Vlamis in Enfield

Missing items - had to call restaurant to tell them missing items and staff was rude not bothered - had to order chips and pay all charges to get the food that was missing originally!!!! Times have changed !

Lovely food,so good souvlaki!Everything was so nice fresh and tasty!First time in London after 6 years we enjoy souvlaki..well done guys!

I've always been to this place, but things have changed, the dishes are no longer the same, they've changed in size, to smaller of course, I don't recommend it, but now if you want fries or salad, you have to pay separately, before you could choose that side dish, now only the rice and the meat you choose come, and the dish is very small, I'm disappointed with this change...

The best chicken gyros in the town and so far the best I ever had! Friendly staff and very professional. It's worth to visit and enjoy delicious and quality greek food. I always come back! Love it! Thanks guys! See you next time! 😀

The chef of Vlamis prepared Souvlakia for my husband and me yesterday .I can’t say enough about how wonderful this service has been. Chef has personalized the meals with our requests. The menu was always delicious, of great variety, flavorful and creative. The food was always well prepared by the super chef.Chef was a good communicator, friendly, and great. I would recommend Chef to anyone who wants high quality food and service.

I've ordered this same meal from, pastichio, innumerable times. This time, same price, but literally half the portfion size. The corner piece, burnt to a crisp, to boot. Unacceptable.

Staying overnight with friend's in Enfield we had dinner at Viamis. The welcome was friendly and we were seated promptly. Only one waitress serving but she was friendly and helpful. Food was good but was disappointed that the starters dips did not come with Pitta bread 🥪 that was extra !! We enjoyed the meal of chicken and pork kebabs 🥙 .

Food amazing as always. Although incorrect order delivered. The correct order came within 20 mins - thank you x will definitely keep on ordering.

Came across this restaurant on our route home as we were looking for something Greek to eat. Other party members had the pork Souvlaki (small - 2 skewers) and I had the mix being three skewers all with fries. A few Keo's to wash it down. The meat cut were on the small side but easy and quick to cook but was soft and tasty. The Greek pitta was nice with the Tzantziki. I would return there with the whole clan next time.

The grilled food we ordered was second to none. My congratulations to the lady who was doing the grill that day as everything was cooked to perfection. The non-grilled stuff was ok, but not that exceptional. I removed one star because of one of the ladies at the service that treated us as a nuisance and because the music was a bit louder than what I am used to. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend trying any of the grilled items.

Just went as we were in the garden centre "golden triangle" just around the corner. We were standing in the queue at the cafe in the garden centre and the food coming out looked passable but just boring. My wife said she fancied Italian so we looked in Google (search was Mediterranean food near me) and Vlamis was just a few miles away so we drove there and parked in the Tesco car park as we were definitely getting some weekly supplies whilst out then walked the hindered feet to Vlamis. So happy to find the restaurant full of greek customers, some guys had even ordered a whole lamb, just for the three of them. Must of been a special occasion I suppose. For us iIt was excellent value, had three starter dishes and two mains with only tap water to drink we spent £37 for the two of us. The pork and lamb souvalaki were "next level" , my wife's words, juicy with the fantastic taste you only get from real charcoal fire cooking. Stuffed peppers were sweet, charred and the rice filling was tender and well cooked with just the right amount of tasty sauce to make it all satisfying. For a surprise lunch it was just what the doctor had ordered. We will definitely be taking our teenage children there for a family meal in the coming months.

Just had the pork slouvaki box dish and 2 out of the 3 skewers are absolutely disgusting and inedible as they were all gristle and hard… won’t be ordering from here again it has gone down hill and I’m really disappointed

Food was great but the service really lets this place down. Good, open space for summer but the doors were kept open on a cold evening and we were freezing. Needed to ask 3 times for the doors to be shut.

Food is a bit dry and stodgy. Almost everything comes with bread and chips. For vegetarians it's pretty much halloumi or halloumi - and with the halloumi souvlaki you get skewers of dry halloumi, no veg on it, just a small pile of shredded iceberg lettuce to go with it (along with the bread and chips). There was a vegan vegetable skewer option (also very dry!). 'special sauce' was just garlic mayo. Service was patchy.

Wonderful food. Had the pitta offer £9.99 Wrap was freshly cooked with plenty of salad and chips. Restaurant clean and staff very nice. Would 100% recommend

The worst welcome and the worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant. And we don't like eating while they are sweeping up and washing the floor.... especially as they decided to close the restaurant three hours early. Despite us having booked a table. Just disgusting and so disappointing. And the wine is ridiculously expensive too. Never again

Wow. Ordered two wraps and some sides. The flavours were so good. I can tell good ingriendents were used and cooked well. We will 100% be ordering here again. Yummy doesn’t cover it.

The restaurant was very quiet but the service and food was excellent.

