Lady next to me was staring intently, and it was my parents anniversary we all went out to eat. As we looked up we were aware of the dust that was falling on us, my parents decided to leave and we canceled our order. The owner started belittling us and shouting "you should of thought of that before you came in and sat down the food is already getting made", the waiters began mumbling under their breath at us and rolling their eyes at us. It was a very embarrassing situation that could've been handled with care and dignity .

Vegetarian and kosher. Portions are huge and all the food is freshly prepared. The frozen yoghurt is why most children go as each dish can be customised. The salads are novel. Gets crowded at lunchtime.

Breakfast was great (especially enjoyed the vegan breakfast). All our dishes were very generous which we appreciated. Service could be improved - some of our orders arrived wrong, we were served food without cutlery and it was difficult to track down a server. However, will definitely still come back for the delicious food!

good kosher food spot. however it can get super busy & it took almost an hour to even get my food ordered & for it to arrival to my table. The food itself was meh, not the best. Also a super noisy environment.

Nicely cooked food. Cooked to order but just under £22 for fish chips and peas. Really? Was expecting £16-17. Service ok but the odd smile would be good. All polite but wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

The vibe at this establishment is so weird, they might as well put up a sign that says “Jewish only” at the door. I gave it a go a second time, and all it did was confirm that I shouldn’t have come back. The first time I came, the service was unfriendly, I felt very uncomfortable actually. They would take forever and a day to service me, but happily acknowledged and serviced other customers. I had a salmon burger last time, It was ok nothing amazing. The second time though, today, I had to walk out of the restaurant because it was just pitiful. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, all other customers after me were however. Took the server 100 years to bring a menu, did it for everybody else rather quickly though. Also took customers who arrived 10-15 minutes after me orders first. When I noticed this, I had enough and walked out. I am in disbelief, I have never ever experienced this before. The attitude is pathetic, this isn’t 1950. Golders green is a melting pot full of restaurants offering many cuisines, italian, korean, japanese, persian, greek, turkish all have been very friendly and inviting except this very one. Weird!! If the establishment isn’t going to be welcoming to people of other backgrounds who respectfully come to give their business some money, then they should just say that. That being said, I’ll refrain from being open and supporting such businesses and stick to the ones I know.

The food is delicious and always hits the spot, the Froyo is fab, and the service is excellent.

Soyo is the best restaurant for breakfast or brunch. The service is very good and so is the quality of the dishes. I highly recommend the Soyo Breakfast which includes delicious dips, egg of your choice, hot and cold drink. We will definitely come back again.

Great food, great atmosphere, waiters were polite but they automatically charge tips based on how much you spend and they don't remove that service charge. I personally didn't like that.

SOYO has a cool young waitress called Katy, shes so sweet & friendly & very accomodating. SOYO's vibe young and very child friendly, Menue is great! with lots of additional vegi, has fab salads options to choose from. All day soyo Breakfast Box with salads & 2 eggs anyway w great bread is really filling & reasonably priced.£16 it can be shared too!. The Smoothies and low cal Frozen Yoghurt w fruit are refreshing definately worth a try. A life customers Ella.F.

Called for 3 days, sometimes waiting on hold for 20 minutes. They never answer the phone. Never. Eventually had to go to the place to go in there to ask them for some information.

Let's start with the juice. Fresh juice. Mixed. Main course. Poached egg perfectly cooked. With smoked salmon. Yolk just right. Bread - three choices of bread. Dessert. I had the cheesecake. Different from everywhere else. The shape, circular. Served with fresh fruit. Drawbacks? The decor is unexciting. This is a milk kosher restaurant so no meat. For meat, however, there is a separate restaurant next door. The toilet is up - and later down, a flight of steep stairs. I loved the food.

This is a kosher fish and vegetarian restaurant. Our group of five ordered five very different meals all of which were excellent. My grilled fish was soft and succulent. There were also a variety of salads. Busy and crowded but very efficient service. We'll go back again.

A large group of us went for dinner a few weeks ago. The food was okay but nothing special. Our lovely waitress informed me that the staff don't receive any of the service charge and it's stolen by the greedy owners. Ask to have the service charge removed and leave a top in cash.

Manager went out of her way to find us a table.. Considering it was pre book day.. Food arrived quickly and was delicious...

The food is exotic, fresh and 100% kosher. Coming from France and spending most of my time in the Jewish district, I was nicely surprised by the quality of the food. Everything was tasty and quite original.

Their mushroom soup was the best I've ever tasted. They make great sandwiches at very reasonable prices. I also recommend their vegetable lasagna. A must go to when in London

I have been there last saturday night with somw friends. Restaurant was very busy but my food came after 6 minute only. Service was fantastic. I had messy hot chocolate and it was heaven for me. Can't wait to go back there.

