Super rude and unhappy person behind the counter, horrible .... stay away people!

It was pretty clean and as usual food quality at its best.. would recommend this place if you are looking into bit little meal.

Rubbish, on both sandwiches I didn’t get the toppings I asked for. Spent £25!!!!!! For this shocking

V stingy with salad and sauces. Basically could mainly taste bread

Didn’t get the cookies I ordered and the cookies that can we stale and cold

All the food was packaged badly and squished into a bag that was too small for all the food. They also sent me the wrong breakfast sandwich, I’m vegetarian and I ordered the vegetarian breakfast sandwich but they sent me the meat one.

the aandwich had no chicken tikka in it so i felt i paid for 2 salad baguettes so the guest would eat the wrong baguette very embarassing for me

Food is good; however, the service is horrible. It says it opens at 7 am, but it is never open at this time. No one wants to go out of their house and find the person is saying it will take more than half an hour. If that is the case, why are you open at this time? There is only one staff member, from what I have seen. Follow the right procedure; it’s a short Bengali man; he is very good. The rest of the staff need to learn from him. Absolute disgrace.

Cold food like it’s been heated up in microwave

Subway gave me the wrong order and just eat wont refund as apparnetly subway can put any filling inside and it doesnt have to match the order. I ordered steak mexicana. I got chicken. No cheeses or jalepeno as described. Incorrect sauces too.

Such a stingy little man an absolute disgrace and joke avoid going there. They put the blame on you and not admit their mistake I can’t believe this happened I’ve been going there for years. They’ll never see me again

I came last Thursday 22nd august in the evening around 8pm the guy made a lovely sandwich, I was really happy today at 7.40pm I went back and this time it was a different guy who could not even speak English properly as I told the guy what I would like in my sandwich he put less not a fair amount especially for the amount I’m paying for my footlong. I’m Really disappointed. With subway

The worst subway i have gone to. all the staff members are liars and they overcharged me today. I will never visit you again and subway should actually close down their branch. their literally a bunch of liars ruining the brand image. I might never visit any subway because of them

Really upsetting been ordering from you regularly with no problems, ordered the garlic cheese stack that is the signature series, it came just now and just had meat and bread that was it absolutely disappointing, have tried calling you several times aswell but can’t seem to get through this is upsetting as a regular customer.

Missed additional items requested. Wrap wasn't toasted. Didn't include cheese. Price is ridiculous for how small they make the wrap. The store is inconsistent. Some staff make things properly others don't care.

I don’t know how to tip my driver, but the delivery guy was super nice. The subway wasn’t the best some of the meat was burnt but it was alright!

sorry this was the wrong order i ordered 2 footlongs and received the wrong food

Food was fine. Wrap was very dry and not made well. There was alot of wrap that had no filling. Also they put the cold drink with the hot food so it makes the food cold. And also no napkins provided.

My item my sub did not turn up at all, yet still the driver put it down as delivered, absolute despicable customer service, just the worst, I am so hungry, thanks a lot please refund me immediately please

Ordered toasted didn’t come toasted

Fill up the dips more, as i ve currently received them, they are only filled up about 25%

Advertised as open but went in at 7:32am and the workers advised me to come back in 10 minutes :/

I never even received the food. Having to get a refund.

This is a great place to go to. The only thing is that they don't have trays to put your food and drink on to take to your table after you have ordered. It would be very helpful to bring back the trays, which would make life a lot easier for customers. Other places such as Burger King and McDonald's provide trays, so I feel that Subway should as well. Thank you.

Received the wrong order, wrong bread and wrong ham

The order was ordered 13:58 and it just arrived at 15:18 absolutely poor quality food everything is soggy and cold and disgusting

Food was cold despite being 5 minutes away. Asked if they can add sauce to my nachos as i usually do and they lied and said it would cost me extra.

Orders came the wrong way round also food was cold due to cold drinks put in same bag as hot food.

Really enjoyed the food the only thing was I ordered the cheese bites but did not get the dip but apart from that delicious!

Second time ordering from here and extremely disappointed. The driver prioritised somebody else’s delivery (or drove 15 minutes in the wrong direction which I doubt) so my food came extremely later and extremely cold.

Me and my wife enjoy sala bowl and we Love ❤️ subway. We normal visite twice week. It’s my first choice 👍to eat when I see 👀or any one ask to me what you 😄want to eat 🤪

The sub came back very soggy and runny It was barely holds me I’m going to as for a refund as it wasn’t if my expectations you are better of physically going to the shop and getting ur sub personally. The only good thing is that it came on time

I never write bad reviews, I've been in the hospitality industry for years I know how it goes. But this really got me. There was an Indian lady who was the rudest service employee I've ever came across. She was condensensing and rolled eyes whenever I asked a question. She even looked over at her colleague mockingly smirking when I asked for something that would cost extra. Terrible service.

not the drinks I asked for sent different flavour which we don't drink and no one called to check if this was ok.

The vendors here are always efficient and polite and the food quality is good. The space to eat and the decor/ambience is not great however.

No care had been taken on making the baguette, missing items, and squashed on arrival, sorry not impressed Subway :-(

Rubbish service,included a note to be called as doorbell doesn't work, driver left food outside, not knocked or called. Called subway to let them know, subway hung up phone saying they only cook food and don't deal with drivers! Just eat sort out your driver's to pay attention to notes included in delivery!

I ordered a footing, and 2 six inches, but they gave 3 six inches.

Subway is always favourite for me but this store is the best because of the nice staff, hygiene food & clean place.

Subs are okay. Sometimes forgets some items like the sauce. Worst is if you get it for delivery. They put the hot sub with the cold drink so the sub ends up cold. Very annoying.

The 6 inch chicken takeaway sub was very small. It was around 4.5 inches

The food was alright. I disliked the restaurant service. Rather than confronting me at my door, the delivery driver just leaves the food at my doorstep and immediately leaves. They should confirm who they are delivering to, in person, in case of wrong door number.
