Excelente hotel y personal increíble. Visité ayer en el Restaurante con mi Esposa y estoy asombrado con el tipo de hospitalidad que conseguí allí. Especialmente me gustaría mencionar a la Sra. JELYN como ella era excepcional y muy amable con nosotros. Como puedo observar que la Sra. Jelyn estaba tratando de ser muy amable y se estaba asegurando de que cada huésped está satisfecho con la comida y el servicio. La comida era deliciosa como siempre y el servicio era incluso mucho mejor.

Very limited menu. Understaffed with most staff members not appearing to care about service and no one apologising. Nachos were bordering revolting with plastic guac and hardly any cheese / beans. Husband said burger was ok. Wine extortionately priced. Do yourself a favour and get Uber Eats.

Busy airport hotel food adequate but limited choices

The price was reasonable and the food was perfect!! Staff was very friendly too. I strongly recommend here

Worst service we have ever had. We stayed here and booked with a child to be told we could not order from the menu as we had paid (more!) As a Legoland package. Once here we waited 20min to be seated and no one helped. After an hour we complained and the manager told us he would take order then disappeared. By 6:30 we had to serve some pasta to our child from the buffet and still after asking for help we were told someone would come. Took him to bed at 7pm without eating. After complaining for the third time they offered to bring food to the room, which came cold. Awful service, not experience and dreading breakfast!!

Food was well priced, high quality and had large but not excessive portions. However, drinks were overpriced and the service was slow and inattentive.

Whetherspoons quality at restaurant prices - see the photo. The menu selection covered most pub favourites, fish and chips, burgers, pizza, Carbonara, chicken tikka masala, a salad. I think you would struggle if you are vegan or vegetarian. However, the food was served quickly by staff who were friendly, polite and attentive. We had the chicken tikka masala and it had a good quantity of chicken and plenty of flavour. The rice was fluffy and flavoursome. A poppadom and small naan was also included. My Goose IPA rounded out the meal. The decor was standard Travel Lodge fare and mostly clean and tidy. Everything was exactly as you'd expect for a cheap and cheerful London Heathrow airport hotel. It did what I asked without any surprises.

Gran restaurante en hotel muy mediocre. El hotel era muy normal, pero la cena en el restaurante de la casa fue sorprendentemente buena. no tenían mi vino de elección del menú, pero la sugerencia alternativa era muy buena. Tuve el costillar de cordero, que en realidad era bastante maravilloso, aunque un poco más preparado para mí. Sorprendentemente tan bueno! pero salsa graciosa - para mí? ? Servicio eficiente y amigable. precios de gama alta! fue bueno en general, pero la calificación TA solo permite un promedio o muy bueno. promedio sería malo. El hotel era normal. restaurante no!

Nos alojamos en el hotel mercure la noche antes de nuestras vacaciones volando desde Heathrow. Cenamos en el restaurante Borders en el hotel sin esperar mucho, pero el servicio fue excelente. . . particularmente de Elena, que era amigable y profesional. Comimos pescado y papas fritas y costillas con trozos de camote, que era fresco, caliente y muy sabroso. Estaremos encantados de quedarnos de nuevo.

Delicious food, served in a timely fashion and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. We had the works and we both had the curry for our mains which was served as spicy or as mild as we chose

We had a good meal for 6 people last night. Much better than i expected.

Cheery helpful staff on a busy night. Sorted our heating efficiently. Gave us practical travel advice. Great room. Comfy bed. Wish shower didn't have cold moments though.

Surprisingly good food inside Mecure hotel. Thought we had to head out to town to grab a decent bite while we awaited transit close to airport. Recommend you come and eat here if you staying near by. Just as good as other places in Soho.
