if you want a typical English Breakfast then this is the place locally to go. Cooked to perfection plus a good variety of other English dishes too.

Great food, excellent service, best Indian food I have eaten. Staff are helpful, friendly, and very efficient. It was my birthday and I was given a complimentary ice cream which was the best ice cream I have ever eaten. We will definitely return.

Booked a last minute reservation with Lugana for my wife’s birthday. Genuinely had an amazing experience, the atmosphere was lively, the dining area had warmth and was packed with customers, not a single empty table. The food felt as if we were dining in Italy itself, I had chosen Penne Arrabiata, the chef kindly swapped the penne to spaghetti upon my request, and honestly it was the best pasta I have had in years, loads of garlic and the right amount of spice. Above all, what we loved about Lugana was its friendly staff. We had a lovely waitress in Sofia, who attended to our every need, we had our 20 month old son with us, before we even needed to ask, she had us covered, whether it was to keep him occupied whilst we ate, to getting us refresher tissues to clean up plus all her recommendations were on point with regards to the food. She also noted that it was a special occasion in terms of my wife’s birthday, without even me telling her. The staff sang happy birthday as well as put a candle on our tiramisu. Will definitely go again, such a wonderful team of people.

Extremely disappointed, has there been a new owner or what? burger was very dry, not tender at all, everything was cold almost like it was reheated! They used to be SO good, not anymore. Will not be coming to this place again. Not to mention they increase the prices! (Family meal increased by almost 21%!!) For even worse food 🤦‍♂️

Could not recommend this restaurant enough! Not only is the food and drinks delicious, the prices are very student friendly with all the amazing deals on. The most welcoming and friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon :)

Popped by, they had a certificate on the door for having the best chips in the area...they certainly do. Very welcoming and warm environment. Everything is halal! Chicken shish was juicy and delicious. Will be back again.

Friendly staff, amazing portions, good food

My husband and I visited for dinner last night. The restaurant was very busy but the service we experienced was fabulous, our every need was attended to. The food was delicious and cooked to a very high standard. The King Prawn Butterfly we had for our starter was the best we’ve tasted, the main tandoori King Prawn and the Butter Chicken alongside the Amber Fort Chef’s selection platter were outstanding. We will definitely be visiting again with the family. Thank you to the staff that made us feel so welcome.

Excellent local Indian to go to with top customer service. So polite and such attention to detail. I adore this place it is like an old fashioned Indian restaurant where customer service and a high level of performance are still in the meal. The table is decorated really well and they make sure to change your table cloth if it gets dirty before desert. There is close attention to your needs, a polite attentiveness around getting you extra drinks and checking everything is OK with your meal. The food is exquisite. The chicken i have here is always succulent. The rice is always cooked well. The food has enough flavour without being over spiced. I have frequently been offered little extras like a little tipple at the end of my meal for free. I have also had a free hot towel and mint at the end of service. They never fail to treat you like an old friend here and I got that service from the first time I visited over a year ago. Please support this fantastic place that truly cares about the experiences of its customers.

Chips were really hard and fish was nasty and so was sausage.would not order from them again

Was mine and my family’s favourite local cuisine. We miss it very much! The customer service and food was always the best.
