Where do I start so I placed my order on the app said would take 5 mins exactly great timing would of given 5 straps BUT Food arrived lady didn't even know were table 13 was the held my breakfast whilst tutting asking for proof had to show my email receipt for breakfast . Coffee cups were dirty offered me a small cup when there was big ones and hot chocolate over spilled lovely . The breakfast were do I start It was not hot it was Luke warm Back pudding was spongy with a hard crusty edge to me microwaved , sausage omg they were deep fried please don't say they weren't I'm a chef and I know a deep fried sausage when I see one Baked beans even colder Hash browns no life crispy and soggy oil flavour mmmmm just what you need Overall you lost starts cause the food was shocking if you gonna produce a menu with a.cracking breakfast picture Morrisons live up to your standards have you heard of brand standards mmmmmm maybe not would I say it was worth the £8.50 plus extra 75p for tomatoes mmmm no I'd pay £2.50 Sorry Morrison I won't be back for anything else not u.til you sort the kitchen put

Very poor service, long wait to order food no knives, cold drink dispenser not working. One hot drink machine out of milk. Jacket potato's served nearly cold. Tuna Mayo topping very watery and running everywhere. Very poor experience, winter go again.

Filthy restaurant. Almost every table has dirty trays and plates on them. Coffee machines had leaked all over the floor. Cutlery is dirty and condiments empty. the staff have zero customer service skills and are too slow to work in a restaurant.

Randomly shut at 1pm.spoke to the staff who first claimed that they shut temporarily for cleaning but would reopen. They then changed this to saying they'd run out of cleaning products so have to shut til tomorrow Which begs the question how are they cleaning the rest of the store..

Food is undercooked bacon still alive the overcooked my eggs wated ages for the food to come out and there wasn't even busy it was just for one customer to myself. And he could squeeze to fried bread out all of it was your oil

Only went Morrison's to get whole salmon on offer for Christmas. When I got home and started to cut into portions it was of spongy texture. Clearly it had already been frozen. It was mushy, no shine to the flesh and the structure has broken down. I was told that it could be frozen. I don't think so!!

Morrisons very kindly gave me a voucher for a free 'Big Breakfast' to celebrate my birthday, so of course I took advantage of it! I paid for my order at 13.13.44 . This should identify my order if Morrisons choose to respond.. The first intimation that all was not well was when I went to collect cutlery and found no forks. After a while a man appeared from the kitchen with four forks in hand - but what are those among so many? After filling my teapot I sat down at a table and, realising that it was moderately busy and there would probably be a bit of a delay, got out my book. After HALF AN HOUR I took my number in hand and went to enquire. I was told that they were preparing more hash browns and it would not be long. I was just about to go and start making a BIG fuss when my Big Breakfast finally arrived - FORTY THREE MINUTES AFTER i HAD PAID. To be fair the waitress did apologise and offer me a fresh drink, but really, had I been at work and wanting a quick lunch I would have had to have given up. The food was quite good, except for the fried bread which was too thick, too chewy and not hot. I'm sure I shall accept any more free offers, but sadly will not be eating here again otherwise. That's a pity, because I have always rated Morrisons highly and have used other cafes and found them good. Come on Enfield - get your act together!

The cafe was clean, tidy, and the breakfast was really nice :) I've gone off cafe breakfasts, preferring to cook them myself now but we were staying in a hotel and this breakfast was actually very nice - I'd definitely eat there again.

Dirty tables, even dirtier cutlery. I had to pick up 4 knives and also forks from the self service point and hand them to staff. Not higenic from any point of view. Instead of being apologetic staff are trying to convince me that caked food on cutlery is water marks. Table has smears and crumbs still on. Food was edible, but does it look like in the poster picture. Nope, I didn't expect it to be. Next time I'll eat here? Maybe in drastic times of famine or I might even try it again should reincarnation be true.

I usually go here for a cup of tea when waiting in the area for whatever reasons. Today came in with husband for a quick lunch. Was very disappointed with the staff’s attitude. The cashier woman was by rude. When we asked for tissues (as all FOUR dedicated boxes were empty) she did not respond even though we asked in between the customers she was serving. Then she said ‘wait 2 minutes’ and left without acknowledging that she heard our question. On return she was with tissues and was very rude trying to accuse us being rude. I tried to explain that we did not now if she went to get tissues, as she never acknowledged it, but she was not accepting it. On the request to have a manager, she said that she was the manager. I said that we’ll complain to the higher management, as she does not have any customer and management skills at all... Very disappointed. Ruined our good mood for the day... However, on a positive side - the refurbishment looks good.

Nice fresh made food but nothing compared to your normal cafes. Ordering system is strange. You have to queue And order before you sit. Not the best coffee either but convenient when out shopping.

Their fish and chips are really really good. Everything else is ok. Probably taken stock from their budget range I'd imagine. Staff are polite, food can sometimes take a little while to come out. But for the price it's good.

Popped in here bh Monday as we wanted to check out Oak Furnitureland. This is the only eating place on site . It was a bit cold so instead of picking up some sandwiches we went to the cafe for hot food . Nice menu , selection of breakfasts or lunch food to choose from i.e. jacket potatoes or stuff with chips. Decided on gammon egg and chips x,2 and a burger and chips. Self service for coffee and tea. Husband only got half a mug of coffee on 1st attempt. No one around to help so persevered. Got to cash desk. No one around still. 2 people in front of us with same problem, waited eventually made our order, found out later shed taken order wrong, we had wanted baked beans not peas, anyway. Ticket showed 1-42 pm. No clean knives in racks, so I had to wait till someone a appeared, she had 4 in her hand, I took 3. Couldn't quite believe we had to wait so long for food. It arrived 33 minutes later. Daughter wanted tomato sauce , we persuaded her that life was too short!! Only saw 3 staff but even so , it wasn't busy. Crowded purely because no one was being served Shouldn't have been an issue , it is all frozen, microwaved, fried stuff after all ! I did complain as we had things to do and had wasted 1/2 hour. Lady at customer services couldn't believe we had waited so long, I showed her the receipt time and a photo of my husbands phone showing the time when the food arrived. She said shed make a complaint log and asked a manager to come and see me. they were too busy !! Says it all really Got a full refund. Maybe everyone should go and everyone complain and everyone get a full refund?????

Very bad place i would never eat there again they dont give enough chips with your donner kebab very stingy portions and bad manners no respect for customers at all. And i later found out the shop dont buy their meat or chicken from a halal farm so the shop meat and chicken is not even halal.

Went there with friends , had vegetarian thaali , its was great, had masala chai, it was so good and fresh, customer service was good as well, abita and marine served us, they were so polite and welcoming, would highly recommend

I usually order from other subway, despite this subway being closer to me. The uber algorithm make me order from this place today and the wrap with rotisserie is literralg half the size from any other subway I usually order from. I will never order from this subway again. They cheat customer with the portion knowlingly. Very bad customer service on top of that.
