You have just lost a customer…. I went in today after work for bubble teas ( 3 bubble teas), when i got to the second order i kindly asked to change the tapioca as I do not like it although i liked the tea blend. The manager i think came and rudely explained that they do not change it and they can take it out but they will charge me extra for the other boba… this is what triggered my argument… i just wanted one bobe change yet they preferred losing out on 3 orders instead of changing ONE boba… business mindset -100. Anyways… I can see now that is just them doing the money grabbing techniques and do not give a flying F about what the customer wants… therefore I will never return

I never understand when places say no to a customers request. Asked for no ice and was told no, but i could have a hot one. The upshot of this policy was they sold me a hot one for £4.60 instead of the £6 drink i wanted… so we both didn’t get the best outcome. However the hot brown sugar bubble tea was really nice, easy 5/5, as i’m sure the cold one without ice would have been. Come on guys, give customers what they want.

Waited for 40 minutes to get served, then another 15 to receive order. They are however taking delivery requests which is a poor decision when they can’t serve customers who are waiting at their store. Why pay for a London high street address?

This place looks so amazing, they have so many bubble tea options with unique flavours like tiramisu. Recommend !!!
