I ordered cookie dough and gelato from this place and they were excellent! This is the first time I have gained complete satisfaction from a dessert lounge in all angles and I'm very impressed! The environment and layout was beautiful and attractive and matched that of those high-end luxury chains while on the contrary the staff were warm, personable and attentive rather than dismissive and preoccupied like most of my experiences with the people in smart looking places like these which was refreshing and uplifting. Fatima in particular approached me immediately with a welcoming bright smile and had me seated with a menu exactly where I wanted to be, exactly when I wanted to be upon my arrival while i was new to the place and tentative, clearly prioritising her attention on me and customers needs and showed a very professional initiative. She was alert and considerate and took my order immediately while managing many other customers inside, the wait was satisfactorily short for the few different items that i ordered and the cherry on top was they were all delicious and looked exactly like the picture! Waiters are patient and considerate and I was able to take as long as I needed eating and sitting before paying upon leaving with a delightful farewell. 100% recommend! Thanks!❤🙏🙏

Came in with many friends a couple days ago with a hefty order and although it were a very difficult situation due to the large party of us and the size being unclear as we arrived at different time while it was already packed and full inside, Fatima calmly handled the situation very professionally and methodically by compromising the seating in a way that kept us and still everyone inside satisfied. I don’t see this kind of personable and considerate behaviour in many places and it was a positive and refreshing experience, I am greatly thankful of her, 10/10 for staff and on top of this the food to finalise the day was excellent. Authentic and not overly sweet and simplified like a lot here in England, genuinely reminded me of the kind of high-end quality I’d experienced back home. Thankyou Treatz for the lovely time!

Very short wait about 10 minutes for a LOT of food! We ordered the cookies and cream sundae, baklava and kunafa heaven which looked exactly the same in the picture! It was a delicious sweet, indulging dessert 🍨! And the service was amazing and the staff was great! The atmosphere was perfect and clean. 10/10 recommend

Treatz franchise is always my favourite no matter which city I go to and this particular branch didn't disappoint. I ordered the lindl choc cookie dough And it was delicious. Came piping hot and sizzled with the lidl choc flavour. We was served by fatima, she was polite and did her job well.

Can we no longer trust businesses to follow food safety standards & quality assurance. ‼️It was horrible.‼️ When I asked the lady she told me they had some problem with their freezers earlier - she was oblivious to the fact that she was serving sub standard ice cream at premium prices The containers should have been taken away not available to serve to customers. 🚩🚩🚩Shocking Food standards 🚩🚩🚩

Really lovely place, nice and clean. We’ve ordered pancakes, it was made fresh and tasted delicious. They gave us a free bottle of water which is really generous of them. Definitely worth going there.

Favourite dessert place! Always been a great experience eating here, love their bubblegum milkshake and sundae. Pictures show Ferrero milkshake with mango mojito, Ferrero waffle, treatz special brownie dream, and margherita crepe! Update since jan 2025 They've renovated and it looks even nicer with many different desserts now! Besmira was very friendly and gave amazing customer service from start to end. Thank you.
