Mi familia y yo celebramos el compromiso de mi hija en DI LORO hoy. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por todos los 14 de nosotros por Nick y el otro personal. Gran servicio, buena comida y bebidas. Nick se aseguró de que todas nuestras solicitudes se llevaron a cabo y fue muy atento durante toda la noche. Tuvimos una experiencia increíble. Recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que considere una celebración o simplemente una comida. También Nick me proporcionó un número de contacto de una señora que hace decoraciones para su celebración en el restaurante. Ella era increíble, así como la decoración que organizó para nosotros. No puedo agradecer a DI LORO lo suficiente para hacer nuestra noche especial. Gracias.

Great clean fresh,favourite are the custard natas? Knock nandos ones for six. Lots in the freezer you just can't find on the high street,proper little taste of Portugal.

Delivery was late, missing 2 items albeit one of them was the free offer. One of fish was broken up as well

The food is good but I won’t be returning as the girl at the til with the curly locs has zero training. She Does not greet or acknowledge customers that walk in , she’s quite cold and she’s so rude. Reading the reviews the owner is okay with this so I’d save your money and go elsewhere !

Food is good; however, the service is horrible. It says it opens at 7 am, but it is never open at this time. No one wants to go out of their house and find the person is saying it will take more than half an hour. If that is the case, why are you open at this time? There is only one staff member, from what I have seen. Follow the right procedure; it’s a short Bengali man; he is very good. The rest of the staff need to learn from him. Absolute disgrace.

Run of the mill eating place off a busy road. The outside seating area needs tending to & cleaning up. 2.5.24 Now under new East European owners & called - The Atmosphere Restaurant.

How could they be selling on soup/sauce? Solid food goes with fufu. So disappointed to order food and only receive the soup. This is a Nigeria restaurant for crying out loud. Every other restaurant sells fufu and soup together. £14 robbery for soup

2 years ago we ordered a take away & it was decent. This evening I ordered a take away for 2, which consisted of: Prawn & veg in black bean sauce Egg fried noodles Sesame prawn toasts Veg spring rolls Sweetcorn soup I am absolutely disgusted with all the food delivery this evening, the food was absolutely disgusting & so awful. Prawn toasts were so thick, heavy & drenced in oil. Spring rolls were so bland and drenched in oil with no taste. Sweetcorn soup was so thick, heavy & gloopy which was disgustingly sweet, some sort of syrup or artificial sugar was added, it was horrendous! Prawn & veg in black bean sauce & noodles were absolutely horrible, no taste, very thick egg noodles, sticky. Very bland food and cheap oil used. They charged me extra for chilli oil and sweet & sour sauce, which was so so awful so thick & full of oil. So disappointed with the service, lady was so rude on the phone when I called the restaurant. Food & overall restaurant very awful. We will not be returning or getting a take away again. £25 just down the drain & feeling very nauseous. We barely ate any of the food..

This was, without doubt, the most disappointing Iranian food I’ve ever had. The dishes lacked freshness and were clearly reheated in a microwave, which completely ruined the texture and taste. It’s a shame, as I had high hopes, but I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was late for 3 hours. Food arrived late and cold. One item was missing. If you want to order go there to collect ONLY.

A restaurant where you will feel at home with selected and fresh dishes, a pleasant atmosphere with wonderful staff, I recommend with all confidence!!!

They are consistently inconsistent. The fish is always overcooked and stale. I asked for half a fish as I don't like the head, and they sent a whole one. No phone call to check. I ordered peppered prawns and recieved 3 prawns and 7 prawn heads. The prawns are not cleaned. The tails of the prawns are hard like they have been warmed up too many times. (PUSH A FORK THROUGH THE BACK AND PULL THE POOP SHOOT OUT.) The flavour is nice on all dishes but it doesnt taste like it was cooked fresh at all. Seems as they freeze certain dishes. I ordered a salt fish patty and it was so dried out it was inedible. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who apologised and said to mention it in the comments on my next order. I did that and they didn't include the patty on the next order. I am genuinely sad to write this review as I have spent hundreds of pounds over 15 years with this restaurant. But I will not be purchasing from them again as the quality has declined to a point where I do not wish to waste my money any longer.
