The place look like a jungle it's beautiful. But when you come you see the name of a hotel so its a little bit difficult to find The food and the service was good. The music 🔥 I recommend 100%

Apu is the best hiding man ever

We go there every other month Food drinks are really good. Shisha is okay we always try something different,the staff everything in that place are amazing apu was serving us and he was very good looked after us . I will be going here again Great place to relax chill out with friends.

Shisha is so overpriced for how bad it is. Ive been here 3 times now and every single time the shisha is terrible.

Had such an amazing time. Our waitress Andra, she was amazing and so welcoming. She was always so attentive to our needs and helped us feel so welcome to fit our needs. My first time being here and she made my experience feel so welcoming and made me want to come back wanting more. Hope to see more of her and thank you for a great night!

I had the pleasure of visiting The Shisha Garden for the first time yesterday, and what an amazing experience it was! This truly is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is stunning, with beautiful lighting and decor that instantly transport you into holiday vibes. Despite being outdoors, the space is perfectly designed to shield you from rain and wind, while still feeling cozy and comfortable—even on a chilly day like yesterday. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious, offering great value for money. There’s also an impressive variety of shisha flavors—I tried watermelon, and it was fantastic! To top it all off, the service was warm and attentive. I highly recommend The Shisha Garden to all shisha lovers. Can’t wait to visit again!

First time I went to this place I was so confused, it looks like an abandoned hotel from the outside and when u walk in it’s like Narnia. Once you get to the back it’s fairly nice (if you like the jungle vibe). My first experience was ok, I went with a group of people and everyone was satisfied - hot chocolates and shisha was nice. However, my second experience was terrible ! This time round I went with one friend and the shisha was disgusting it was deffo a reused head & the food tasted cheap & microwaved. The service also took forever.

Abdul was amazing! He made sure we got the exact Shisha we wanted, just the way we like it. The finger food was delicious. The setup and reception were absolutely top-notch, top tier ngwanaka🤌🏽Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Watched this place decline, food quality has fallen off, they lost their bar licence because of a disbelief in cross contamination. I doubt my review will stay up for long, the owner will burry it amount 4-5 star reviews. This is normally how they hide negative reviews.

Brilliant vibe and excellent service, apurva was very attentive and we had a really good time.

My sister and I came to here for a quick catch up and were pleasantly surprised. The Shisha Garden is tucked away on a quiet road, and once you enter it’s a completely different vibe. Very vibey with the DJ playing old school rnb and hip hop, the garden is stunning with lots of heat around you. You can sit in booths, outside tables or private areas. The desert and tea we had was lovely. We were served by Apu who was great the whole evening in ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you Apu!

All staff were amazing however the manager named MADONA wasnt professional at all, she was rude, patronising and not welcoming AT ALL. Even though she should be a good example for her staff, luckily her staff did not reflect her nasty behaviour.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ The place has a nice ambiance, but our experience was quite frustrating. We had to move three times because rain was coming down on us, and despite our efforts, we still ended up getting wet. After moving to three different tables and still not finding adequate shelter, we decided to leave. Hopefully, they can improve their seating arrangements to better protect guests from the elements.

Came there for the first time with my girlfriend and had ordered pizza nachos and drinks. Lovely garden and food was nice, drinks weren't made properly,the pineapple on the cocktails looked moldy and the girl with short leght hair taking the payment wearing black t shirt was extremely rude making nasty comments saying she needs to go to another table and rushing us to leave. Also the same girl, previously when I asked her to clear the table for us replied "not my job" and gave us some really unwelcoming attitude, although she send some other guy later to clear. Not sure I'd recommend. My girlfriend felt the stuff girl was racist, although nice location and great music.

Tulis is an absolute gentleman and makes the place so special. The whole place is like a secret garden in the middle of London- a peaceful sanctuary and so beautifully done.

Horrible staff who are so rude and unfriendly. The staff are more interested in gossiping and laughing at their customers than doing their job, especially the girl with blonde hair. Once i heard her speaking about me and sniggering with her male colleague i left before i could even order im not paying into a place with such horrible people.

