Absolutely superb food! Tastes amazing. Cooked by professional chefs I think. Enormous portions as well. Delicious, definitely worth a visit!!

Delicious food and very good value for a family meal!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. I visited here with a few friends and the service, food and overall atmosphere was great. We opted for the chicken pasta, lamb shish and sirloin steak. The food was very fresh, price to quality ratio was exceptional and portion sizes were very generous. I’d like to say a big thank you to the Head Chef, Kara, who looked after us exceptionally. Highly recommend checking this gem of a restaurant if you’re in the area. Located very close to the train station too.

Came here in a windy Friday afternoon. We were greeted with very warm heating. There were not a lot of customers so we can sit by the window. We ordered the lunch menu with garlic bread and lamb shish. The portion of the garlic bread was generous and the lamb shish was very tender and juicy.

There was a large family in the restaurant with three young children. For the whole time we were having our meals the kids were literally screaming and shrieking, running up and down the restaurant and playing with the chairs and tables. It was very clear that as well as us the other people in the restaurant were being disturbed but the staff ignored it. When I mentioned this to the staff member he was rude and dismissive. We believe that they knew the family and so were not prepared to do anything. We have been going here for years but this is not the first time a family known to the staff have been allowed to disturb everyone else in the restaurant. We have decided never to go there again.

We had a great meal here as a group of 12. We did not have reservations but the guys were happy to accommodate us on short notice. The food was excellent as was the service.

Even though the food is tasty For some reason I find the reception a bit awkward. This is my second time, and the setting is not my cup of tea. I would rather walk down to Melissa and get the kind of reception that warms my heart and the ambience is top notch 🌟💕

Not sure why this place isn't busier. Good food, good portions at very reasonable prices, check out the fish and chips meal - it's huge!! Always good service with free appetisers when you're having a main meal, what's not to like?

The food is amazing and the drinks are superly refreshing especially the strawberry without rum . The staff are very friendly and kind . You get on the house starters with humus for the bread is very delicious. The calamari is a must try and the portions are huge for the price.

We there for lunch, but 3 of us could not finish 2 dishes finally we had to pack the remaining food. As I mentioned potion is really big, think before ordering. Tastes real good and the service guy was nice and kind.

Quality, taste, and portion were really good. We ordered the mix-grill platter and Pepperoni pizza. Liked the ambiance as well.

I always say I’m gonna try something different of the menu, but I always end up getting The chicken Shish. Which is one of the tastiest, well seasoned, tender chicken dishes I’ve had. I always have mine with salad & seasoned veg. Full of flavours, enjoyable and delicious.😋

A waiter greeted us with a cheerful smile - friendly and welcoming. Menus were brought immediately and we chose Ezme salad with bread to start (both delicious), Lamp Kofte kebab with chips, and Iskendar chicken with rice - both delivered quickly. All succulent. Good sized potions. Two small things - Ayran not on the menu, and ketchup not high quality. Will definitley be going back.

Food was good, but people entering for lunch and you don't provide the lunch menu. If you have to ask for it it's a bad thing. Anyway I was happy with the food, savory.

Have been here quite a few time. If you're up for Turkish/Italian cuisine then this restaurant won't disappoint you. We grabbed lunch here recently and the food and service is still exceptional. I would highly recommend the mixed grill. It's similar to what you would get served at a high end Turkish restaurant. Quality of the meat is very good and the portion size is reasonable. Lamb chops and ribs are so succulent and juicy it literally melts in your mouth. Kofta kebab comes with the dish too and the taste is fantastic. Now I'm not a fan of chicken shish but much to my surprise chicken wasn't dry at all just juicy and bursting with flavours.

Food was great, tasty and apeasing, though one of the lambchops was not properly cooked - we've asked for it to be put back on the grill, which they've done. The chef was arranging the rice with his hands on a tray, which didn't sit well with us, then put it in the oven to cook... Otherwise, the service and atmosphere were lovely!

Was Greeted by a waitress and seated but had to wait to be served by another waitress although there was only one other person in the shop. Enticed with the deal of £12.95 Two Course Lunch Special but was charged a standard rate for the meal, totalling £20.95 and was refused a refund after realisation...The Waitress informed me the other waitress had made the error This has been the worst experienced I've faced in a restaurant

Food was good. Though waitress behaviour and attitude towards customer is bad(tall lady). She just wants u to order more than one from menu whether people want to eat more or not.

Amazing mixed grill and gourmet burger. Basically love mostly all their dishes. 😊 Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Arun and Chef ( sorry don't remember chefs name) thanks alot for fantastic service. You always give us! I highly recommend this place!

We go here regularly and it never disappoints. The selection and quality of the food is always amazing. I would personally recommend the cheesy garlic bread, the lamb chops, the cod and chips and the sea bass (pictured below)

All the meat is halal. It is our most regularly visited restaurant because we know the food cooked is fresh and tasty with generous serving. Variety of menus options - fish, chicken, beef, lamb, non vegetarian, pasta, Pizzas. Service very good.

Always enjoy eating here and it's cheap

This is an amalgamation of several visits, the restaurant is bright and airy with plenty of space between tables (bit of a thing for me). The menu is pretty extensive including some good vegetarian offerings. Child and disabled friendly, waiters are attentive without being intrusive and they also managed to remember that I particularly enjoy Turkish coffee. At the last visit we were celebrating one of our party's birthday and they very kindly served a complimentary plate of sweetmeats. The bill is always reasonable. Overall a very enjoyable place to eat, well wort a visit.

Expensive,bad service. Staffs too busy chatting in the back rather than attend to customers. Do not bother to go there. I had to give a star otherwise it would not allow me to submit to the plateform.

Had a mixed grill and the food was really good. Lovely food however I did wait nearly 30-40 mins. Hopefully on my next visit, it’ll be quicker! Thanks guys!

