Guys I’ve see all the feedback above, that not really good for all of this people talking about the manager like being rude or not giving good customer service. That’s true not good customer service, it’s extremely excellent!!! Please start being nice with people Thank you all

I am having coffe here few times a week at lunch time with my friend and we notice that the manager Emma is not very friendly with the customers, she looks like bored and barely smiling, also she is very rude with her staff, i heard her and saw her many times shouting at the staff and not only that but shouting in front of customers, wich is not very nice , this is not a way to treat the staff and people in general , i don t even want to think how she shout when there are not customers around. This is not a way for a manager to act with the staff , i felt very bad for her staff, we need to be kind with each other , it doesn t mean if we are the manager or not. This should be investigated with HR .

I visit this shop and I must say that Emma the manager is a very rude person. The way she treated her stuff is not a professional way at all. I don't understand how she can shout with her staff in front of costumer. That is not the right way to approach staff if they do any kind of mistake. I think this should be looked very carefully because if she does it in front of costumers like that I can't imagine how it is wen she is alone with them. She is the face of the company and I must say that it is not a place that a fell comfortable.

A nice Costa, much better than other fairly nearby ones for spaciousness. And parking is available on Vancouver Rd after 3pm on weekdays and any time on Sundays.

I must say this is my favourite costa I come here every day to get my coffee and the staff never disappoints always welcoming and the drinks are spot on! Thank you girls for the pride you put into making my drink every day🥳🥳🥳

I went to this Costa in Burnt oak in the morning to get some breakfast, I bought 2 all day breakfast wraps and Hot chocolate with Hazelnut syrup for £16+. The wraps were warm on the outside and cold on the inside, the hot chocolate had so much syrup that I could drink it and had to throw it away. I think I just got conned and ripped off... Very disappointed with this, wasted money 😞. I will not be going back to Costa for sure.

I visited your Costa on the A28 on outskirts of Canterbury today. I chose 2 toasties and went to order 2 coffees and 2 cakes. I stood at counter and watched and listened to what was a very unprofessional man who was obviously the manager or acting manager [not an a lister for sure] pouring milk into jugs while a woman co worker relayed him a message as she was on phone possibly from another branch of Costa. He was very abrupt and dismissive to her and who ever was on phone. While this 5 minute call was taking place at no stage did either of them actually make eye contact or say "We will be with you shortly" I decided that I would not wait any longer and left the toasties on the counter and headed towards the door expecting one of them to atleast give me an apologetic look or a sorry even if they did it without pronouncing it. I then said " Excuse me" The man looked up I said "Your service was very poor" He said " I am making the coffee's and she is on phone to another shop" I turned to the door and went out. I would not mind but there was no one else waiting. The company I work for purchase around £2000 in Costa vouchers a month in Swale area. As I give them out to members of staff on a daily basis. As I am an area manager. But I am tempted to advise them to find a different franchise to get vouchers from. I am so shocked by the managers stance on keeping customers waiting. I could not even make him feel even a little awkward. I have never complained like this before but I feel I need to on this occasion. All of your staff at other establishments have gone beyond there job descriptions and are exemplary. Keep up the good work Martin

Good coffee, medium size is huge, no extra cost for soy milk, but the wifi doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like they have done anything about it for a long time judging by other reviews. Unfortunate because they advertise wifi and that’s the only reason I came here in the first place.

Costa in Burnt Oak is spacious and always busy and lively. Nice staff, a good selection of food and big, bright windows

Larger than average Costa with plenty of seating, WiFi and the usual Costa fayre.

Nice atmosphere and was a good place to stop and wait for my car to be repaired at Magic Auto repair by Burnt Oak station.

Best if you have no other option

The other acting manager who serves on Tuesday is brilliant, I hope the company promotes The cafe manager, could customer service skills. I have witnessed her shouting and arguing at customers. It is so uncivilised.

I was today at Costa coffee Edgware Broadwalk ,the staff there they're very professional and polite, except one of their staff that she is very rude and disrespectful ,with most of the clients and she is black pony tail longhair ,I think she is Romanian national,I hope the management will take action against their staff 😞

The coffee that I ordered doesn't taste nice when asked to change it was refused. Bad customer service and very reluctant to understand from customer requirements. Someone need to look into this matter. This is at Burnt Oak costa coffee staff has an attitude and doesn't care about customers.

I left the store disappointed because I ordered a Terry's Orange® Hot Chocolate and the employee made a normal hot chocolate with another topping and when I asked if it was what I ordered she said they were all the same. If they were all the same, the company wouldn't launch them, I always go to Costa cafe stores and I may not know how to make the drinks, but there really is a difference in flavor, the employee didn't even add the correct topping. A very negative point for the company because I am always in the Burnt Oak region and I probably won't return to this store again.

I ordered a coffee today. I was the first in line and I was the last to be served. After I asked if the coffee was ready, seeing that the staff was serving those behind me. I asked if the coffee was ready and I received the worst coffee I've ever had drink one and at the end the lady looks at me in disgust.

