You have just lost a customer…. I went in today after work for bubble teas ( 3 bubble teas), when i got to the second order i kindly asked to change the tapioca as I do not like it although i liked the tea blend. The manager i think came and rudely explained that they do not change it and they can take it out but they will charge me extra for the other boba… this is what triggered my argument… i just wanted one bobe change yet they preferred losing out on 3 orders instead of changing ONE boba… business mindset -100. Anyways… I can see now that is just them doing the money grabbing techniques and do not give a flying F about what the customer wants… therefore I will never return

I got a call to say my pizza order would be a little late; I didn't expect it also to be almost stone cold. Given I live 500m away, that's totally unacceptable. No more orders to them from me.

This spot is very good for stay long.The staff are very polite.Anyone can enjoy the drink's and the beauty of nature.

1st delivery order was poor it was not good quality it was ordered for one of my directors at work but was advised by the driver who is extremely helpful to which he said to contact them and they will send a new one out which they did and it arrived in a really good time the driver was polite and caring and i think he deserves the credit he gets

TAX AVOIDING -will insist on paying cash only, though have a working card machine OVERCHARGE -menu price was £34.50, when we arrived they said it was £38.50 whilst handing us a menu with price being £34.50. Price increase is not reflected anywhere in resturant or on their website. Waiter did not add drinks to the bill, and contacted us the next day saying the bill will come out of his wages!!!!! Which is illegal. I wouldn't mind paying for the drinks that he forgot to put however he said they costed £60 but they were £54, he never gave us our change when we paid the bill, he took the additional tip that was given (though unearned) and as for the food price increase, it seems they make up their prices as they go. UNFRIENDLY Staff- no smiles, no goodbyes, no nothing SERVICE - though only 3 tables were full was offered 1 drink throughout the night then had to wait 20mins for a bottle of water. FOOD- was mediocre, Not worth £38.50 for 3 course (which was the only choice of menu) DRINKS- Cocktails were sour and there seemed to be a problem when asking for a little extra syrup to sweeten them. DESSERT- was non existant unless you classify 1 TINY piece of baklova (however you spell it) as a dessert MUSIC- was nice but really loud.. Too loud, you couldn't have any type of convo with anyone on your table. But nice either way BELLY DANCER - was the only staff member who smiled, but then again she was having men putting notes in her knickers and bra, felt like I was in a strip club! INTERIOR- Beautiful, large fish tank, flowers on the wall etc However food does not fit on the small round tables so you are eating worried your plate is going to fall on your lap. TOILETS- were dirty and out of service (I should have checked the toilet 1st as you know the rule says if the toilet is dirty then so is the kitchen) OVERALL- the resturant has a lot of potential once they have better trained staff, less tax avoidance and value for money. The entertainment offered atmosphere however, if you don't want to put £10 in the belly dancers knickers then you may feel abit uncomfortable. All that was needed was for her to take her bra off... A resturant that could have offered class, devalued by all of the above. In fact the only the only thing that was as expected was the fish swimming in the tank and even they wernt swimming they were still, like statues... I won't be revisiting ill stick to shaka zulu resturant

Entré en una tarde fría y lluviosa para una patada de azúcar: encantadora rosquilla fresca y helada, pero no quería perderse la publicación, así que no compré té. Un gran miembro del personal salió de su camino para conseguirme una silla para sentarme en el calor después de haber limpiado la lluvia fuera de él. ¡Antes de darme cuenta había una taza de café a mi lado! y lo necesitaba ¡Qué amabilidad, con una sonrisa! gracias Greggs ¡Y esta tienda está impecable!

🚇 Gospel Oak 🍺 £5.50 Cruzcampo The Old Oak is located in Gospel Oak which is close to Hampstead Heath in Northwest London. The nearest station is Gospel Oak which is just across the road. This pub was built after World War II as part of the redevelopment of the area, the current building replaced an earlier building destroyed during the war. This pub is part of the @craftunionpubs chain of pubs. This is a one bar pub that has a traditional local pub feel. The servery is located on the right hand side and has a few stools in front to perch on. The bar is “C” shaped with a pool table and dartboard at one end and a seating area with a curved banquette at the other. The walls are clad in burgundy wood panels plus plenty of screens for watching live sport. One thing that is always great to see, is a proper pub carpet running throughout. If you fancy a bit of fresh air with your pint, there are a number of benches around the front of the pub. The beer line up was all keg with a range of familiar brands to choose from. I decided on a Cruzcampo, my pint was great, price point was below average. This is a Wet-Led pub, meaning it doesn’t serve food. We arrived just before 1pm on a mild Saturday lunchtime in May. The pub was quiet at first, then it started filling up with a local crowd both inside and out. The atmosphere was relaxed, we watched the Celtic v St Mirren game on mute with Bob Marley playing in the background. The service was good, we were served by a nice fella behind the ramp. The @theoldoakpub1 or the “Double O” is down to earth community boozer which has loyal local punters. The beer was decent and not pricey, the atmosphere was relaxed and there was a nice local pub feel to the place. Enfin un coin tranquille a picadelly,il y a même de savoureuses chocolatines ,et c est cheaper !!! Après un long trip a pied ,il est réconfortant de trouver cet endroit autre que chinois ,burger et autre fast food...

Io e la mia famiglia siamo andati per pranzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, i piatti erano ottimi. Il servizio eccellente, i camerieri Raffaella e Nico sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Ci ritornermo sicuramente!

Horrendo, todo estaba frío! Los chips eran como cartón. ¡Los bollos estaban rancios! Sin sabor. No me molestaría de nuevo. Muchas otras opciones disponibles.