Been going here for a while. However services recently have not been as great. Get served food no napkins provided. Requested it and never turned up. Simple customer service need to be retrained.

This place is superb. Warm welcome, great food that arrives really fast, and a smooth shisha. Prince really looked after us whilst we there! Highly recommend.

First and last time. Poor customer service. Had to wait a long period of time for the staff members to assist us. When paying for the bill I had explained to them I was disappointed in the customer service and the member of staff didn’t seem bothered by the feedback.

We had a nice time but unfortunately I’m under the impression they sell your data to third parties without consent. Since going and giving my mobile number so they can message you when your table is ready etc, I’ve been receiving countless spam and scam texts. This only started happening after we spent the evening here and I have not given my contact details to anyone else. I’d like to remind the owners that it’s highly illegal to sell people’s data without prior consent. It’s also worth noting that the shisha is absolutely tasteless. I’ve used the same brands and flavour so I know this wasn’t the issue.

Mouldy pineapple was used on our drinks and waited well over 20 mins for someone to take our order. The place is gorgeous but could do with some service improvement

Good atmosphere, and staff usually very friendly and helpful. Funny location, as when you arrive you have to go through a mot so pretty hotel which doesn’t look like much, but once you go through to the rear where the garden is the decor is very pleasant. One thing to note - cigarette smokers can sit anywhere and whilst I like the shisha, the cigarette smell is off putting. Might be worth having separate areas for people who are planning to smoke cigarettes and those who are not. Food and drink is good, nothing special but can’t fault it.

Visited last weekend after a few years and must I say I wasn’t impressed. The business has gone down to a point where the service was appalling. Very very slow where we waited 30 mins to be served. Food & shisha came out quick I guess. Coals never arrived after pressing the buzzer a fee times which led to us just leaving. The buzzers are useless, theres really no point in having them. However when you do eventually get seen to, the service is friendly and polite, apart from the one who didn’t look very welcoming. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Service really shocked me because we were the second customers there and it was just so slow! Shisha tasted nice, I can’t say nothing wrong about that. Reasonably priced too. However the chicken strips on the other hand.. they were not worth the £8! Tiny chicken strips, definitely shop bought! Could get better in KFC. I really don’t see myself coming back here in the future to be honest. But I hope you guys do improve on the service mainly.

The service is somewhat chaotic, as a lady I was flabbergasted to be left to open the prosecco bottle myself for my party. The waiter had no clue how to open the bottle himself and did not occur to him to ask for help from another member of the staff 😅

Service was terrible, staff were rude and looked like didn’t want to be there. Food portions were very small for the price. The Shisha had little to no taste whatsoever. A member of staff had attitude when we asked to move tables due to be sat in an uncomfortable area. First and last time going here! Overall wouldn’t recommend

It was ok. Bit over priced and the young lady that served us had attitude. I would go again but not for a meal as there just was not enough time for a group to order food, eat then also order shisha and enjoy it. I was shocked when we were told our time was coming to an end. I think those that are eating a meal should be allowed time to enjoy it and they should be given an extra 30 minutes from the others that are just having shisha and drinks. I spoke with the owner and his cousin both were complete gentlemen, professional, approachable and showed good customer service. See you all again soon :)

The entrance to this restaurant is quite surprising, resembling a normal house, but at the back, there’s a cozy and unexpected lounge area. We ordered the falafel and squid; unfortunately, the falafel was small and dry, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Additionally, the service was lacking—they didn’t serve the wine and merely placed the bottle on the table.

The place is great, lovely atmosphere, good music and unique vibe. Shisha and food are good too, however customers should not be served Martinis in plastic cups! They look disgusting, heavily scratched and smelly.

This was my first and last experience here. The service was very poor; the staff didn’t care about the customers and simply told me the maximum stay time was 2 hours. The prices are very expensive compared to the service provided. The atmosphere felt fake, and it seemed like people were only there to share on TikTok and social media. I’m really disappointed. The manager should take courses on proper management.

The lowest quality service and hospitality. The food we ordered (chicken) came literally 2 minutes after ordering meaning it has been microwaved.. it tasted awful. The staff were super slow and not attentive at all. We asked 3 times for our shisha to be changed and nobody came. I use to come here often and it never use to be like this. You can tell the place lacks proper management as the staff are super unfriendly and unmotivated.