Had a great meal here recently, the food was amazing and freshly prepared. Great vegetarian options as well as the classics. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant for an authentic mixed grill or the Iskender! Looking forward to trying their pizza and pasta dishes next time from the Italian menu.

I ordered the falafel, with chips and salad. Big portion, tasty salad, nice fresh and hot chips, and the falafel was tasty served on humous. Some sauces were provided. Worth the money and good friendly service too. Will go back to try starters and baklava.

Excellent food and excellent services. We tried many different dishes and are all very good.

• Table for 5 was made available in 5min, despite looking like a busy evening. We were seated at 7.35pm • Table was clean • Order taken after 15min • Drinks arrived after a further 15min, but glasses were dirty • Starter arrived 40min after ordering. The pastry covered cheese item & the halloumi were tasty, but everything else was bland. No plates were provided. • Both waiting staff members working our area weren't rude per se, but they were EXTREMELY inattentive • Considering this place couldn't be described as good value for what you order, it's reasonable to assume that part of what you're paying for is speed, efficiency, atmosphere and experience. All of which were, unfortunately, lacking. • Mains arrived for 3 of us at 8.55pm. The final 2 dished arrived 5min later. The chips were fresh. The sauce for the steak was already poured all over it, instead of being in a dipping pot on the side, but the steak was enjoyed. Mixed shish was not overcooked, but it was bland. • The pizza was horrible! I think it needed to be in the microwave a little longer, with a little less detergent...that'll teach us for ordering a pizza at a Turkish joint! • Considering the epic wait, one of our portions of chips was complimentary (make of that what you will). At that point, I was too tired to make a comment to the waiter. • Waiter apologised for the wait, but then started making excuses about being busy with Deliveroo, Uber, etc. Your objective should be to always be busy. If you can't handle a busy Tuesday evening, then you're in the wrong business. • All in all, food isn't bad, but not worth the wait or price. Generally very bland, except the pizza, which should be removed from the menu if they have any decency. • Service is poor, slow, inefficient and poorly managed, as if the staff haven't waited tables before • I'd suggest avoiding this place if it looks busy. • If you prefer your dishes to have minimal flavour and seasoning to simply comprise of salt and pepper for the most part, this is your place. If you like spices, herbs & flavour, look elsewhere. • This place has not realised its potential • I won't be returning.

Flawless. From the great service, to the impeccable food and great prices, Lokma does it all to perfection. We've been visiting on-and-off for around 3 years now and this review is long overdue. Their quality is top-notch. Expect the food to be fresh and hot, delivered with powerful flavours with a range of selection. The service is attentive and caring. They ensure that you're well taken care of. The setting is comfortable and modern. This is one of the best places to dine at in Harrow. You will not be disappointed. We haven't in years.

First time and great experience of the chicken shish. Salad and chips were nice and customer service. However they didn't supply any bread considering the shish was very expensive but only one size option but was filling. Clean venue but the seat was dirty and needs to be cleaned.

You can't choose on deliveroo if you want with chips or rice and waiting time is far too long

Worst place to go and try Turkish Dishes .This is worst food I had in ever .All meat were not marinated and dry .ordered 2 mixed platter and took over 45 min to make .waiter was not taking orders right .we asked for Fanta and she bought a coke first and then Diet Coke first then informed us sorry we don’t have Fanta also when we ordered two plater obviously we were two people with 3 kids then only made one plater with other food .food was just meat they put in the grill with very dry.there was no flavour at all .there was a guy I think owner was only taking with their regulars asking and satisfying them Instead of all .never going back and do not recommend to anyone

Our group got served by waiter with rather lacklustre service the usual slim younger waiter is fantastic and provides good service which cannot unfortunately be said about the alternative one.

Gave a big order for takeaway yesterday evening. The food was really, really tasty! Fresh and great portions. Then chicken burger was delicious. The chicken shish was also great along with halloumi. Reply recommend this place.

Great food, a bit on the expensive side, but the taste is worth it and the vibe is great. Mixed Italian and Turkish menu which was amazing. The waiter seemed quite stern while serving us though but other than that all was good.

On my last visit we got surprise by lovely Dimitri , he arrived to our table with our favourite starters and coffee . What a great customer service is that ?!!! Highly recommended

I ordered from here via Uber Eats and the completely wrong order was delivered. When I phoned the restaurant to ask what happened I was told that it was the drivers fault. The driver, who was standing next to me, blamed it on the restaurant. Both were debated on the phone who was at fault, meanwhile I didn’t get my food. I asked the restaurant what to do and was abruptly told to phone Uber Eats as there was nothing he could do. I wasn’t expecting the best service but I wasn’t expecting to be told “there’s nothing they can do”. I wouldn’t bother ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered few items online with Uber Eat . Cesar salat had old salat and old chicken - smelled. Had to throw it to the bin . Chips , humus and bread were ok .

Absolutely delicious! The food is so tasty and authentic, I thought I am in Turkey! The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Love it!

No proper welcome, staff abandoned me and my partner as we sat down, ordered a pinacolada that was rubbish. Just white sweet water. Food was OK though but customer service was terrible. They seem to ask their regulars how they are enjoying their meals and don't bother with newcomers. They didn't even have the courtesy to ask if we needed anything else or no thank you. When we complained about the cocktail, she said the other waiter made it and just walked away. Definitely not going back!!!

Sorry, didn't enjoy the food at all. Much prefer Kebabland a few doors down. However, the service was good and friendly.

Very good service, we went after lunch and just before dinner, there were only a handful of customers. Food was an excellent portion, a little bit pricier but delicious. Particularly enjoyed their salad with the moussaka and the chunky chips. Really enjoyable. I'm not sure what it's like at peak times I'd suggest going a bit early.
