Me and my husband are regular costumers in this restaurant since 2021. We loved this restaurant and the variety of options available. Indeed I have previously reviewed this restaurant with 5 stars. We decided on the 04/08 to buy a takeaway lamb meal to eat after a 12 hour shift and it was my first proper meal of the day. We ate it as soon as we arrived home. The next morning we started having terrible stomach cramps and the most horrible diarrhoea in our lives. Thankfully we are nurses and we managed to deal with the complication without going to hospital. We are sorry to say this but after this nightmare we wont be visiting this place again.

I visited Bella in Burnt Oak today with the intention of enjoying some dessert. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a slice of chocolate cake and a cream cake, but neither was labeled, so I am unsure of their exact names. Both cakes tasted as if they had been sitting out for quite some time. The texture was unpleasantly soggy, almost as if water had seeped into them, and they had a sour taste that was very off-putting. This made for a very nasty dining experience, and I could not finish my food. I reported this issue to the staff, but they insisted that the cakes were fine. Given my experience today, I find that hard to believe. I left my food there and walked out very dissatisfied. Overall, my visit to Bella was highly disappointing, and I do not plan on returning. The quality of the desserts needs significant improvement. Update: **This is to respond to the Owner’s Response ** Thank you for your response. However, I must express my disappointment with both the quality of the desserts and the dismissive nature of your reply. I understand that the desserts are not made in-house, but as a customer, I expect the food served at your establishment to meet a certain standard, regardless of its source. Your response suggests that my feedback is unreasonable, which is quite disheartening. The cakes I received were stale and had a sour taste, which is not acceptable. Moreover, when I tried to address this issue with your staff, I faced significant communication barriers due to their poor English skills. Customer feedback should be taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve. Instead, your reply came across as defensive and dismissive. I had hoped for a more professional and constructive response. I appreciate your suggestion to try the homemade "papanasi," but given this experience, I am reluctant to return. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to enhance the quality and customer service at your restaurant.

Lovely, first time but not the last for sure.

I went there yesterday with my family we went in to grab a quick snack and picked papanaș not only we got to wait long to arrive they also got out order wrong as we were not happy about that the lady was acting shocked when we clearly told her what we want we didn’t argue about it we jus got it as we had no choice and rather take it then wait again long to give us the correct order. We didn’t like the taste it wasn’t good it was raw with no flavour make me sick I couldn’t eat it neither the other people with me it was DISGUSTING!!.All of us were not happy as this is not the first time I go there to eat and it’s been the same last time too.I also complained about it to the lady of how it’s not good and non of us enjoy it all she said is sorry. Do not recommend at all! Not worth your money!

The food is exceptionally good, tasty and freshly cooked daily and the price is really unexpectedly low. I warmly recommend it to everyone. The location is near the Burntoak tube station where is a car park very cheap like £2.60 for the whole day plus all weekends, bank holidays and after 17:30 is free. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming, clean and newly refurbished. ✌️ All in one at a high standard.

I can say that it is the best Romanian food in the area!! The best soups just like at home in Romania. The ladies in the kitchen are a 10+! Excellent Very crowded and generous portions of food Totally recommend

If you’re constipated, get a “ciorba de burta”( no taste, texture similar to dirty water) and”tochitura cu cartofi la cuptor”( tasty but get a private toilet for the next 2 days). 🤢🤮

The stupidest and most disgusting little things I have ever tasted. Asking the ladies if they were good and fresh because they were already made without hesitation Yes how could they not.. disappointingly, they didn't even taste like small ones with a rubbery crust. I threw them in the trash. I do not recommend.

The only belly soup that I could not eat a very strange smell and taste! And when the bathroom door was opened, a smell left much to be desired throughout the restaurant! 😥

Salmon with Mămăliguță and fresh garlic, one of the best ever eaten out, and Papanas Cheese doughnuts with fresh cream and forest fruits are one of the rarest delicious recipes!Recommended! To fully understand, you need to try out this delicious dish🙂

the papanasi dessert quality was poor and the sauce was all over the bag as it leaked from the pot. we couldn't eat it because it was all dry and hard.