You have to order food if you want to order alcohol! It says nothing about this on the website or when you make a booking, yet it’s the first thing you’re told when you arrive.. Came here yesterday evening following a dinner elsewhere and we were forced to order food, to be able to order any alcohol. NOT impressed, given the fact we had already eaten and had we of known that, we would’ve gone elsewhere! When questioned, we were told it’s due to the place having a restaurant license and therefore they have to serve food with any alcohol… something that customers should be aware of before booking, although it makes sense to not inform people, as it would probably be a deterrent for most! Shisha wasn’t the best - had to ask for the flavour to be topped up but potentially we chose the wrong one. The seating was uncomfortable where we were sat and when we asked to move, we were told no as the place was fully booked (yet no one arrived at the table in front of us for 1hour 30mins). The service was slow but I got the impression that if you’re a regular or a known person, you will be attended to. It makes no sense to give a 2 hour slot and then wait 30mins for Shisha and additional time to order drinks etc. The actual atmosphere once inside is nice but the walkthrough to get in is off putting and the toilet facilities are disgusting. An overhyped spot in my opinion, my first and last time here!

Had booked online for a evening slot. Arrived early and was seated down however after 30 minutes of being there we was not seen to by any staff even though approaching the front desk twice asking for someone to take our order. Simply left to go elsewhere. Poor service and no customer attentiveness. They'll lure you in and leave you hanging. Will no visit again nor recommend this venue.

Didn't have the same experience as other reviewers it seems. Service was poor. Took on average 20 minutes after pressing the button on the buzzers to get an order in. Were offered small plates, twice, but never came out. Asked for an ashtray twice but never came out. Shisha was weak, attention to coal management wasn't great. On the plus side, it's a great looking place, probably good for instagrammers. We ordered two platters, both were really good, pizzas were okay as well. They did allow us to stay a bit longer because of the delays, which was nice of them. Maybe we caught it on a busy day, your mileage may vary.

The restaurant itself is extremely complicated to find as you have to go through a hotel. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and the staff were very nice however it’s a shame how you are made to order food whilst ordering cocktails as me and my friends came to finish off our night here and was not looking to come and eat. The last call for the bar was done over an hour before the place was shutting which again was disappointing as we wanted to stay longer. Lastly it was very pricey for what it was especially given we were made to order food we never wanted in the first place. There are better lounges to visit and I would personally not come back.

Beautiful garden, great atmosphere and nice food

The service was very slow and we were given 2 hour slot. It took the waiter 20 mins to come in to take our order after we were sat down. Then the order took another 30mins to come in. The hearer kept going off in this cold weather. The food and shisha were good. Worth the wait but the time slot did nit work for me considering the pace of service they provide. People do make a long commute to the place as per their status but not happy with overall visit as we were literally asked to leave at the end of 2 hours.

Hidden gem (literally hidden , looks like a tiny b&b from the front) through to the back theres a huge covered garden with heaters and music and colourful lights. Food is basic , but atmosphere is fun for drinks and chats. Came for a friends bday and they kindly put the cake we brought in the fridge etc.

Good service and lovely atmosphere, the only let down was the fact that we were seated right by the coal burning machine and all we could smell is a strong coal burning disturbing smell. We requested to change seats a few times but we were told that they will try on a few occasions. Although, there were seats available and other customers just moving around which we also made them aware of but no true efforts were made.

Shisha was bad and the waiters ignored us completely after we asked them to change it. Service buttons on the table are useless because they ignore them. Had to ask 3 times and wait 15 minutes just to get some napkins for the pizza we ordered which they gave us no plates with.

Really disappointed with our most recent visit (we've been coming here for years) - after explaining that our shisha was really weak (it tasted of literally nothing), we were told the "shisha officer" said it was fine (they didn't even speak to us let alone try the shisha) - and then ignored by the guy serving us for the rest of the night?! It was quiet, only one section was open - and surely if you have shisha in your name, the shisha needs to be decent.