Went with my niece for a light lunch the portions be warned are rather large. Good news they do doggy bags. Great choice but be careful if you make your own salad can work out quite expensive. Looking forward to returning

One of my favourite healthy restaurants .Vibrant and with a large selection of salads and other delicious meals .I had a delicious Seared tuna with asparagus almonds and gnocchi With a Fresh carrot and beetroot juice .The food was freshly made tasted and reasonable .

Large salads are delicious. No small portions. Food is also very healthy. Service was great. Downside is it is too noisy for me.

I had the salmon polenta. First class. I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it. Soyo are the only kosher restaurant that offers polenta. The halumi salad is so delicious. A good experience guaranteed.

Llegamos para nuestra reserva a las 11: 00 am cinco minutos antes y nos acomodaron rápidamente. El servicio descendió de allí a un abismo que nunca antes había experimentado. Después de aproximadamente 25 minutos, un servidor vino a tomar nuestro pedido. Pedimos el desayuno estándar y los capuchinos y el jugo de naranja llegaron unos diez minutos más tarde. Tomó más de una hora y algunos recordatorios más tarde para que llegara la comida. Durante el tiempo que tardó en llegar nuestra comida, otras mesas habían girado. Al final de la comida, solicitamos que se eliminara el cargo por servicio discrecional. El servidor (un compañero que tenía un parecido sorprendente con Fee Waybill of the Tubes) cuestionó nuestra decisión diciendo que "está ocupado los domingos". Es cierto que otro servidor se disculpó antes de traer nuestra comida. Sin embargo, el servicio está muy por debajo del estándar de cualquier restaurante en el que he estado. La gerencia de Soyo debe sentirse avergonzada por este nivel de servicio. En Canadá, el propietario habría compilado la comida o al menos nos dio un café en la casa. En Soyo, tenemos una excusa tonta. La comida estaba bien, pero ciertamente no vale la pena esperar.

Bueno, la última vez que estuve aquí con un amigo mío hace unos meses para almorzar y el queso y el sándwich tostado era normal y el café estaba amargo y frío. Regresé ayer con la madre de dicho amigo que también es amiga y la camarera rumana no hablaba mucho inglés y mi amiga no podía entenderla. No tuve ningún problema en comprenderla. Pedimos sopa de lentejas, pan de granero y una jarra de agua, la sopa estaba tibia y no recién hecha, más bien sabía que estaba fuera de un paquete, la jarra de agua estaba absolutamente sucia y nos quedamos horrorizados. La camarera luego trajo la cuenta y le pregunté por qué no nos preguntó antes de prepararla si quería una bebida porque quería una bebida caliente y luego fue a buscar otra camarera que vino y nos preguntó si queríamos algo y le dije: un café y mi amigo dijo un chocolate y yo dije que en lugar de café también me tomaría un chocolate caliente. Unos diez minutos después, no tomamos ninguna copa, así que le pregunté a la camarera qué había pasado y ella se disculpó y dijo que un tipo que supuse que era nuevo. Cuando lo trajeron y la camarera se fue, pensé que era extraño que estuviera en un vaso, sin embargo, lo recogí, tomé un sorbo y hacía frío, le dije a mi amiga que hacía frío y ella dijo que había pedido un chocolate frío nunca supe que existía, sin embargo, claramente había pedido un chocolate caliente, ¡el chocolate tenía un sabor a chocolate asqueroso en polvo agregado a la leche fría! I went with my friends to soyo and the hygiene was DISGUSTING. There was dirt on the walls and the toilets were awful . Also ,in the toilets there was no soap! On the positive side , the food came very quickly and it was delicious. I had mushroom soup ,which I would definitely recommend .

There was a nice selection of food on the menu for a family, and the food was pretty good. The dessert selection is wonderful!

Their menu is packed with yummy-sounding stuff. The sea bass I ordered wasn't particularly "special" but it was tasty. The chocolate souffle was fantastic!

The food in Soyo is overrated. Much of it is not cooked properly, for example the crepes are almost raw. They should be crispy and golden but the dough is practically uncooked. I wouldn't say all of the menu options are bad per se, but none of it is remarkable. The atmosphere is noisy, unnecessarily loud music playing. It's ok for a very informal meal I suppose, but nothing else as the ambience is just much too casual and noisy.

The food was good but to much prices are insane and a huge rip off who pays £15 for noodles ????????? Staff very pushy and I felt uncomfortable ! Would not recommend you have to pay a heavy tip aswell !!

Food was tasty but expensive Medium sized portions. However staff hovered over us making us feel uncomfortable.
