Had a take away last night paid 25 pounds for three dishes and a pancake roll they said 30 mins hour and half later it arrived apart from pancake roll it was all cold special fried rice was basically boiled rice worst meal I’ve ever had 26 rugby gardens carol mennie

My colleague and I enjoyed a lovely meal, a large section of cakes, the main issue is trying to decide which homemade cake to choose.

Always will be the best around been using this place since I was 12 and it will never change

Just recently became a regular at this place. Everything has been perfectly fine up until today. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of them came out rock hard. The texture was like eating a breadstick. I decided to call the shop up to let them know that one of the pizza’s was over done instead he wanted to argue with me. He said I ordered thin base, the pizza is meant to be really crispy. But the other pizza that I ordered was also thin base and it was soft. I thought they would have the decency to at least make me another pizza as it wasn’t edible at all. Instead the guy told me next time not to order thin base. He didn’t even try to resolve the situation. Avoid this place at all cost! Really bad customer service. I will not be returning ever again. Your better off going Dubai express up the road they are much cheaper and care about there customers.

I came to see a friend in Ilford and we decided to go eat at QQ Grill. That was the worst decision of the night as I was practically starving. The environment was lively with a nice looking pool board that seem to draw some attention. I Ordered jollof rice and chicken with some drinks. Food took close to an hour and still didn’t arrive till I left in frustration. The ‘Alex’ that attended to us had a very demeaning disposition, unapproachable and made us feel like we were begging to get his attention. Terrible service I’d say especially for a first impression. I sure don’t see myself visiting again. NB: My friend had to go back to get the food in a pack as he said he couldn’t let the money go to waste.

Hello guys I request you to don't take any tiffin services from them they are fraud. This guy's take money from me and after 2-3 days of service they just stop tiffin services and started making excuses and till this day they haven't given me my refund it's been 2-3 month's

AVOID AVOID my son was attacked in this pub the CCTV is useless. The place is dirty and full of people taking cocaine. If you have kids please do not take them anywhere near here

The pizza was delivered on time and was delicious

Had my very 1st pie and mash in this shop 44 years ago aged 8 and whenever I'm in dagenham I go here. Was lovely! Nice and filling!

Enjoyed my dinner of samosa followed by lamb curry and naan. Authentic flavour. Excellent value . Friendly helpful service

There was a dead fly in the food, when I called to tell them about it they shouted down the phone at me and said they would call the police.

Very rude staff, sent out wrong order. And on contacting them to say they sent me wrong items they don’t believe me, after good minutes of explaining them it is not what I ordered and need them to send me the correct order, they tell me they run out of flour, then they are saying they have no drivers and will take 1h, despite the pizzeria being on same street as I live. After 1h and 20 mins after discussing with them my correct order still has not arrived, I pop in the store to find the same rude person I spoke with on the phone, he was sat with the phone in his hands and was blocking my calls. Not one single “ sorry” waited tor pizza 2 hours and 20 mins since placing the order… to be told to wait in my car and they will do it now… Disgrace! After seeing physically the place that I ordered online from, the state of the shop, the dirty nails of the person talking to me, how he was putting his fingers in his ear while talking to me, I can’t unseen these things and asked for refund. So bad that they are allowed to ruin a good name.