Iubesc mâncarea de la voi și nu m-ați dezamăgit niciodată . Doar de data asta . Tocmai ce am primit livrarea cu ciorba de fasole . Pe bune ? 3 boabe de fasole am în ciorbă . Am făcut o filmare să v-o arăt când trec pe la restaurant ca să vedeți ca nu exagerez . Anyway lovely food . Și asta nu o să mă facă să nu mai comand de la voi doar ca o să evit ciorba de fasole ca e fără fasole 😂

Food can be good. But sadly it's still being served on paper plates with plastic knives n forks. It has the feel of a prison cafe. The service is appalling. When I ordered Hot chocolate * Hot * it was served warm in a paper cup. My friend asked about cakes, the rude chef responded. " It's cake,". Then in extra grumpy rude voice, told us to stop complaining and leave. I wonder if the owner knows the chef is throwing customers out as the grumpy rude chef can't be bothered to do his job properly. The place has so much potential. But with nasty chef & paper plates n cups it has the feel of a prison cafe. No wonder it's nearly always empty. Save your money & go to Garamund Romanian cafe in Burnt Oak. It's usually packed & the soup is amazing plus you can eat like adults with proper utensils and plates.

Am cumparat ieri impreuna cu colegii de la munca , eu am avut sos alb de ciuperci cu pui si piure, doar asta am mancat toata ziua, azi noapte am ajuns la spital!!!!! Uitați in ce situație am ajuns sa mergem la spital si ce spun doctorii ca au folosit in mancare va cruciți, Ne fermentează stomacul! Dureri groaznice de stomac, voma,diaree si sângerări!!!!! Nu este prima data cand ni se întâmpla asta !!!!

Am avut probleme cu burta 3 zile dupa ce am mancat.

Mancarea a fost asa si asa. Ciorba cam apa chioara, sarmalele ok, mamaliga ft moale. Muzica a fost ok. Din pacate dupa o ora mi s-a facut iar foame, deci mancarea nu este consistenta deloc. Nici nu se compara cu McDonalds sau KFC unde nu mai trebuie sa mananc 4-5 ore. Dezamagitor Bella!!!!

Buna ziua , pentru tipul acesta de restaurant merita 4 stele , mancarea este ok , daca ati vrea sa primiti 5 stele ar trebui sa va axati putin pe costumer service , lasa putin de dorit . Este curat si spatios . Si nu am cum sa nu zic nimic legat de raspunsurile dumneavoastra la alte pareri ale altor persoane , ar trebui sa va scoateti din vocabular expresia “asa sunt romanii “ pentru ca nu trebuie sa fii roman sa iti lasi o parere (pozitiva sau negativa ) despre un anumit lucru , va inteleg ca va doriti sa va aparati afacerea insa o puteti face cu putin mai mult profesionalism .(si sa stiti ca si KFC si MC fac mancare buna ) .

Atât aspectul, cât și gustul preparatelor ne face sa revinim la Bella de fiecare data! Preparatele din peste, carne, ciorbitele, sărmăluțele și papanașii sunt excepționale, cu gustul de acasă!

Mâncare de nota 10, proaspătă, cu gust si de un aspect întotdeauna îmbietor! Iar angajatii restaurantului sunt mereu amabili si prietenoși! Recomand !

Cei mai dezgustatori mici posibili , uleiosi carne veche cu mirosul respingator . La gunoi au ajuns instant . Nu stiu cum cineva ar putea manca asa ceva vreodata!!! A fost prima si ultima comanda facuta!

Was walking by the restaurant in burnt oak and two of the staff was sitting outside and calling out raical slurs at me while laughing and making “Mooo” sounds this restaurant is absolutely racist disgusting I had a look at the reviews on Google and this is not the first time this has happened before they have a history of treating people of the public bad.

Firstly you saying that I’m “wrong and giving out false accusation” you’re completely dismissing the whole situation I was literally walking by past your restaurant in burnt oak minding my own business and two of your employees two Eastern European, outside ( one female smoking a cigarette and she had an apron on aswell so don’t even lie and say she’s not a member of staff at the “Bella “ restaurant ) and next to her was a grown man calling me all sort of names while the lady sat there giggling , laughing and making these smirks looks I looked back and they were both sitting and watching and talking and making these racial slurs about me OUTSIDE the Bella restaurant. clearly there your employee why would I waste my time and come on here and make lies? Your staff are disgusting and disrespectful and awfully rude . And the fact you’re the “owner “ of this company restaurants and you’re not even knowledge the victim side is absolutely astonishing and I’m very shocked and embarrassed for you this all happened on Tuesday 8th august 2023 you can get the police involved if you want to because I have nothing to hide.

