I went lot of times golders green caffe nero there is two ladies Maria and Maryama they are always very kind and polite with the customers thanks for being kind. You are the best baristas in the store.

It was ok, reasonable coffee and seating areas.

The most dirty caffe Nero I've seen in UK. The lady in charge at the counter doesn't do anything about it. Too many homles people are sleeping there during the day.

Very good coffee, spacious seating area, the interior design isnt my cup of tea, the entrance doors are heavy and not very welcoming

Very nice shop front unfortunately very dated and unclean when inside. Wear and tear.staff in a hurry for you to leave shop and have very few people inside.Reasonable food selection for on the go. Fair selection of cakes and biscuits to have with drink. Very stuffy and almost sitting on top of each other.

Nice place overall but the barista have to improve their game. You ask for 2 warm flat whites, they give you the hottest coffe you can get. It's not difficult...

Small, bright and friendly. One of the only coffee chains that does decent cheesecake.

It's a very sad day when such a nice coffee shop turns into a refuge for homeless people and junkies taking up seats and sleeping

Next to caffè nero they opened a Starbucks. Cafe nero it's authentic, drinks and food taste good. Starbucks look just fancy shop, drinks taste fake like how they are made, milk and syrup and the food taste mostly cardboard.

I recently had a very poor customer experience in your Caffe Nero located at 23-25 Golders Green Road. Two staff. One female - very polite. Gentlman: mid 30's medium to large build with an American accent - very rude. Perspiring severely, which very unpleasant to look at. Added to which toilet facilities we out of order, and serving area looking in a dilapidated state. Very disappointed that one of your staff has no concept of how to treat customers. Will not be returning, and will seek coffee at an alternative location from now on.

I was in the shop between 13:30 -13:35.....The pastries has flies on them and the staff was still serving them to customers! Young lady with glasses was very pleasant and friendly, but her colleague with the FAKE! botox lips has no customer service skills and very abrupt with customers including myself. I suggest you hire staff you would require them to provide a Level of customer service otherwise it destroys you brand name. Definitely not returning again, thanks for the experience. (SARCASTICALY)

Can't eat most of the food as I'm gluten free. It always looks good though.

My go to Coffee store in Golders Green. 4 stars as it’s not always clean.

Rude north American male dismissively overlooked me and my partner when we were due to order. Knew we were waiting, then made a point of walking off when I flagged him and said "yes we are". This glorified coffee maker is one of the reasons your chain went from big to irrelevant. On the plus side the girl also working there is a pleasant girl and, noticing my response to his rudeness apologised for him. What a disgraceful attitude. Who does he think he is? Dump him before you lose even more custom.

On the 20th of February, today, around 9.30am, I came to get a coffee as usual. There was a customer who was really rude, she kept saying things about me, about her order, about everything ridiculous and the male barista, continued to be very polite to everyone despite her rudeness. I hope that lady (or anyone who’s like her) reads this comment, No one has to tolerate your rude behavior and your lack of self-discipline. In response to your inhumane actions, you will learn to be human by observing those who remain composed and continue to be polite. You always have a very polite and friendly team. But you were great today, thank you very much 🥂💐

Staff are extremely rude, tell people they don't care about serving, they laugh at people and smirk. It is the young Romanian woman who is the worst.

After yesterday, I think I was here for the last time. I've been drinking my coffee here for eight years. The little lady was extremely rude. Maybe less make up and more politeness would be better. Sorry Caffe Nero, but I can spend my money elsewhere.

Worst service. Really dismissive and unhelpful staff, who refused to give discount for student who provided them with student ID. Asked for sit in cups, also decided to ignore this request which tells me they’re too lazy to wash up. Arguing behind the counter… drinks weren’t right due to “missing” items

Careless customer service so lazy that I had my flat white with semi skinny milk (for flat white Cafe Nero uses WHOLE milk). Horrible experience….avoid!!!

Disgusting. Place is filled with homeless vagrants occupying the seats . There's an Indian vagrant lady who practically lives here. You'll find her on the large sofa every day. One day, there was another hobo napping on the chair with her. A black alcoholic druggie comes in daily to beg from the customers. It feels unsafe. Staff is so rude when asked to clean the tables. Nasty attitude for paying customers but refusal to remove street trash. This will soon be a homeless shelter. Won't come back.

3 min till the wc and my coffee was already removed from the table stilling money nothing else

Horrible customer service in this place!!! I didnt ask for the girls name at the counter but before i even spoke to her she addressed me with such hatred in her voice and rolling her eyes before i could even speak. She had a horrible attitude and she ignored me, turned her back to me as i was speaking to her and when i asked her why she had such a stinky attitude she proceeded to be rude and sarcastic. I gave her a piece of my mind so she definitely knows who she is and I ended up just walking out. im never going back there, plenty of coffee shops in golders green that dont have this issue.

Staff is very unprofessional and does not know how to serve at this branch. They are always goofing around themselves and giggling about what not. They barely have mugs and cutleries which are duly washed. Highly disappointed by cafe nero golders green branch.

the store very rarely has ice in stock for cold drinks. i don’t know if the staff is telling the truth anymore, as the cold drinks show in stock on click & collect. there’s also no warning about this on the door so it’s a wasted trip every time and you end up at sbucks down the road for a drink instead.

