Fast friendly and service for takeaway coffee on way to a meeting at NHS RFL

This place is not temp closed. Its been closed for about a year and nothing has changed at all, theyve just left it like that on the high street for no reason. Either fix the building or give it to someone else to fix your problem come on

Have to give it a 1 * only because it's been temporary closed for over a year ( maybe ) longer I have lost track. It's a shame as I came here before I got my coach to visit family or the local buses to see family and friends. Please do refurbishment and reopen

i went to have a nice coffee with gf and was.met by a pleasant guy on one side and a terribble girl on other side unpleasant rude and no customer service.disgysting service.dont use this place

Prices are really hight and staff could do better with a bit more of decent standards costumer services.

I loved this Costa. High quality standard. The staff was friendly and skilled. Internet works well and there are plenty of plug points. The space is well allocated so that you can study, work, read or simply enjoy conversation without disturbing. Add a coffee, a smoothie, and the oats, everything really good. Definitely recommended 👌

Costa has always been my favourite coffee shop.

Rude staff and even ruder patrons. Avoid this place. There are other Costa coffee shops (for better or worse).

Coffee is great. Everything else is much less appetising. Its a largish café but too gloomy and dark for me. Staff are fantastic.

This coffee shop is quote local to me and I go there about twice a week. It has a very nice ambience when you walk in there possibly because I don't frequent there in very crowded times. There is a variety of coffees and teas as well as bottled water and juices to choose from and also a small choice of pastries or sandwiches. Parking is very difficult in the area due to public parking but a number of bus routes are local to this coffee shop

Loved the coffee but it was quite noisy

Went to this restaurant and it was very clean and had a very good range of patisseries and the coffee was top notch.👍 The staff very friendly and welcoming.😀 Would definitely recommend having a coffee there and a piece of cake.

It shuts at 6 mon to fri and 5 on sat and sun so annoyed these should be updated

Friendly staff and spacious. The only downside was that the coffee wasn’t made very well - ordered a large latte and it tasted like I was drinking hot milk.

Frostino, I like the furniture, has a great selection of coffee, great frostinos, nice sandwiches and nice pastries. The toilets are clean and the staff are friendly. Cappuccino is nice but I really like the coconut latte. The only think I don't like is the name 'Costa' reminds me of Diego Costa and no one likes him.

Clean and comfortable interior. Staff members go the extra mile in insuring customers are satisfied. South Asian male Barista is exceptional in skills and makes the most delicious Americano and would highly recommend special bean OPS. It makes all the difference ☕

Service is good but coffee is awful, such a waste of coffee beans and no point to buy their new blend.

I got there at 20.00 and it was closed, as on Google it clearly say 20.30. Everything is online but Costa coffee management can't even update their closing time so disappointing.

Old HARD pastry, ...sandwiches left outside of the fridge. It was disgusting, we threw everything away. Not friendly at all. We wont be returning. I made a complaint, but nothing was done...left uncomfortable and hungry.

22/10 1240 I inquired about gift merchandise that were not on display and they were very helpful. Naturally friendly, attentive and proactive. The two baristas I met genuinely looked happy with their jobs which provided a positive reflection towards the company and customers. 31/10 Staff again all very helpful, and the male staff (manager I think) was keen at taking the initiative when I was looking for a specific product. 5***** for the staff here

Does what it says. They do have a problem with toilet facilities being used by non customers due to location, and keypad entry required. My fellow coffee drinker needed to use said facilities, but was rebuffed as she didn't have my receipt to prove she was a customer. Staff coped well to defuse potential "situation". A simple sign indicating that receipt needed for access would save stress...

Excellent customer service and coffee! I was just walking home after a very long day full of meetings and just wanted an average coffee. I spotted this Costa by the station and decided to give a go. I was greeted with an amazing smile and offered snacks by the woman at the counter (short, dark brown hair, green eyes... Couldn't read her name on the badge and wouldn't stare at it anyway. Sorry, I wish I could mention her since she made me get a loyalty card! I mean, literally a few minutes ago). Ended up asking for a recommendation but decided for a classic cappuccino, which was promptly prepared and served. The place is spotless and both women seem quite happy and prompt to help, even though just half an hour before closing down. Awesome! I will definitely drop by another time soon! ✌️🏻

The red haired girl is so rude, she would serve without smiling or even looking at customers! Every time she serves me I feel unwelcomed. I think she should be retrained again.

With dirty tables and inattentive staff this is the same story at most Costas I visit. It's become the Wetherspoons of the coffee world. Disappointing choice of drinks for people who are allergic to caffeine.

Good coffee and service, can be hard to get a table at times. Popular with laptop users having a takeout drink and hogging space.

Chai latte is not the same...using liquid instead of powder..tastes too sweet.

Very disappointed experience at costa coffe Golders Green and this is not the first time! I go there every day but i don't see any improvement! Went today at lunch time for a sandwich and a bottle of water. Get in I notice straight away how dirty was the place. Went at the till to pay my sandwich and one of the barista (her name is Cristina) was too busy chatting with an other customer instead say hello to me,then after 5 min been ignored an other customer came from the toilet and of course she knew her so she served her first! After an other 5 min of chatting with that lady they noticed my presence and finally she served me but very disinterested in fact I told her that I would eat my sandwich at the table and she gave me everything in a takeaway bag! As usually the table was dirty so I had to clean it first then eat...... I am not coming back to this place because the way they treated me today was unprofessional and awful. To the manager: Do you know as a manager you should improve your service and have trained people to serve your customers as we bring you money! Thank you

Usual Costa cafe. Furnishings and decor make it feel dark towards the back. Lots of floorspace to get around. Some quiet corners to work on the phone or laptop. Staff trying hard to please.

Nice big costa coffee with friendly staff and the usual selection of drinks and foods. There is ample seating available and it’s close to the train station to move on. Good place to meet prior to a meeting or to sit down and have a meeting.

When I get my cakes and falafel nearby I pop into this Costa branch and get a tea. At another branch I get the peppermint tea. Today was a sunny and hot day so I tried the sparkling water. It's different and quenches your thirst especially on a day like today. The staff are very good. The restroom clean and tidy. The water is just water but the ambience makes the water that more refreshing with its spacious and cosy arty walls and lighting. Really is different from other Costa branches.

Prices too high compaired with other brands. Cards with points do not cover/mask difference of prices and oblige card holdes to an extra work.

The worst service ever. Staff swearing while taking order infront of a kid. They are talking to each other for more than 5mins while people are queuing. Rudest staff!!!

I’m so disappointed!! This is not the first time that I had a bad service. The place is very noisy, staff pulling the chairs instead grabbing them nicely. I had to wait 5 minutes to get served, no staff at the bar chatting with their mates and ignoring customers. The staff are very rude, the bar is very dirty! Tables full with plates and cups. Who employs them and doesn’t provide a good training? Customers should be respected and not left behind.

More like a crèche than a coffee shop with unruly kids running riot, no chance of bacon roll either.

Polite staff. But I recieved funny looks when i asked for a bacon roll. If the kids were better behaved and less noisey, I'd happily return again!

My friend had soya milk cappucino. She said it was disgusting. There was no vegan hot chocolate. Nor vegan cake. So i had nothing. Kept my coat on the whole time so could have been warmer.
