Ordered a takeaway, was charged a lot of money for a very small portion.

I ordered yesterday but now got food poisoning from lamb Shish very expensive and small portions don’t order from here guys you will get ill

Ordered through just eat. Large portion. Does not look presentable. Smallest salad. Burnt bits on kebab. Chips came in soggy paper. Bread is hard. Garlic sauce not the best.

Chicken tikka pizza has super spicy jalapeños which wasn’t mentioned anywhere online and the pizzas are generally low quality but at £7.50 per 9’ pizza they’re okay, kebab was old and now I have stomach problems 😡

Generally good food. Have bought from them for years as they are local to us. The only thing I would say is their shish portions are smaller than other places, and unfortunately the last time I bought chips from them, they were fried in dirty oil which was disappointing. Otherwise, generally good food and nice staff at charcoal!

No taste in the meat..below average food to be honest. Never again

Our local kebab we order from here regularly don't know why but food went from good to I don't wana eat that again.. sadly had sharp bones in chicken donner. Will not be ordering from here again lost customer. Avoid! Picture proof we did eat we was starving lol shame about the bones and quality gone bad

I had a chicken doners and they are Absolutely disgusting the rice is cheap and the pieces of chicken meat!! Wow I had to give it to my dog! Do not waste your money!!!!

Been here a few times now. Lovely staff and great quality of food. Prices the food are good. Highly recommended. Parking can be a nightmare but there's tesco car park which is free.

Peng munch but the portions are shrinking like the solar system

Food was nice just a shame about the greediness of the portions for example you order anything chicken and you will end up with a load of rice in place of the chicken you should of had pfft perfetic

Lamb donners are good , chicken OK but can be dry , chips are ok ... can't complain about the size , even a small is fairly large ..

Had a delivery from here today.the family dish was flavourful, ontime and great value for money. Will use here again loved the grilled wings and ribs .

If you like charcoaled flies then this is the place for you! Whilst visiting a friend, she kindly ordered 4 of us kebabs to share but half way through mine I found a burnt crispy fly on my plate! When calling to explain they offered to send another which I declined as you can imagine I didn’t fancy another insect kebab! I requested a full refund as it put all 4 of us off, inspecting our food. To which they said they couldn’t do as the boss wasn’t there, it wasn’t until I kicked up a fuss that they served me a dead insect in my food that they agreed to a refund. Delivery driver turned up to collect the food (no refund in sight) and requested me to pay a further £7 in order for me to receive my refund. Completely confused I decide to take the dead crispy fly on the the plate, still with food and a carrier bag of the rest of the food to the shop myself and it didn’t stop there.. it then took 4 members of staff huddled around the crispy fly in question to confirm it was a dead crispy fly but... “it’s not one of ours” “how can fly get here” said a member of staff, to which I replied you’ve got the bloody door open!? After several minutes of buzzing back and forth (excuse the pun) and awkward silences they offered me £20 which wasnt the full amount, as we paid £32 in total. I reluctantly agreed as they clearly weren’t happy to give a refund at all, I took back my plate and they kept the fly. Good luck to whoever orders from here 🤢(I’ve kept photos)

Appalling. Spent £14 and got 8 pieces of meat for £10 (4 lamb and 4 chicken) dessert wasnt there, salads okay....ish and the Ribena was the star of my buy. Phoned to complain and to get a refund and was told he'd tell the manager tomorrow and that 4 pieces is their standard for a kebab???? Gave up making logic with what he was half attempting to convince me with. Absolutely dire and buffoons are running it.

Rubbish response to Uber drivers by ignoring and holding them without letting them know how much the orders preparation takes, wasting time and earning for Uber drivers to accept any job from this shop.

Food arrived stone cold, Bread was full of grease, the meat was tough, and looked old even discoloured, loads of fat on the chicken doner, the shish was so tough could not chew it. £25 for a plate of rubbish. would never order from them ever again.

Really disappointed with our meal. Our food arrived over half an hour later then expected time, all food was cold, the donner kebab was completely burnt, we don't even know what that is on the kebab either {check out the pictures} the lettuce was mouldy also shown in the pictures and whats happened to this burnt box the food arrived in. We have eaten from this kebab shop for many years but will not be eating from there again. What a let down......

i would like to say that when ever we have collected our lunch from here it has been lovely and left me very full not sure why so many bad reviews , i cant comment on the delivery service

Wraps are dead hardly any salad hardly any lamb shish lamb shish which was of minimal size give this place a big swerve deadout 0/10

Where do I begin! 1 star is generous. Firstly the delivery driver tries to con us out of part of the order... then when I said I'll be ringing the shop to see why it's not been sent it mysteriously appeared!!!! A miracle! Placed with another order apparently. The Kebab... well I tend to use that term loosely given that each element was separate from the rest. The pitta bread was half cooked, not even sliced and tough. Kebab meat looked like road kill and the salad was in its own container looking rather sorry for itself. A DIY Kebab.... Definitely won't be returning to this place.

I don't know who gave this restaurant a licences to be opened. their food was eurgk. I couldn't eat my mixed kebab as the meat looked like it was rotten with white stuff looking like fungi on the meat.

I did not wt any of the extra's I ordered on my mixed meat, chilli sauce was like water, I only received 4 pieces of lamb with another kebab and a spoonful of rice! When I called to complain he was very rude and said it way my fault. I will NEVER order from here again.

left us very unsatisfied. we was supposed to get a free bottled drink as part of the meal we brought, however we did not get the drink. the chicken doner meat was burnt dry and very hard and chewy, while the chips were half cold and half warm. definitely one of the worst Turkish takeaways i have ever had.

Food was beautiful both visually and to the taste buds and the service was first class.

Poor customer service.I ordered for chicken donner pizza but all i see on my pizza is a lot of vegetables and 1 tiny piece of chicken on each slice of 12inch pizza. I called to complain and the staff tried to argue with me . He said he made my pizza so he knows tge amount of chicken he put on my pizza. I wont be buying food from them.

Meat does not look like pictures in advertising and a fly flew out of the donner wrap when opened ......very very disappointed in quality of food will not order again🤢.

Absolutely awful service and food! DO NOT bother wasting your time. Food arrived nearly 2 hours late, no salad or sauce as ordered, my lamb shish consisted of 4 pieces of hard chewy meat and 2 tablespoons of rice that was hard and dry. The man on phone was rude and his excuse was "were too busy" conplete joke!!!!

My go-to Kebab shop, absolutely wonderful! Never had a problem and Staff are very friendly! Would recommend to anyone in the local area!
