the food i’ve tried has been good - the main issue is with the delivery. this is the second order in a row where items have been missing and/or replaced, the first time i contacted the shop they said they gave everything to the driver so there was nothing they could do and this time they gave me replacement items instead of contacting me to let me know they couldn’t fulfil my order. this is very disappointing as i was really excited to have my meal after an EXTREMELY long day at work and instead i’ve gone to bed hungry and upset, i won’t be ordering from this place again no matter how good the food is

I ordered rice and peas and oxtail The rice was hard and grainy Tasted old The oxtail was hard and inedible They’ve cut down their potions too I wasted money I won’t be back OH AND DON’T ORDER FROM THEIR LUNCHTIME CHICKEN MENU… THEY USE THE WORST PARTS OF THE CHICKEN AND THE RICE IS STALE. ISN’T WORTH £5 If you fancy a biscuit called patties, this is the place to go to. Their patties are a waste of money. They’re just awful

REGGAE SPICE Started with a unaccepted order as I ordered a lunch time meal but I never clearly stated that you couldn't order that meal on a Saturday. I had to call only to reorder and receive the following: I brought Oxtail & Rice today via Deliveroo only tp find it was NOT as advertised ~ You have pictured the OXTAIL and RICE in two different containers but when it is delivered the Rice and Meat are in one container not the featured two! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! AND NO BUTTER BEANS IN THE OXTAIL 👀🙄 WOW! Come we are Jamaican 🇯🇲 The festivals are always nice and the Oxtail meat flavours are good but you MUST add butter bean!!!!! Jerk Wings size disappointing, packaging disappointing... the tiniest wing potion I've ever had the displeasure of receiving NOT what I expected at all. JERK WINGS should be double the size, big and juicy, succulent and have full favour and be accompanied by sauce and in a container NOT in a paper bag (AND did I mention that they should be served with jerk sauce)! Reggae Spice you can do better for sure. Time to take action on the feedback you receive! ⭐️⭐️

I go to visit Reggae Spice Edgware weekly especially to purchase my large chicken soup x2....tastes absolutely DELICIOUS 😋. Curry Mutton and curry chicken, in separate containers rice n peas and green veg.. SUPHERB!!😋😋😋😋

Foods great but from ordering a few times now. I have gotten items missing. Also I believe you need to update the ordering on meals where it states Choose Two options. If you’re offering “rice & peas” and “hard food” then give both and price accordingly. If I’m only going to get one option then show those options and don’t allow me to choose again. Example I ordered today & chose Curry Goat meal & chose the option 1 to have “rice & Peas” & choice option 2 “hard food” only one came.

I got curry chicken, plain rice, and slaw. Chicken was so tender and comforting flavour, rice light, and fluffy. Brilliant home cooked food vibes with a yummy Ting(recommended by helpful staff) to wash it down. Thank you guys, looking forward to trying rice and peas next time .

The Marconi cheese didn’t taste fresh, tasted it as though was quickly reheated in a microwave. Plantains were dry and the worse I’ve tasted. Hardfood was missing from the order too. Won’t be reordering.

As always the food was delicious. Nice size portion. Really enjoyed the curried goat/rice n peas. The only gripe was they forgot to pack my grandaughters patty so she only had rice. Its been refunded but she was disappointed not to have it.

I do not recommend if you are diabetic. Oxtail and rice and peas extremely sweet, I get in our culture some tend to add brown sugar but this is on another level amd unnecessary. Food went in the bin 😒

Curry goat far too spicy, would be nice milder, should put either warning or give you a spice option, children will never eat it.

Working in Edgware and stopping in the premier inn locally. I ordered the Curried Goat meal with Rice and peas, with plantain and a saltfish patty along with a soursop and lime punch. It is by far the best carribean cuisine I’ve tasted in the UK and I have sampled a few with working up and down the country. I would put it on par to the food I’ve eaten in Jamaica last year. The food was that good I have ordered again tonight hoping for the same experience. Atmosphere in the shop is a vibe, customer service outstanding.

I just ordered from here on Uber eats, this is my first time trying Caribbean food and this place is fantastic!! I ordered the jerk lamb and brown stew chicken, both dishes came with a complimentary side, I chose rice and peas. Food was outstanding and will definitely order again. Won’t be going back to McDonald’s any time soon and would rather eat real food that’s made with love. Thank you guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ordered brown stew chicken and jerk chicken on justeat. The brown stew chicken looked and tasted like normally roasted chicken in gravy. The jerk chicken was ok. Price is decent given the portion sizes.

Food was abit behind but the shop kept me updated with calls and even added additional items to the order for service recovery. The food came piping hot, flavoursome and good portion sizes. My Grandad thoroughly enjoyed his meal for his 93rd birthday! Should I be in the area and need their services again, I absolutely would book again.

Oh dear! Thought I would try again after a poor order previously where the food was off - and the restaurant did not contact me. Today's order incorrect and the large curry chicken full of bone like you prepare for a dog. Borderline mushy rice. All so wrong and going in the bit! I should have cooked my own Sunday pot!