Not my favourite Costa as they tend to either make the coffee wayyyyy to hot or to cold never spot on like other branches. But never the less the coffee avaliable is top notch. Food rated 1 star as like all costs...... it costa feking bomb for a little sliver not a slice of anything and it's not worth the price. But this place is well maintained and staff are friendly.

Always had a friendly experience with staff throughout covid and every time we came here. It's an amazing place to chill out and escape from the busy bustle of London. With two large windowed sides it's also a great place for people watching to pass the time 😁👀

I reslly like the cozy ambience in Costa matching the drizzle weather outside. I'm late for work and underground line got suspended due to fire. Need to change my route to a long way. From 30mins to 90mins via bus. Needed some comfort food to lessen the stress level. I already went in wenzels but didnt buy anything. I remember this costa branch near my bus stop and popped in quick. Ordered cortado and jammy shortbread whilst waiting for my bus.

Stuff manager wants to argue and are very rude telling me to go somewhere else over free drinks built up on my app they don’t want to honour it , as they are franchises . The boss allows this behaviour to carry on I spend over annual £2419. For 3 years this is what I get. Already I had arguments because I asked why prices have increased. Manager and staff are not behaving in a costa environment very aggressive and always wanting to argue and management arguing back not diffusing making staff feel as they can do it too is what I Experienced today . I suggest you don’t visit here and ask questions. Or you will experience negative experience .

Parking is an issue and it can get very busy at times.

Bad service. The girl European manager got no manners. And the way she talk to a certain customer special Asians are rude. Feels like she's always above to them. I was suprise that Costa a big company will hire people like that ..

Oat milk was missing and other vegetables milk options as well, as least when I went to visit the shop Staff was great but cleaning could be MUCH more improved and the kind of people using the space could also be improved, specially if they're not costumers

Bought a strawberry frappe and I'll say though it tasted good, the cashier was rushing me to order. Although I find these shops confusing with all the different milks and prices and such so when asking questions she wasn't very accommodating. The vibe was abit off, everyone staring at you when you walk inside like its a private cafe lounge. The young lady who made my drink made it well🤩🤩. I wouldn't really use this Costa unless I had to. I prefer starbucks anyway.

Asked for a medium cappuccino for take out so i asked the polish lady how long it might take you to make a coffee and she gets all angry yelling because she dont know how long it takes to make a coffee 😹 poor understanding of english, rude no clue about customer service. Shame

As someone who worked for 3 years as a barista I can say this coffee shop really dissapointed me.The blonde girl was rude for no reason. I know how hard is to work in customer service that’s why everywhere I go I will be extra nice and respect everyone but this girl was rude and angry with everything. Drinks? Very bad made.

Long awaited but worthy review: I will be stating both employee and customer perspective; The manager of this branch is a really horrible person to work with. She does not direct the staff, she scolds them and taunts them. This is the most disgraceful and illiterate way to manage the staff. Everyone would feel disrespected, some wont be confident in their training, and the rest would be following such horrible Footsteps with their colleagues. Everybody their uses the same ordering tone with the newcomers. The manager even does favoritism and ignores the trainees and keep them for cleaning most of the time. The one barista has already left cleaning the toilets which every barista is supposed to do. She orders the new joiners to do so with the same tone of manager, being her favorite. With this injistice, high level of poor management can be observed in this branch. With the pressure of memorizing and doing things right, oftentimes there are mistakes even in simple orders. Hence, There is a very high turnover of staff in this branch. She has the audacity to invite people for interview and reject them on the basis of already shared details over the phone interview. Staff cannot take their own initiative to perform a good customer service. She eats everything without buying, which is the rule for every employee, and expects the staff to buy. On the other hand, staff and customer both are shouted on. The manager is so proudy that she even scolds the customer when managing them. Customers laugh at her. Imagine the brand image which Costa is gaining. I have noted alot of customers who have stopped to come here with only a few loyal customers to see. She laughs on the face and disrespects both; employees and the customers. People passing by arent allowed to use the toilets, where every branch of costa has never stopped anyone to do so. So this store suffers from poor management, most of the staff a pretty decent but management is often inflexible when making drinks that any other Costa would not bat an eyelid to make. The way they speak to you is very abrupt and way off being close friendly.

Too many people sitting in the best seats for hours, with an empty cup, using the internet on their laptops, and what do the staff do? NOTHING

Yesterday I was served by a trainee barista on the till who couldn't understand that I need just normal Latte with no caramel ( I repited a few times, but no luck) Besides, she didn't ask if I want to use my rewards to pay before putting it through. I talked to a working barista on site ( her name is Emanuella if I remember it right) but she also did the service quite fair. Had to ask for sweets with the festive coffee twice as she wasn't planning to give it with the coffee. Very unsatisfied with the service. But the coffee itself was tasty.

The crew is very cooperative and helped us out to prepare the drinks without sugar considering doctor guidelines. Loved it !
