Warda in Enfield

This restaurant used to be very nice but having visited this evening, I was left feeling very disappointed. No atmosphere, bland service and below average food that masquerades as authentic Lebanese. The food was entirely edible but was not nicely presented and not particularly enjoyable, it is also over priced for what you get and there is a 12.5% service charge on top. Feedback was given to the manager who seemed a little defensive but appeared to take in what was said. Explains why there was only 3 tables on a Friday night. We would not return.

Had a delicious meal as a walk in on Saturday evening. Ordered one of the mezze set menus which gave a fabulous taste of many of the dishes: tabbouleh was amazing, as were lamb and chicken kebabs. Bring your own bottle. I would thoroughly recommend

First time came to this restaurant following recommendation, I found the food is delicious, excellent customer service and love the atmosphere, will be returning again and would definitely recommend to try Warda restaurant!

Incredible food, so fresh and tasty - generous portions too. A treat to have so many vegetarian options! Wish we’d had room to sample the dessert menu too. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Very glad we found this place.

The 12.5% service charge is high. It's wrong that restaurants wack on an extra 12.5% to prices. It's deceiving, and it doesn't help the customer. All costs should be included in the menu prices. So customers know what they will be paying.

We came across this wonderful little gem a month ago and became regulars since then. The food is delicious and fresh with big portions. We tried the wraps, chicken taouk and mixed grill in addition to different starters. It was all yummy. The service is very attentive, always welcoming you with a smile, happy to top up bread etc, the restaurant is very clean and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We live in Southgate and came across this wonderful eatery. The food was delicious, well prepared, with taste and flavouring and huge portions. I had Grilled Chicken and my girlfriend had Okra, plus we had delicious desserts notably cheesecake and chocolate ice cream roll. And a delicious herbal tea. Beautiful surroundings lovely relaxing music plus very attentive staff and the manager could not do enough for us. We fully recommend this eatery to anyone and we will be regulars here again. Just had a fantastic meal here. Although the restaurant does not serve alcohol don’t let that put you off as you can BYO. The food is excellent and fantastic value. The mixed meze was delicious. The hosts who have taken over a year ago are really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Hummus and falafel taste identical to the rubbish you can buy at the supermarket, there is simply no way either of them are homemade. Unless "homemade" means taking it out of the packet

What a delightful find! Wonderful food, speedy and friendly service and lovely decor. The Pattata Harra spicy potatoes were exceptional! So pleased to hear they do catering too. Will definitely be ordering from them for our next event.

A glorious institution, serving the finest home-made toum (garlic sauce) in the realm. I was a big fan of their batata harra and kibbeh in particular. Lovely friendly spot with excellent service for collection/take away.

We had the mezze 6 and it was delicious. Good variety of foods and perfect portion sizes. Service was very attentive and made for a great night.

I ordered fish and it came full of bones and tasted rotten. I ended up eating the side dish which was a small plate of 10 pieces of bread and a bit of humus. It was way too expensive and terrible quality food. I would not recommend dining here.

I went last night for dinner with a friend, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and attentive and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Taste of the food was next to perfection. Best place to dine out for people looking to have Lebanese cuisine. Highly recommended, already looking forward to go again.

Noor was very good welcoming host and the service is great. Atmosphere 100% great.

Really disappointed with our takeaway from here. We got the Mixed Grill+, falafel and extra Lebanese Bread for £30. What arrived was 4 small skewers of meat, a small cup of rice, 4 packet falafel and half a wrap of bread. We wouldn't have been so irritated by the portions if the half wrap of bread hadn't cost over £3. Either they didn't put everything in the bag or the portions are really stingy and overpriced.

Our first visit and we will most certainly return. We were greeted by the most elegantly dressed, beautiful waitress, who made us feel extremely welcome. We chose from the menu, which was primarily “meze based” but selected items from the grill, served with rice and salad with a delicious dressing. No alcohol, which doesn’t bother us, but they do serve alcohol free beer and wine and also allow you to bring your own, if you are that desperate!! We look forward to our next visit.

I ordered food from Warda for a surprise birthday party for my mother a couple of weeks ago. I visited the shop and met the lovely Noor. We discussed the menu and numbers we were catering for. She advised me well on vegetarian and meat options, portion sizes and a variety of dishes, including breads and desserts. The food arrived on time as promised. It was perfectly hot and presented well. Everyone loved the food and desserts. As a result, the birthday party was a success. Thank you Noor.