I popped in for a chicken gyros in my hand, and met the wonderful lady chef. We spoke in Greek and she offered me Cretan raki. The gyros was generous and delicious, and just like every one I've had in Greece, filled with meat, salad, chips and sauce. The interior is quite light and spacious, and there are outdoor tables as well. Very tasty meal!

The Pastitsio was the worse I’ve ever tasted.. I cud not eat it.. the bechamel sauce was absolutely vile.. it was just thick flour.. seriously I was so disappointed.. there was about a spoonful of meat.. there was no flavour.. please ask your yia yia how the make it properly!! that was not worth the money.. i sud have been paid to eat it.. plus points luckily my husband enjoyed his souvlaki! and the waitress was just delightful.

Vlamis is the best Greek restaurant in the area. They never fail to impress. The staff are fantastic and always happy. I highly recommend you try them .

Just like in Greece! I had the chicken gyros and the flavours reminded me of every gyros I've ever had there. A huge prortion, packed with meat and veggies and sauces. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and it is great to see a restaurant that is actually authentic. Will be back!

Average food don't actually get a lot of meat in your pork wrap they fill it out with chips atmosphere dead maybe it's because it was a Sunday .not value for money like most places these days

Just had an amazing takeaway gyro from this Greek spot in London, and wow, it was like being transported straight to Greece! 🤩 The gyros were spot-on—juicy meats, fresh veggies, and that tzatziki sauce was absolutely perfect. Authentic and delicious.🥙😍 Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff was really friendly too, even just picking up my order. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and threw in some great recommendations. Highly recommend it if you're craving authentic Greek gyros. Definitely a place I'll be ordering from often. Great food and service, you won't be disappointed! 😊

Still the top gyro in London. While others with success they tend to lower quality, I visited a year later and they still have amazing quality. Their tzatziki is homemade and I've never had better anywhere else! The restaurant is very far from where I live, otherwise I'd visit more often. Next time I'll try some of the rest of their menu.

Good food and value of money; however kids food was served cold for no given reason. Also staff seemed lost serving wrong food to the wrong table, despite the restaurent was not that busy. Improvement is needed. Overall, I am going back to enjoy another meal again.

They took my order but never delivered it. It didn't cancel for hours, then the next morning it said it was delivered. Disgraceful.

Well this place has come far from when it first opened and now they have more seating areas too which holds more people and the food is really great also. As I've been there a couple of times and really liked everything on there menu. So please check it out and you won't be disappointed I promise you.

We enjoyed our chicken gyros and Greek kebab on charcoal meals. The menu is extensive so it took a while to decide what to have to eat 😄. The young lady who served us was warm and welcoming. A dessert was offered to us on the house after our meal which was an unexpected treat. Toilet was very clean with ample hand soap and toilet paper. I would eat here again and would recommend to others to try it. 👍🏼😄

Good service/staff as well as value for money; the amount we got in the mixed platter for 2 was very impressive. The food itself was a bit of a let down though. The meat was quite dry/overcooked. The lamb was mostly bone/not much meat. The taramasalata was also not very nice. If you do go however, the tzatziki is excellent and the halloumi wrap also recommended.

My partner and I had dinner here on Sunday night (5th November). We ordered a few seafood dishes and a bottle of wine. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious, the wine was great and the service we received from the two wait staff was incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. On the way out my partner had a chat with the chef(/owner?) to let her know how much we enjoyed all the food! Looking forward to visiting next time we are in the area! ευχαριστώ!

Every time i feel home sick I order food from Vlamis and I make a point to collect it in person because I love how welcomed and loved I feel every time I go in. I travel back in time through flavours and tastes of the Mediterranean in a heart beat 💓 If like me you have also been here a longer time than you originally planned and miss home, you should give Vlamis a try, the food is exceptional, the service is 10/10 and the welcome is unmatched! Highly recommend!

Ordered a box of kebab meat on top for £4 and it was one small piece of kofte style meat. Not worth the money, came with cold soggy chips.

Me & my husband have just been in for dinner this evening for our anniversary. The food was absolutely incredible, I would even say the nicest food I’ve had in England. It was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was great too, we were served by Brigita who was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. A truly wonderful dining experience - we will definitely return & recommend to everyone!

Brought gyros meats nice flavour good delicious reminds me of greece. Just dissatisfied with chips they werent cooked cold inside stiff frozen made me gag. So i took all chips out . Other than that great place and staff

Vlamis is truly a Greek restaurant with a bang! The dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting, and the decor had a charming Mediterranean vibe. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Greek dishes, and the flavours were absolutely mouthwatering. The service was top-notch, and the staff's knowledge of Greek cuisine was impressive. I can't wait to go back to Vlamis and savour their delicious food again. This restaurant is a must-visit for any food lover!

All the Greek traditional kitchen Vlamis has included in. Just in 5 minutes, your food is ready in great quality and good price. The spacious and stalely decorated environment made it very suitable for family dinners;  birthdays and weddings Go and try. You will be welcomed and satisfied with the service you will get.