I know we are at the suburb of London and we should manage our expectations. However this is really the worst Nero I’ve ever been. It’s not the food quality I complain — as I am sure food is provided for each chain store; it’s the attitude of service. My cheese toast was not even warm. And when we asked for more catchup sachet to go with sausage bap it was almost positively denied! And empty cups and dirty trays were not removed for long time. In essence not very pleasant experience. Gosh I never imagined that I review a chain cafe like Nero.

This used to be a very good coffee shop unfortunately not now some of the staff have no manners no customer service skills especially young Somali girl .should not be working in a business that has customers she's very rude very loud coffee is not as good as it was very bitter taste something needs to be done it needs staff with customer handling skills not staff that are rude to customers

Service was bad. Free seats but dirty tables from previous customers. But okay just 2 workers so I can understand the struggle if it wasn’t for their rudeness. I asked for my 2 paninis to be well cooked. I received a slightly warm outside but not even melted ham and cheese panini. Place was dirty, service was bad. 12 pounds for this. “The real italian coffee”… I am italian, curious to know what “italian coffee” reference they used for the concept of this shameful chain.

I went there this morning with my daughters to get snacks and coffee. The 2 young lady that work there were making comments and were very rude. A somali girl and an brown girl.. they left my daughters drink on a side, without giving her.. she has disability and get anxious and nervous when people rais their voice, one of them told her to move on a side with aggressive voice.

I Took my father, who has dementia but is a very polite fellow for a coffee today. Treated with rudeness & disrespect by a female staff member. Disgusting. I had to explain to my Dad some folk have no manners or respect if they think they can get away with it. Standards are pretty low in that cafe Nero.

I used to like this store more. Recently, especially when ordering via Uber Eats, a lot of mistakes are made by baristas. Mostly it's the fact baristas don't actually read the orders properly. Either I get the wrong items or if I order 2 items I get just one of them. Also, often no syrup is added to the coffee I asked for. It's a shame since recently this is happening quite a lot. I can forgive it happening every once in a while, but this must be the exception to the rule and unfortunately.... It is not

Slow service, broken furnature, trash everywhere, untide

Wonderful and friendly staff. One of my favourite cafes to go to in the area. Yummy hot chocolate 🍫 and chai latte. The atmosphere is great, great place to read a book. Chairs are comfy however they look very old and damaged. The cleanliness is also not the best which is not the staff's fault as some parts of the furniture and toilets would require a deep clean. It's a shame as the place is very popular and it would benefit if Nero would invest a little more in this lovely branch.

It started raining, and I dived into this Cafe Nero. Okay, the pannini was overpriced and rather disappointing but that's normal. The Americano coffee, on the other hand, was just right and exactly what I needed. So, this is your go to place for coffee, but who needs food!

coffee was good，but service is bad！I had a free cake with a promo code in my email, but no QR code. I opened the mailbox and asked them to check, I said there is already a discount code? They say you must have a QR code. I said I didn't know where to find the QR code, and asked the staff to use the app on my phone to find it. They don't know either. The staff are not familiar with their company's app ！！Served without a smile, with a frown. It seems that I have come to cheat the cake. . Although I bought some drinks and food. . Don't send promo codes if the company is not welcoming to come and claim free food..! I think the staff needs to be retrained.

Nice place to have a cuppuccino and a slice of cake. The restaurant was clean and well lit and the staff were polite and made you feel welcome. The only criticism they charge too much for the little you get. Especially in these trying and hard times they should really re-Vamp there price structure.👎

If you like a quick visit to have coffee and a snack, then this is the place to visit. There is seating both I side and outside, and the varieties of teas coffees, and soft drinks are abundant. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the only downside is if you are coming there by car, then parking is very limited and not free of charge. The locality is quite busy, so it is better to travel by public transport and leave the car at home, due to parking spaces being taken very quickly

Any Caffe Nero is a delight to visit, warm and subdued lighting, comfy chairs and coffee as strong as rocket fuel just as I like it, the general ambience is relaxing and inviting, a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and food and chat with your companion in a convivial atmosphere, these are the coffee shops to savour rather than grab a quick drink, I always head to a Caffe Nero after one of my many more exhausting Day trips around the City of London, I like it's cosy warm relaxed setting where I can stretch my legs out and sip my black Americano coffee and reflect on the places I have visited and check the photos I have taken on my route march around the hidden places I frequently revisit in the city of London, a place always worth the long walks knowing that there is an Oasis of calm to rest in and enjoy a great coffee while I plan my next tour around another area of the square mile.

Coffee is just awful. Always very bitter and milk is burned. My oat milk flat white tasted like a bitter Americano. With Costa and Starbucks on the same street, could really up their game.

Nice place to sit in and have a coffee while surfing free WiFi, they have disabled access, child changing rooms available. The place is good for the travelling people and staff who are busy in the morning.