Relates to an order made a while back, but. I feel people should know how bad this place is. Ordered take away and took 2 hours to come despite phoning up and politely enquiring where food was (and am not too far from restaurant) . Food delivered by a kid who was being driven by his dad. First off food was not fresh and cold - starters were awful - falafel tasted like sponge and had texture of soft bread, chicken kebab was tough, hardly any rice rice and no potatoes whatsoever. Hoummous was evidently shop bought. Halloumi tough and overcooked. Pitta bread was also shop bought and in the original packaging... Lastly, they didn't have desert I wanted so had substituted it but without telling me - and the cake provided instead was tiny and to top it all off - stale! This restaurant is expensive so the terrible quality of food is all the more surprising. No apology or goodwill gesture offered. In conclusion, steer clear - worst Lebanese I've had by far - I've genuinely seen better quality from a kebab van.

We've been to Warda twice now and are definitely going to come back. Delicious food, wonderful service, BYOB and decent prices. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but it's really clear the owners care deeply about making each customer comfortable, so I think they would be very accommodating to turning music down etc if asked. We haven't found that necessary and have enjoyed our meals at Warda very much.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. We come here and always get their family platter as takeaway . We have had other Lebanese wraps in cd teal London but the quality and taste by the chef here are amazing . Their service is always excellent and always make sure to go that extra mile . Wd highly recommend for dine in and takeaway .

I recently dined at this Lebanese restaurant and was blown away by the exceptional flavors and authenticity of the dishes. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is impeccable, and the hummus is hands down the best I've ever tasted. Very small portions of Kunafa. They show it in the photos with Pistachio on the top and then they send it plain without any topping and then the taste is horrible. Not worth the money.

Didn’t read notes and missed off sauces from the wraps but overall food was ok.

Had a craving for Lebanese shawarma. Unfortunately there wasn’t any near me so drove 15 minutes to Warda as it was closest on my maps. I didn’t have high hopes as it was a restaurant but thought I’d give it a go.. Well let me say the shawarma was on point!! It was soo good. And I was happy. Everything was fresh. I think next time il book to come and eat. Only suggestion .. PLEASE get the pink pickle radishes! They were the only thing I missed in my wrap .

Ordered on UBER EATS! I honestly didn't have much hope, but i was wrong! The lamb shawarma was amazing and the prawns. I WILL BE BRINGING MY FAMILY to dine in next time. I have butterflies in my mouth for how good the food was. 10/10 Adam

Not what it used to be… This is where we used to take all our friends. But now it’s not the welcoming, well hosted place it once was. The service was slow. There was no welcoming entree. They served meat to vegetarians. The food was not up to the standards we’d come to expect. They no longer have that excellent range of Lebanese wine. And the restaurant was as cold as the atmosphere. No wonder it was empty on a Saturday night! Having spent ages to find a parking place, I wish we’d given up. After many years of patronage we’ll not be returning

Food was delivered cold, not even anywhere near warm. I called the restaurant and expressed my dissatisfaction not only with this, but also the fact that we'd ordered a two chicken shawarma that had chicken not in the style advertised, but in strips similar to that of a deli sandwich - nothing like a proper Lebanese. The restaurant then sent out the same order again; this time it was hot but the chicken wasn't shawarma style and today I'm in bed feeling unwell. If it was possible to leave a zero star review, I would. Fully expecting a refund from Just Eat and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered a falafel salad and falafels looked and tasted more like meatballs! No crunch, no flavour and very disappointing! I ate in the restaurant a week back ordering falafels and completely different, will not be ordering this item from you again!

Did a takeaway after trying at a friend's place a few months ago. Lovely food. The tabouli and potato harra were amazing starters, followed by halloumi wrap which was just as good. Also had the falafel wrap but was slightly soggy hence the 4* but overall loved their food

Went for family meal on a Saturday evening. Pleasant atmosphere, music low, decor relaxing. Service friendly helpful and professional. We all found our different courses very appetising. I had mixed grill; all the meats were tender and nicely spiced. We had all four dips which are served with thin folded breads. All very tasty.
