Very disappointed to see that the ice cream had been allowed to melt & refreeze. Can we no longer trust businesses to follow food safety standards & quality assurance. ‼️It was horrible.‼️ When I asked the lady she told me they had some problem with their freezers earlier - she was oblivious to the fact that she was serving sub standard ice cream at premium prices The containers should have been taken away not available to serve to customers. 🚩🚩🚩Shocking Food standards 🚩🚩🚩

Treatz in harrow was absolute perfection never seen anything like this was so peaceful the atmosphere was lovely the music was perfect the staff and service loved it a lot will definitely come back here with my friends an family I would like to thank Mahima she was our host an servicing us taking our orders we had cookie dough which was amazing so delicious and filling always smiling asking if we were okay and if we needed anything so she was so loving and nice I’ll give her 5 stars for everything honestly she was perfectionist at her job she knows what she is doing we love you we will see you again soon. Really lovely place, nice and clean. We’ve ordered pancakes, it was made fresh and tasted delicious. They gave us a free bottle of water which is really generous of them. Definitely worth going there.

Favourite dessert place! Always been a great experience eating here, love their bubblegum milkshake and sundae. Pictures show Ferrero milkshake with mango mojito, Ferrero waffle, treatz special brownie dream, and margherita crepe! Update since jan 2025 They've renovated and it looks even nicer with many different desserts now! Besmira was very friendly and gave amazing customer service from start to end. Thank you.

The place is nice as in it seems new. The staff were attentive at first and seated us and took our order. They asked for payment right after which was bizarre but we didn’t mind paying right away. We ordered the ice cream sundae for the kids and a pistachio sauce cheesecake. It was going well until I tucked into a frozen cheese cake the pistachio sauce was cold (not sure if it’s meant to be) but I wouldn’t recommend that dessert. I spoke to the staff and at first were in denial about the cheese cake being frozen and then I just accepted and walked back to my table and left the dessert on the side. After a few minutes a waitress asked if we would like us to re do the dessert we said no thank you but she offered us to take it takeaway. This was a nice gesture that was made but could have been made during the time I complained about the dessert. When leaving I did order the chocolate milkshake (Oreo) which was very nice. Overall nice place but the staff seem to not be on the same wavelength in terms of customer service.
