The Treats shop is a really nice place... Kinza's service was really good... she was very helpful and very friendly too... I will definitely come again next time. The dessert at Treats is amazing, and the whole staff is very friendly!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I recently ordered a slice of carrot cake, which was expensive, but it turned out to be stale and dry. For the price, I expected something much fresher and more enjoyable. Definitely not worth the money.

Lovely place, everything is good about it. Though they do keep the music a bit loud. Also be careful when asking for extra chocolate 😅 it can get quite heavy. Ifrah and the other guy who works here with him were very nice. New environment/atmosphere is brilliant as well

When we enter, we were greeted by a pleasant and friendly person by the name of Besmira who is very pretty. She sat us down to our table with a smile. I asked her if there’s anything she could recommend, She offered me some suggestions. I went by one of her choices. Which turned out to be the right one. If you ever go into the shop please ask for her. Thank you so much for the wonderful service Besmira. Highly recommend. Great service and pleasure staff.

That is a nice discovery at the city centre! Coffee is very good! Since you will come for the desert I have to say it is very well balanced! What is a compliment, much better than the sugary that you would find elsewhere. Service was great, we got pictures taken! Ifrah serviced our table remarkably. I will comeback!

Been waiting for treatz harrow to reopen for ages Great service and great dessert

I went to Treatz twice years ago - cashier was on a call whilst taking order at till. First time they gave us our deserts and missed out my son. Second time they gave us our deserts and missed out my son. I wish it had occurred to me to get them to explain to a 9 year old why they didn't take his order.

I ordered in a bye one get one free deal for a cookie dough and they only gave me one when I saw it I tried to call services it said that it was closed and they refused to pick up I am so furious and will never order from this place again!!!!!!!

Dhaval provided exemplary customer service as I struggled to choose a hot drink. He provided details about the types of beverages they now provide. An employee that sets the standard high which others could learn from. I would definitely recommend this place as I have lived in Harrow my whole life.

Very delicious unique Sweet Treats for any occasion..,Rose Pistachio & Mango milk cake are so delicate, scrumptious , superb soft & just out of this World desserts. Their ice creams are awesome too especially Bubblegum and Ferraro Roche flavour… Very good & cheerful staff.. Dhawal from Harrow on the hill Branch was always ready to help and answers any queries we may. He ensure customer is fully satisfied and gets what they want…I would highly recommend Treatz to any one who loves desserts :)

Tried their pistachio rose milk cake and lotus waffle. Not happy with the taste and quality of both. Waffles were soggy and it's quite same price if you compare it to other brands like kaspa. Topping were not included in the normal waffle price(gimmick). Also, pistachio rose milk case felt like normal bread dipped in milk with dressing of cream topped on it. Won't recommend guys.

I have visited treatz harrow last week and the services given by the employee dhaval was very kind. the dessert was very yummy and delicious.i would highly recommend to visit the store if you are nearer to harrow town center.

AVOID!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Appalling an establishment can charge £6.50 for an abysmal cheesecake that was delivered by Uber Eats. The restaurant will naturally try and blame the delivery driver but it would have been impossible for the driver to deliver this as it should have been. The tiny cheesecake arrived in a big box which clearly hadn't been secured. The cheesecake looked like it had been microwaved and had been sloshed around all over the place before it arrived to me. The cheesecake was so flat i initially thought they had made a mistake with the order and sent ice cream instead which had melted en route! One bite, straight in the bin. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times tonight only to be met by an answering machine. The cookie dough also arrived burnt. The photo says it all!

Amazing dessert I had been there on Sunday busy time still service was very very quick we ordered waffles, karak chai and milk cake that was next level , everything was awesome special thanks to Dhaval for his great hospitality , we'll definitely visit again 😊.

3/10 I got a waffle and they have two different sizes regular and large. The regular is half a waffle… and a large is a normal size waffle. The staff are really nice and its clean but the desserts itself is a bit disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this dessert place.

Going to this place for the for the first time made my experience on another level because first of all the Ice cream which I ordered was absolutely 10/10. The staff was great and really helpful, as a matter of fact I lost my Air pods like a week ago and went there and asked the staff and they had keeper it for me for more than a week which I really appreciated their honesty and I will definitely visit there with my family and friends. I had the karak chai in treatzz it was amazing, guys just go and try the Indian flavour in UK.

Lovely staff, polite, friendly and helpful. Great desserts. Only critic is that the decor of these Treats restaurants are pretty awful! Dark, and uninspiring. Didn't feel like I wanted to stay for long, maybe that's how it's meant to be. Brighter more fun decor needed please.

Me and my friend been to the Treatz last week and We had waffles,milkshakes , and cakes. It was so yummy and delightful.The staff were very friendly and well behaved. The place was highly maintained with hygiene. I would highly recommend this place to visit if you are nearer to harrow town centre.
