Very friendly staff, they decorated the event room absolutely amazing for my son’s 1st birthday party! It looked incredible! Will defiantly be using the music box again without a doubt!

Just wanted to give The Music Box a BIG shout out! Had both of our little boys christening there yesterday, was an incredible day! Venue, staff, atmosphere, garden, prices of the drinks, decor for the marquee! Honestly can’t say a bad word. Threw my mum a surprise 40th birthday party at The Music Box and had an amazing day. The marquee was decorated beautifully, the theme was perfect for what I wanted. The bar staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone with an event to use their services, the price is so reasonable considering everything included! Thank you so much.

I booked here for my engagement party and all the staff were great. Cynthia and Kerry were extremly helpful and accomodated our needs. On the day of the party they pretty much left us to decorate the marquee how we wanted and was there to help. We had the venue till 1am too which was great. Definitely recommend for a party.

The lady behind was really nice to me and it was very quick service.

The music box hosted my twins 1st birthday party. Was an amazing experience! All the staff couldn’t be any more helpful with planning it and did absolutely amazing creating the vision I wanted! The decorations were absolutely amazing! We also had food, the chef is amazing! The food was absolutely beautiful! The prices are also reasonable and for what you get it is definitely worth every penny! I would definitely recommend anyone to go with the music box for an event! It honestly couldn’t have been any better!

Me and mum visited for Sunday roast and it is all cooked fresh. I had lamb which was pink and cooked well. With loads of vegetables marrows,carrots,cauliflower, cabbage, roasties. Omg is just wonderful banging roast dinner we haven’t had for ages. Mum Had chicken and was as good as everything else. The pub also have sweet shop where you feel like in old sweet shop. And is now be our regular pub for at least Sunday roast if not for many more days. Also music seems to be here every weekend.

Last minute stopover at this venue. They allowed us to park up our camper for free as we had an early Heathrow pick up and didn’t fancy an over night drive. The staff were amazing and could not be any more accommodating. We ordered haddock with crushed new potatoes a dill cream sauce with a poached egg and a braised rib of beef with mashed potatoes and braised vegetables. We were a little bit concerned about the quality as the prices seemed very cheap but I can honestly say that the food was outstanding. We would definitely use this venue again.

Amazing experience. Was accommodating of a big group to watch the match- preordered food which all came fresh and on time. Excellent quality ingredient and cooked to perfection. With the fork discount, it was a fabulous deal. Would come again- even without a discount as the food was just so good!

I took my 79 year old Mum for Sunday lunch today. I grew up from 6 months of age and Mum still lives in Bourne Avenue - although she had never been to the Music Box (or the Thomas Henry Kay as it was for a while) although my sons and I had. I really enjoyed the food and it’s a lovely, proper English pub. Unfortunately my Mum found the veg too hard and the beef tough 😕 I really enjoyed it and I’m gutted that I’ve now had to move our family reunion to the disgusting Beefeater at the other end of the road. ☹️

The food was lovely and fresh.The chef and bar staff were very friendly. They also have a tuck shop with old school penny sweets for sale! I would definitely go back again!

Fancied a Sunday roast and when I heard music box started doing a Sunday roast thought I give it a try… food tasted amazing and fresh. Everyone very welcoming and spoke highly of the food here. defo would eat here again maybe try that all you can eat buffet :)

Went in after work for a steak and kidney pie, and mash. The pie was a very good size and had the Chunks of meat inside were massive! Mash was also fantastic. 10/10 will be back soon!

Three of us went today for the all you can eat buffet. We booked on 02088487341 and gave a vague idea of the time we would arrive. They do buffet on Mon and Wed noon till 8pm. £9.95 a head! It was freshly cooked and we had 8 different foods served. Samosas, lamb stew, cheese filled potato, rice, chilli con carne etc etc. Totally delicious, lovely staff and a secure garden the size of a football pitch. Fab for all, but especially for families. Our son is 27, but they told me that for every paying adult, one child under 12 gets free food on buffet days! Unreal. Definitely going back. Ample free parking outside. The Music Box is a special venue.

Hi there, I really felt that the drinks and the service was great. I do think that some improvements can be made with the ambience and decor. Some local friends and family have moved to the area and I encouraged us all to go, based on the good reviews. I felt the experience fell short of the other reviews. Some minor changes could rectify this - i.e. a little more cohesiveness with the look and feel of the pub's brand and aesthetic. Regular table wipe downs - and a reconsideration of the arrangements of tables and chairs, so you're constantly bothered by children and smokers going back and forth from the garden (would also help considerably).

Just an amazing local pub with friendly staff and great service. Enjoyed some games of pool, some good beer and the Lebanese grill food just summed it all up - Perfect!!! A highly recommended venue...

I was there today with my bro for a few pints & lunch, we haven't been there for ages, the staff, the service, the food & drink were exceptional, the chicken & haloumi wrap was the best wrap i have ever had ,all at a reasonable price

threw my whole food away. plus he charged me more as the mix grill is 14.95 and choclate fudge cake is 3.50. he charged me £20. bit i dont mind paying for good food this was u undercooked disgusting food. the reviews on here must be fake. i threw the whole thing in the bin. waste of £20. no one go here ever!

Stayed overnight at Heathrow and was searching for Greek food - came across this place on JUST Eat, so glad we tried - lovely chicken kebab and greek salad, cooked to perfection very flavorful and fresh ! Delivered to our premier inn hot and on time - no complaints at all !! Definitely recommended !!

Had heard about the food here from a friend. So we gave it a try tonight. Wow what can I say very very happy , food was super tasty, plenty of it and such friendly staff when we collected it. Both agreed we will definitely be returning.

A great place to meet up eat and listen to some pub music. Would reccomend to hire out as very secure spot for children too/not sure of they hire but they should. Grt parking &ambience.

