I went to this Subway just now. Monday 3rd June 2024 at 10:10am. I ordered a foot long BMT. The staff member at our first interaction from her demeanor, I could see she was not bothered what so ever, Had an earphone in her ear. I don't know if she was talking someone on the phone or listening to music whilst serving me but she mis-heard me an put in the wrong sauce in my Subway. When I asked her can you give me a fresh one. She refused . Politely I said to her but its not fair that I'm paying for a subway that I didn't ask for. but she was refusing to give me a brand new subway despite acknowledging that she got my order wrong. She wouldnt give any reason she would just look at me and say no. Her behaviour was absolutley disgusting the attitude that she brought from the first interaction to the very last was bsolutely appalling customer service. She gave her name as Sana but I'm not sure if she gave the correct name or not hence I mentioned the date and time of my visit. Completely ruined my mood and my visit to subway. This experience has really out me off Subway now. I wanted to use my 50% of voucher she had already scanned it. I'm not sure if she gave the voucher back by cancelling it on her computer or not I'm yet to find out should I decide to return to subway (if so it definitely won't be this branch) Management, very disappointed with you, have the relevant training and rules in place to support your customers This was an outrageous experience

Ordered online the time changed 6 times, a message came up looking for a driver, I went down there in the end, saw a driver sitting on his bike smoking a cigarette! Went in told the lady I wanted to pick up my food so I needed a refund for the delivery charge, she told me just eat had cancelled my order and I needed to pay for my food, so I did, she said just eat will refund me, but just eat hadn't cancelled my order and I ended up paying twice!! When i left about 10 mins later the delivery man was still outside, smokingband talking to someone, plus the lady gave me the wrong order, good job i checked before i left. The first time ordering from there my order said it had been delivered, me and my son was out front as I was gardening, nothing turned up, rang the branch the lady said you've had your food it's been delivered. Never again will I be ordering from this place!!

Come here near enough everyday, all staff kind chatty and friendly

Every now and again I'll order here and there's never any complaints. Food arrives very swiftly, food tastes great and the staff are very friendly

The customer service is very bad.

Drinks were as expected but not hot enough. Staff handling food without masks Its taken 2 years for you to reply that you will do better. Masks are no longer mandatory to your offer to improve is mute

I think this was my second visit to this shop. Lovely staff got my order right, looks very clean and tidy. Enjoyed all our 6 inch subs and salad absolutely fabulous. Definitely will be going to this shop again please don't change the staff, went at around 3.30pm keep up the good work my children enjoyed their meals. Went today 23rd of October 2022 staff were nice but couldn't wait for us to leave. Today 15/2/2023 ordered online but still had to wait for it to be made. But the order was correct and we enjoyed our subs and wrap. Clean tidy, fresh and the staff were polite. Went today 22nd of July 2023 ordered 2 foot long subs the new series both were fabulous 👌 staff nice and polite still a good shop.

ordered on uber, usually subway packs the subs in boxes, but na they just wrapped it in the paper and no box, also the bread was hard and not soft how i usually get it from other subways, don't know how to equally spread the toppings, literally onions too much, the packaging though was just pathetic. it was cold, stale bread felt like i'm exercising my jaw

Hot food was very cold. Not crispy,soggy n very oily. Disgusting. They should be ashamed if sending out foid like that. Awful

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. That's hands down the most disappointing and worst subway I've ever attempted to eat in my life. The hearty Italian bread was stale, there was literally 2 bits of chicken in it, was slapped together and just appalling. There's no cheese when I asked for both cheeses and toasted, was over toasted with no cheese at all. My sandwich essentially consisted of stale bread and a load of sweetcorn. I'm in folkestone everyday and can honestly say I'll never be going back to this subway. It was shocking and not worth the nearly £5 I had to pay for a poxy 6 inch sub with only 3 inches of salad and a pathetic slice of chicken. Absolutely appalling.

Always enjoy coming here, the shop is always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and attentive. Update: Still always receive excellent service!

Subs were both cold. Gave us wrong cookies. Nachos were stale and cold. All around horrible experience and we received no compensation at all. Do not buy here if you have any self respect and value your money

Vegetarians be aware!!! The reason for the 1 star was purely because the lady put new gloves on, grabbed the meat (steak and chicken tikka), then without changing the gloves touched all the salad. By the way I'm not a vegetarian.

Refusing to honor the footy euro Cup promo code stating its a scam but upon further conversation they revealed by accident that a few local managers have decided not to honor the promo code of ITSCOMINGHOME. such a shame.

Something really has happened here, wish I knew what is was. The last three times I have eaten from here I have had an upset stomach mainly from the meatballs and I'm not the only one. The same has happened to two of my friends. The franchisee has a very blase response to the reports so we just left it. Generally I really enjoy Subway.

Pretty hit-or-miss at this spot, sometimes you'll get a pleasant person who gives you good service, other times you'll get someone who lacks any customer service and skimps on the ingredients.

Worst delivery I had in my life. We ordered 3 sandwiches plus sides. They delivered the food 45 minutes late and ofcourse it was cold. My order was missing items and sides annd You ready for the best part? A long blonde hair in my sandwich. And it didn’t belong to any of us because we all have black hair. It was very bad. Specially at this time that they have to pay close attention to hygiene. Just the worst.

The order was wrong. Asked for roast chicken, got rotisserie chicken. At the end the sandwich was made in a complete mess. However, the staff were nice. But the service in my opinion needs improvement.

Service is always very slow, they speak to one another when customers are there and they have inaccurate opening time 9.30am I went but as you can see doors locked!

Not all Subways are created equal. This store has friendly staff, who don't rush like speedy gonsalez, and as such their presentation is as good as their subs.

Can't fault the food however the students loitering outside was very annoying and they were distracting the staff

Had a subway voucher but as they didn't participate was unable to use it. But still i brought my sandwich and the manager gave a free cookie for my gals. Services was great. Would def go back

Incorrect mention of closing hours. Drove from so far away only to realise they've closed an hour earlier then the time mentioned on Google Maps. Such a shame.
