Best ever coffee shop in west London.

If you want a mouth-watering salt beef sandwich on rye, with all the trimmings like mustard and pickled cucumber, this is the only place to go. Once, inside at the counter, you'll be astonished by the huge, generous layers of succulent, rosey-red, salt beef, (corned beef if you're from the USA), perfectly cooked daily in their own kitchen, or deliciously soft beef tongue, accompanied by some of the best hand cut chips I have ever tasted, or one of their delicious potato latkes. I can't speak too highly of this little gem of a restaurant. It's not kosher but it's "Old School Kosher style" if you know what I mean! They also do great chopped liver, chopped fried fish balls and chopped boiled as well as chicken soup with kneidlach or lokshen or bean and barley. Not a big selection of desserts, but the Apple Strudel is always good and there's also lokshen pudding. Treat yourself. You won't be disappointed. This is a solid 4 stars maybe just under a 5! If you start going on a regular basis you'll soon be on first name terms with the proprietor.

If it ain’t cloud 7, your meal needs a blessin🤩 Why this restaurant isn’t all over the UK is beyond me… Seriously the best. It’s hard to come across a quality establishment that ticks all the boxes in this day and age, with the game being saturated by low-budget pop up cafes and chicken shops. This places presentation, portion sizes, taste, atmosphere, service and vibe is unmatched. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Lo recomendaría para bebidas y/o comida. Una pepita en Berwick Street. Estaba con mi marido. Tuvimos un par de meze mixto para empezar y no pudimos resistir un entrante adicional de halloumi y salchicha picante. Falafel era fantástico y halloumi muy bien cocinado, luego compartimos el pincho de pollo para la red. Bebí spritz de abril y mi marido bebió borrador de Efes. Teníamos una mesa frente a la calle. Perfecto para la gente que mira. El personal era atento y agradable. Definitivamente volveré.

First time to Black Salt and won't be the last, friendly staff and gorgeous food. I had the chicken & pork hanging skewer and the rest of the family enjoyed steaks. Thank you

Not sure I'd be rushing back. Ordered 4 large mains, all came with small chip portions and a small salad for the table to share, I asked about a larger size as we had 4 mains. But the 2 staff i spoke to were a bit rude. Rather disappointing as it used to be a favorite; but if prices are getting higher and portion sizes smaller, not sure it's worth it, especially when there's loads of similar places near by.

have been a regular customer of this restaurant, but this evening a ordered a takeaway, consisting of a chicken tikka masala, egg fried rice and Garlic naan, but i'm sorry to say the food was far from great, the chicken masala was bland and more of paste than a curry, in fact the dish did not really taste of chicken Tikka at all. The Garlic naan was bland and lacking taste. Something appears to have changed in how this dish is prepared, but I won't be ordering it again

The place look like a jungle it's beautiful. But when you come you see the name of a hotel so its a little bit difficult to find The food and the service was good. The music 🔥 I recommend 100%