The kebabs from here are absolutely delicious, seriously one of the best I have had. Tender meat, marinated to taste superb and cooked perfectly, not too dry like other places. Would highly recommend, wish I lived closer so I could order more often!

Local pub set in a popular estate. Basic food is good, staff are friendly. The best pub I have visited in the local area. They have a band at weekends (went on a Saturday) and it was good. The staff delivered food to the table and Covid equipped, pay with a card or cash. Big beer garden in the back so family friendly. Good community spirit.

Tried the big fat greek kebab was delicious very good quality meat served in thin naan bread with taziki and chilli sauce and salad highly recommend a visit good portion and reasonable prices.

Best restaurant ever. Really tasty, authentic, fresh food! Sad I only just discovered it, but it will be my new regular place to order from. Thank you for the great experience :)

This is the first time at this venue for a family celebration, The management and staff pulled out all the stops to make the evening very special. The buffet was lovely and delicious very fresh and plenty of it. We used the marquee in the grounds the staff set it up and it looked outstanding. A big thank you to all at the music box for making my daughters birthday party very special.

Excellent venue, Paul,Leah,Hassan,Lauren the whole team wer amazing. The staff went above and beyond always helpful nothing was too much trouble.

First time in this pub/ restaurant a very warm welcome and social guide lines in place. This is a family friendly pub with lots of room, a large garden with seating a nice place to spend time. We will return in a few months time for a birthday celebration and looking forward to it.

We love round the corner and decided to try music box for the first time tonight. And the food was amazing. My other half being turkish Cypriot, got the mixed grill and he absolutely loved it. Best food we have had in hayes for the year we have been here. Regret not coming here earlier! Amazing! The chef is brilliant!

Sunday roast yet again was perfect ! All i can say is this place deserves more good reviews as it is nice and friendly with cheerful staff that go out of their way to keep the customer happy I WILL RECCOMEND THIS PLACE EVERY TIME THANKYOU FOR YOUR VERY COURTEOUS SERVICE !

Just had a (12th?) reunion at The Music Box. It’s the local pub to our old school (Pinkwell). It was some of our parents local (1950/60’s). Now 50 years on we have our annual friends/school friends reunion there. Great time had by all. We are made welcome by Cynthia and her team of bar staff and fed by their fabulous chef. Here’s to our next reunion - September 2020.

Fantastic family pub, beautiful food and outstanding atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is also a lovely beer garden with ample seating front and rear. I'll be back soon 😎

The staff were great and decorate the hall to suit your theme, they were also brilliant on the day. The adults at the party ordered food from the restaurant to which they all commented on the large portions, great value for money. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a party venue.

Good place. Went on a Saturday night. There was a live band. They played amazing. Food we ordered was good. The ambience was good as well.

I highly recommend, I had my daughters baptism here Cynthia and Chef were unbelievably helpful and very precise. Any queries I had in the lead up they were more than happy to help and keep me calm as it was nerve wrecking holding my first ever event. On the day of the event the venue was absolutely beautifully done and the food had many compliments from my friends and family. We had a big guest list and there was never a long wait at the bar.We were fortunate our day was sunny and there were plenty of seating in the garden for us to enjoy. I will most definitely be holding future events here.

We had small function for1st Holy Communion organised at The Music Box, on the day we were massively susprised with what was organised for us, we were separated from the pub are with curtains, giving us all privacy we could only dream about, tables and chairs were decorated, place looked amazing! We had excellent service from all bar and kitchen staff, food was delicious and fresh. It felt like we were in some posh restaurant! If you're looking for a nice place for function or party, The Music Box is the right place, they have everything you need, good place for families with kids too, massive secured garden with own playground for kids, food is fresh and delicious... And most importantly, everyone there care about customers satisfaction.. Bar, kitchen staff, landlords, everyone is top class! Thank you!

Lovely family pub with great atmosphere. The staff are very quick and welcoming, and the land lady takes great pride in her traditional British pub. The marquee is a beautiful venue for any party and the food is absolutely delicious. There is a quirky little sweet shop. Which even sells the old classics and the staff are more than accommodating. There is always a little event happening and with a dj every Friday and Saturday night, you can’t go wrong for a night out.The pub quiz on a Thursday night is brilliant and challenging. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially on a Friday and Saturday night!

It's the average pub. You can say it's okay for children with it's sweet area and rustic play area of which seems a bit harzardous. It has a nice tent house for partys

I enjoyed this pub. it was fairly close to Heathrow so I can get wasted before getting on the plane. It is a last haven of sanity as the rest of London crumbles. The nice thing is they have a mini zoo in the back yard, llamas, donkeys, goats, sheep, 2 hyenas and of course Peter the turkey. I met great characters in the pub like Uncle Tel and Crusher. It reminds me of begone days before this world was destroyed by political correctness. A great night out and lovely food

Popped in here during the summer and a few times since to sample some of the great Lebanese food - Home made by the chef and his staff. Very tasty grilled meats with Salad or pitta bread, lovely dips and sides. Great outside space and friendly bar staff. Function space also. Will definitely be going back to sample more.

A good time to be had at the music box. They are organising music nights once a month to rest up the DJ's. They also have a marquee to hire for birthdays, and a nice chef (Not just a cook) Bar staff are friendly and the Landlady is very respectful.

Lovely boozer with a good atmosphere. Reasonably priced beer & drinks. The food is as well & fairly priced. Plenty going on here for the locals to enjoy, including a Thursday night pub quiz, motorcyclist get together days & nights, pool team, & darts team,.. etc. Giant Marquis tent acts as a function room which is unbelievable the way they set it up for different theme days & nights. A great part of this community in this tucked away area of Hayes, Hillingdon.
