Trios in Enfield

I booked a table via the website on November 25 ,received confirmation of the reservation for November 29, 2024, on site it turned out that the place had been closed by the police since November 5. What does that mean? Misleading customers because the website worked normally. Very unprofessional and rude

Fuimos el lunes 31 calle de marzo para cenar en familia. Pedimos un plato familiar que incluye entrante caliente y té turco. Todo estaba bien hasta el final. Después de pagar no sirvieron té. Pregunté por el té. Me respondió que no tenía té. Le dije que lo incluyera en el menú. Ella me respondió que no, así que le dije que tomara el menú y le mostrara que el té está incluido en el menú. Así que dice perdón. No me queda té turco. Así que le respondí que si sabía que no lo tenía, debería habérnoslo dicho cuando lo pedimos. En segundo lugar, no dijo nada, y en tercer lugar, no ofreció nada más. A mi hija le dijo que ya limpiaba la máquina por eso no puede hacer té. Finalmente me dijo que no es por eso, que no le quedaba té turco. Así que después de todo eso ella dice que si realmente quiero un té ella puede hacer té verde. Le dije que no quería té verde. Entonces ella respondió que podría hacer el té la próxima vez. Le respondí que no sería la próxima vez. No volveré de nuevo con seguridad. Ella debería haber lidiado con el problema antes del pago porque ella era consciente de eso y encima estaba incluyendo en nuestro pedido. Las últimas cosas que mencionar que hacía frío por dentro. Un buen servicio y atención al cliente es importante para mantener a los clientes contentos. No ha pasado nada. Definitivamente no volveré de nuevo.

I recently went for an evening meal out. The food was terrific, The restaurant looked so lovely, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This restaurant used to be very nice but having visited this evening, I was left feeling very disappointed. No atmosphere, bland service and below average food that masquerades as authentic Lebanese. The food was entirely edible but was not nicely presented and not particularly enjoyable, it is also over priced for what you get and there is a 12.5% service charge on top. Feedback was given to the manager who seemed a little defensive but appeared to take in what was said. Explains why there was only 3 tables on a Friday night. We would not return.

Highly recommend if you like raw pork
