything else. I stay at premier inns all over the UK for work, but I won't be staying here again.

Nice people working there but food poor. Prawns in cocktail were not fresh and salad was old and limp. Manager suggested latter due to dressing burning holes in leaves - yeah sure. Good for a chat over glass of wine but food was awful and expensive.

We ordered 3 pastas and a veal. The food didn't have flavour nor did it taste like it was freshly made. It resembled airplane food and seemed preheated. The tortellini especially had no flavour despite being called a prawn chilli tortellini. Service was also poor. The starters took about 40 minutes, and we were told our mains had not been entered yet when the starters arrived. Our bill was also wrong as we ordered an item which we were later told was unavailable, but the item stayed on. They also included a service charge which, given the quality of food, was disappointing. As an airport hotel, guests are limited to the restaurants provided. I would not stay at Radisson again due to the quality of food at the restaurants available, especially at price point. We paid less at Dishoom, for example, for a substantially better meal and experience.

Arrived late last night after 30hrs plus of travel via access through walkway from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. Staff member Sanjay and one other tried patiently to help set up a SIM card for me so it was nearly midnight when I got to bed. Room perfect especially the king size bed! Another staff member Jurisa continued to rectify my Sim problem this morning. I must commend the reception team here on their care, helpfulness and efficiency in every way - Hilton is lucky to have them as their front desk “face”. All other amenities very good and I would certainly return! So convenient for those travelling in and out of LHR!