The chips not cooked properly and the chicken come with condiments very spicy that I did not ask for ! Every time I ordering, it's always different. Sometimes you don't want anything at all the times you add condiments, why ???

Am fost la local sa luam o ciorba de burta la pachet și Menționez ca suntem clienți fideli ai restaurantului. Nu știu cum domnul care a servit-o pe prietena mea de la ciorba de burta a ajuns sa ne servească ciorba rădăuțeană plătind prețul de £7 pentru fiecare. Am sunat la restaurant cu intenția sa găsesc o soluție pentru ca o ciorba rămăsese neatinsa și chiar voiam sa mănânc o ciorba de burta. Domnul care a răspuns la telefon a insistat într-una ca domnișoara a cerut ciorba radauteana și nici decum ciorba de burta. Cu atitudinea asta nu chiar nu îmi mai vine sa revin. Precizez ca acesta plângere este strict pentru persoana care nea servit și răspuns la telefon și nici de cum pentru restul personalului care ne-a servit mereu excelent. Seara frumoasa - In răspuns mesajului dumneavoastră Va mulțumesc frumos pentru masa gratuită dar nu este necesar. O sa revenim in continuare. Seara buna

My 3 year old daughter, her siblings and I went in for a quick snack. Whilst looking for what we wanted she needed to use the toilet. The manager came out very aggressive and abrupt and said we had to buy something first only paying customers could use toilet and that it wasn’t a public toilet. I was very disappointed that he rejected a 3 year old who Ofcourse could not hold herself. She ended up wetting herself. Very disgraceful. We did not end up ordering nothing there we went next door to subway.

I popped in to get my kids and I a quick snack but my 3 year old needed to use the wc as we were looking at what to get, the manager insisted we had to buy the snacks first before she could use the toilet. I was very taken aback and disappointed as the kids were busy choosing their snack so we were definitely buying. His tone was also very aggressive. My daughter ended up wetting herself which spoiled our day entirely. Customer service was extremely poor and very non empathetic as it was a little toddler who could not hold herself and desperately needed the toilet.

I recived wrong order (am primit comanda greșită) I ordered “mici cu paine si mistar x5 and cartofi prajiti” and it came “fasole cu afumatura porc “ (Am comandat mici cu paine si mistar x 5 si o portie de cartofi prajiti si am primit fasole cu afumatura porc).

Am comandat tochitura cu mămăligă carnea tare și învechită Cred ca e de vreo săptămână am făcut poze păcat ca nu se poate atașa poze asta nu i prima data am mai comandat și tot la fel mancare de 2 lei nici câinele nu mănâncă carnea asta cea mai proasta alegere mai bune sunt conservele de fasole Bani mulți și calitate jalnica bătaie de joc plus ca am plătit aproape 25 lire o porție tochitura și sarmale fără smântână reci orezul tare ,,,

3 stars max - why? Price & food guality - one star down. Value for money does not exist. Super greasy chicken legs not to mention the fatty potatoes. Food hygiene / handling another star down. Atmosphere & deco good. Location convenient - only short walk from tube station. Service backdated - min 4 dacades. Plenty seats is a plus. Would I give another go in a near future? I very much doubt I would.

Am comandat papanași și pe lângă, că au fost foarte scumpi,au fost foarte tari. Mă doare stomacul foarte tare. A fost ingrozitor. E ultima dată când mai apelez la voi. Am mai mancat la voi în restaurant și la fel m-a durut foarte tare stomacul. Și sunteți foarte scumpi. Să vă fie rușine!

Cea mai proasta mancare pe care am mancat-o vreodata, ciulamaua era apa chioara si un gust oribil. Poate schimbati bucatarul ca e jaleee, micii la fel, nefacuti ...intr-un cuvant ORIBIL

Prima comanda și total dezamăgită. Mici nefacuti cu gust și miros oribil ,cartofi prăjiți cruzi, cârnați de cea mai proasta calitate , clătite cu afine,dar aveau gust de usturoi. Clar o experienta neplăcută și nu voi mai comanda . Pe lângă faptul ca totul este foarte scump calitatea mâncării este foarte slaba.
