I visited this branch of Starbucks on a late afternoon and upon ordering my coffee was told I couldn't pay nor receive acknowledgment of my order on my Starbucks App, I found this astonishing but paid by other means and waited for my coffee. Upon ordering only one person was completing their order and he seemed to be an off duty employee as he was in heavy conversation with the workers. I duly waited for my coffee and after a good few minutes observed that the workers were huddled in a corner and talking amongst themselves and talking to the off duty employee, all 3 had completely forgotten about me and my coffee. After a few more minutes I had to wave and remind them of my order. Even then they were in no rush make my coffee and like the coffee the apology was luke warm. Atrocious service and not sure I will visit again.

Ordered delivery, received email notification of acceptance to then get a call telling me they can't do my order and are cancelling. I requested an immediate refund, as this was all the money I had, so I could order elsewhere. They said they would try to sort it out. I'm sure they told me this just to get me off the phone. I am disabled and disgusted that they can treat people this way. I class this as theft, and am utterly disgusted with this behaviour. The only thing I can recommend is to stay as far away from this restaurant.

30mins late trying to contact them for the past 50mins as I've got an emergency and the phone is constantly engaged can't get hold of anyone to ask then to leave it with a neighbour

On a recent trip to London this Costa was off the A10 so we decided to make a stop for coffee. I have never seen such chaos inside a coffee shop in my life but more so the staff were shouting and running around like headless chickens as the queue was building up to the front door. Also the toilets are a dirty mess. Where are the cleaning staff and what are they doing?! Finally the coffee which is why we stopped by, was not drinkable and rather go back in and ask for a refund they were binned!

Where do I start so I placed my order on the app said would take 5 mins exactly great timing would of given 5 straps BUT Food arrived lady didn't even know were table 13 was the held my breakfast whilst tutting asking for proof had to show my email receipt for breakfast . Coffee cups were dirty offered me a small cup when there was big ones and hot chocolate over spilled lovely . The breakfast were do I start It was not hot it was Luke warm Back pudding was spongy with a hard crusty edge to me microwaved , sausage omg they were deep fried please don't say they weren't I'm a chef and I know a deep fried sausage when I see one Baked beans even colder Hash browns no life crispy and soggy oil flavour mmmmm just what you need Overall you lost starts cause the food was shocking if you gonna produce a menu with a.cracking breakfast picture Morrisons live up to your standards have you heard of brand standards mmmmmm maybe not would I say it was worth the £8.50 plus extra 75p for tomatoes mmmm no I'd pay £2.50 Sorry Morrison I won't be back for anything else not u.til you sort the kitchen put

Drive thru for a 10 piece Wicked Variety bucket. Paid £22.99 only to get home and find that 6 of the 10 pieces were small wings and other 4 drumsticks . Never happened before and it will certainly never happen again as I would never buy KFC again. Why after just one bad experience ? Because KFC 'Customer care' Squad , suggested that next time I specify that I expect a good variety of pieces that are actually worth what I am paying for. Quite laughable.
