I had my daughters 21st birthday at the hall upstairs (although I must say that the food was very tasty and excellent ) .This unfortunately was let down by the service we received .We have hosted a lot of parties before and we are well rehearsed with the timings allowed . Just to explain further when my wife was booking the venue we were verbally told that they cant hold the party till 1 am (due to licencing problems but 12.00 am was fine ) .Also we were initially told that we couldn't stick anything on the walls (this was retracted by another manager when I came down in person but only with blue tack) I had to come down to sort the menu out as there were quite a few discrepancies on it. But on the day of the party (despite leaving clear instructions before ) I had to keep asking to fill up starters and I even had to tell people that dinner is served (something the waiters could have done ) .But the annoying thing was that without warning the sound system was reduced in volume at 11:20pm(later adjusted back a little when my wife complained and main lights were switched on at 11:50 pm. I will think about recommending this venue to our many friends and relatives. Luckily my daughters friends did not notice too much and enjoyed the evening (some had travelled 2-3 hours to be there)

Incredible restaurant, great atmosphere, excellent cuisine. Live Ukrainian music, you can have a great time in this Ukrainian restaurant. We are pleasantly surprised.

Fresh, Delicious and Authentic Hyderabadi food. Place is very clean and atmosphere is great. Customer service is superb. Highly recommended for food lovers.

Was looking forward to eating here, however was left disappointed when I thought I was getting shawarma but instead it was doner meat on top of chips and bread, unless my assumption of shawarma is wrong I thought it was supposed to be a wrap. Also the food didn’t taste all that fresh and everything was lacking flavour and quite meats were tough. Also ordered mixed grill which was okay and rice was very nice. Lastly I must say the portion sizes were great which is a bit plus but doesn’t make up for the rest of the letdowns.

Eh, they are no longer small as they used to be and neither is the friendly serving of this in the summer! They don't have a barbecue anymore, at the moment they are making small ones on the electric one. The lady who served us was a bit arrogant and totally unfriendly! With small potatoes, I had the audacity to ask for some ketchup in addition to the mustard, and she bluntly told me that she won't give it to us because it's expensive and she needs ketchup for the shaorma! I was speechless! Then he told us that if I really want it, he can put some on me, but it costs me £1 a small cap. LUCKILY, the patron, who is an extraordinarily friendly man, came and gave me ketchup without knowing what happened before he came and guess what! It wasn't even that expensive, rather that cheap and watery! In conclusion, if they install a gas grill and the so-called lady will no longer be there, maybe we will stop there, maybe! Too bad...

What a great find! Delicious and authentic. The whole fish was the standout for me! Portion size is generous. 2 cold starters and 2 of the special meals (duck & fish) with rice was more than enough for 3 hungry people. The black cloud ear fungas and cucumber salad was amazing too. Our very generous meal for 3 with drinks came to £109. Service is optional. Will definitely return.

Absolutely superb food! Tastes amazing. Cooked by professional chefs I think. Enormous portions as well. Delicious, definitely worth a visit!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Chef's Special Breakfast at Ancona in Harrow, and it was an absolute treat. The breakfast was freshly prepared and bursting with flavour. The combination of perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and sautéed mushrooms was spot on. The portion size was generous, leaving me completely satisfied without feeling overly stuffed.The freshly squeezed orange juice 👌. It's always nice to encounter friendly and welcoming staff. What stood out the most was how Simona , one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and left me feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommend this place, it's a must!
