Ikram Ocakbasi in Barnet

Closed, this place used to be really good but hasn't been open for a couple of weeks, you can see through the window all the tables are set and the post piled up on the floor. No note on the window to explain, shame.

Este restaurante parece haber cerrado, ya que no se ha abierto sus puertas para dos o tres semanas. Las instalaciones y accesorios parecen estar intacto y las mesas están dispuestas con cubiertos, pero no hay ningún aviso que declare que el cierre es temporal. Se rumorea que es localmente las premisas son para reabrir como un restaurante italiano.

We visited this restaurant often as it is close by. The food is wonderful, I adore their lentil soup & hot mixed meze & their sucuk is fantastic. The staff are always helpful

Generous portions of well cooked, flavoursome food. The salad is always attractively presented and is not just an afterthought. The staff are friendly and both food and drink are good value. A great venue for a quiet family meal.

Algunas buenas parrillas turcos en la zona y este hasta allí con ellos. Theyve cambiaron la zona por las parrillas abiertos en la cocina de la zona lo que resta el concepto ocakbasi. El restaurante es pequeño y fuerte como pero la comida, pero está muy bien. Precio razonable

Este fue el lugar ideal para introducir un pariente de cocina turca. optando por el menú de Meze, no nos decepcionó y de hecho casi tentado a pedir para llevar como abundancia fina selección. Este restaurante es acogedor y aunque excepcionalmente ocupado esa noche exigen, nunca nos sentimos abandonado. Como siempre, vino agradable para rondas de selección de casa fuera de la comida. Si tuviera que cambiar una cosa sería la selección de postres - no disfrutar de todos modos, ya que es de modo de conveniencia, que para mí es desagradable. Mi huésped disfrutara experiencia y todo a precio moderado para futuras visitas determinados

Ikram Ocakbasi is a very good small Turkish restaurant in Mill Hill. It really does get better each time we come.

Este es un restaurante funcional con un servicio amable y comida a un precio razonable. Buen lugar para comer cuando en esta zona o temprano en la noche después de un día de trabajo. Por dentro es bastante soso y plaza. tenía la chargrill dentro del restaurante hasta hace poco pero sospecho que fue eliminado para ganar más zona de asientos. El menú contiene las típicas cosas y he encontrado esto adecuado. perfectamente agradable lugar y personal.

Recommended to try frequented its neighbour who never failed to satisfy but do like a change , easy to compare as both Turkish style and menus same almost ...taste though did differ unfortunately ...not up to same quality as its neighbour Leyla..Sea-Bass one of my favourite dishes but not happy when cooked dry all moist taken out and over salted vegetables fortunately salad also served.

Reservamos better Ikram Ocakbusi para mi 60° almuerzo familiar de cumpleaños en un domingo en febrero para 32 personas, habiendo comido aquí en pequeños grupos en unas cuantas ocasiones. no nos defraudó. El comedor era fácil con una larga mesa. Pedimos el menú fijo de £17,95 por persona para ser servido. Para comenzar, que sirve entrantes meze fríos, seguido de entrantes meze fríos, seguido de morralla y calamares. Luego el plato principal, una carne fest mezclados chuletas de cordero a la parrilla, cordero y pollo kebabs, alitas de pollo y kofte, salmón ahumado o vegetariano opción estaba disponible, con un montón de variadas ensaladas y patatas fritas si lo solicita. With all the competition in this part of North London, it is hard to find a Turkish restaurant that stands out as special. I think we may now be close. Our first visit was on a cold, wet Sunday evening. There was only one table occupied and we were a little dubious but we needn't have been. There was a warm welcome and the pleasant uncluttered surroundings were nice. Tables were not on top of each other and there was, unusually, room to move. The food was tasty and well prepared in generous portions. Next time we'll order one starter between two of us. We noticed that there were many take-away customers, so, obviously, the locals appreciate this place. They deserve to do well.

I would recommend this place, with a good choice of food from the a la carte menu as well as the lunch menu which is under £8. Standard Turkish food, not the best I've ever had but decent food for a decent price.

This is one of two Turkish cuisine restaurants nearby. Here the restaurant has improved greatly since another brand ownership of about year ago. The place gleams with cleanliness and the waiting staff are pleasant and welcoming. First few visits I went with Meze selection but now enjoy exploring the menu. So far never disappointed, even appreciated the steak, so this is becoming a firm favourite. Although often a sole diner, I notice they were competent in serving a large family based group, so I will feel comfortable bringing my friends with me too.

I've been here a few times when visiting Mill Hill. The lunch menu is really good value. Two courses for 7.95. The waiter is absolutely charming. The food is freshly prepared in full view of the kitchen and has authentic Turkish flavours. If you order the wraps, consider sharing because they are huge. They also do fresh mint tea.We've always been at lunchtime and this place deserves to be much busier.

Great food, good atmosphere. For really good Turkish food you must give this a try! Try Iskender or Shish.

It isn't hard to find somewhere to eat on the Broadway Mill Hill but is hard to find somewhere you want to go back to. I would certainly go back. This visit was with my wife for a quiet meal together. The restaurant is small and friendly with attentive and friendly staff. My wife decided to have the mousaka which looked every bit as good as it tasted and I went for a kleftico. Again well made, tasty and well portioned. Because the restaurant is small it did get a little noisy but never too loud. Altogether a good time out. Just a shame there ore no nice bars in the area for a nightcap.

We were on way back to hotel after a very long day in London and saw this little Turkish rastaurant. The waiter was friendly and accomodated us by making up an all vegetarian cold and hot meze. The food was good and we certainly had plenty of it. Good little place and quite reasonable.
