I asked for a mocha coffee and was given hot chocolate coffee. and they didn't give me a replacement for my coffee. I had a terrible beverage experience

Ordered the Big breakfast. Was nice

Incredibly Rude staff. Breakfast food was inedible

They didn't let me eat my snacks even though I bought it and thr tables were dirty when I went in and it with actualy rubbish

Brilliant service and very good quality on items purchased. Had an excellent experience with my partner in the Caffe and throughout the store. Highly recommend this store. Thank you for your brilliant and friendly service. Very pleased That's why I give Fife star rating.

There was only one staff on, and was obviously under pressure, but she did a good job, serving at the till and at the tables. We only had tea, which was very pleasant.

This cafe is horrible, no fish and chips, lack of items, mediocre staff, slow service and no mobile ordering, this is such a shame because I was hoping that I would have a great experience, but I left, disappointed, don't come!

Older lady that work there is rude. Food was bland. Sausages not cooked through and eggs not cooked either. You ask for lactose free milk and they never have it

Fish and chips was fantastic and freshly battered however the Katsu chicken curry was not good and a child size portion.

We are having burgers plus ice cream and iced lattes. Lovely place to eat. Good prices. Good customer service. Fast enough. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I would like to enjoy sun outside outdoor terrace. Once that will be built this will be one of my favourite places to eat.

Disgraceful and unhygenic behaviour. Staff gave my brunch sandwich to someone else who opened it, saw it was wrong, wrapped it back up and returned it. Staff then tried to give it to me cold and already opened by someone. Lovely pandemic brunch vibes. Got a refund instead.

Hi. I was in the Cafe twice and the people who working here are 1. Not nice 2. Asking as to sit until the order is ready 3. The order never complete ( I had to ask them again and because the food that I ordered was missing. Mostly I didn't like the lady she had very loud rising voices and it feel intimate. 4.

Delicious Food, friendly staff and the cafe is clean and spacious. I love coming here with the family.

Great place for a healthy breakfast with friendly staff. I had hallumi and avacado muffin which was so tasty with vanilla latte. It was quick and served by some lovely ladies and cooked to perfection

This used to always be our go to cafe as it is very close to our house even before there refurbishment the food was always served clean and hot as you can see the kitchen also. The front of house staff have always been amazing however for the last couple of months we have waited over 45 minutes to get two plates of food and when they come it's cold and disgusting this happened once so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but second time was even worse as they tried to bring out my daughter's meal stale and cold I normally wouldn't complain but it was seriously disgusting and this is why it was my last time ever stepping foot in there. Ps Don't let my daughter's smile fool you bless her she just saw pancakes and got happy

What better way to save the planet than tap water! (in a plastic cup and paper straw)...

Is what it is, a supermarket cafe with staff who are polite but who'd much rather be doing something else. Baked potato was served without butter.. So ask for it if you're expecting some. Also the tables weren't very clean at all. They do have WiFi and a couple of power sockets though!

Tables need to be emptied better

This is usually a very clean and efficient Tesco Cafè. The food choice is wide and quality and taste is good. Staff are friendly and helpful :-)

Take time away from the busy shopping and enjoy the food

where the baskets have security tags.
