Milano Pizza in Barking and Dagenham

Just recently became a regular at this place. Everything has been perfectly fine up until today. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of them came out rock hard. The texture was like eating a breadstick. I decided to call the shop up to let them know that one of the pizza’s was over done instead he wanted to argue with me. He said I ordered thin base, the pizza is meant to be really crispy. But the other pizza that I ordered was also thin base and it was soft. I thought they would have the decency to at least make me another pizza as it wasn’t edible at all. Instead the guy told me next time not to order thin base. He didn’t even try to resolve the situation. Avoid this place at all cost! Really bad customer service. I will not be returning ever again. Your better off going Dubai express up the road they are much cheaper and care about there customers.

The pizza tasted okay, but there was no seating area while we were waiting for our collection. My little one was sitting on their high table, which is one of the reasons he likes to go there, even though none of us are particularly fond of pizza. A staff member came out and rudely asked my child to get down. There was no sign indicating that sitting there wasn't allowed, and his behavior upset my little one. Last week, we visited Pizza Hut at Becontree, and the staff there were lovely. They even allowed him to sit at the high table near the till, offering him free ice cream and fries. However, at your shop, my little one was met with rude behavior from your staff. We visited your shop just for him, and if you don't treat him nicely, we have plenty of other options to choose from.

Nice experience, amazing food and service

Usually order from my local Milano but was visiting family and ordered from a different branch. The food tastes good all the time, except the chicken wings are very spicy and not suitable for anyone with no tolerance. This branch the pizza base original crust is more on the thin side, which was disappointing and the potato wedges were quite dry and overcooked. Also very small portion for the price.

Our Mozzarella sticks were very undercooked and inedible. Our pizza was supposed to have 4x mushrooms on but struggled to see any. Input a complaint in but I haven't heard anything. I don't recommend at all. Plenty of other places to eat, cheaper and with better food and customer service. £30 wasted.

I ordered a pizza this evening through Uber Eats IG2 7TL and the driver was on the stairs, he could not walk anymore because of a back/muscle pain. He is an example of a hard worker for everyone. I didn't know how to give him a tip online. Nice to see these days a real man who works like this to support his family.

Man I loved the staff,was out with my freinds and another place was haram so we had this and someone came out and asked if we wanted to order, never leave reviews on places but this was amazing, The only 2 issues are that we had nowhere to sit and eat but its a delivery pizza shop so we wouldn't blame it on them, and the pizza was cut pretty unevenly. 2 of the people I was with don't even like pizza but they loved this pizza completely.

We ordered our food for a party we areanged and we are having to keep them waiting. Its caused us emabarresment and fraustating. They initially stated out food would be delivered with in 15 min, but its been more than an hour and we are still waiting.

Won’t be returning pizza had hardly any cheese on and wings was absolutely awful disgusting sorry nope won’t waste £40 again

The pizzas were freshly made and very tasty and their hot wings was awesome as well.

He dropped the food on the floor

Ordered at 1830. Was meant to deliver within 30 mins. It's now 1943 and I still didn't receive anything. Called 6 times and each time they would say 2 more minutes 4 minutes. Then they had the nerve to blame the driver and said he got lost and went the wrong way and has been back at the store. Very poor. Terrible service and if you can't keep your promised time don't accept it. And when I told them I was cancelling the guy on the phone was quick to cancel it like he was happy the order wasn't going to get delivered. Terrible service.

Best pizza I had in a long time

Very very very clean shop. I thought it was new but they've been open for three years. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The pizzas are good. Would recommend them.

Very thin pizza. Slices very small. I ordered two medium pizzas which wasn’t enough for two of us 🤷🏻‍♀️ you can easily eat one medium pizza on ur own if not large 😆Taste was lovely tho just a shame on the size

Never ever order from here on Uber eats, ordered a pizza with pepperoni beef onions and mushrooms and I received a full veggie pizza, I then tried calling the store and they didn’t pick up and the wrong pizza I received was cold

Ordered through ubereats, so delivery fee was included. It got delivered and the delivery driver started demanding cash on the doorsteps. Wouldn't leave and kept demanding for cash for petrol. For a women living on her own this is so unprofessional and made me so uncomfortable. Maybe train your drivers to be a more professional.

Delivery was great, food was hot. Pizza was mega thin and a little underwhelming at sight but tasted great!

Got a pizza for the first time today and can’t be happier. It’s better than Pizza Hut by far. The shop is clean and the staff members were really nice. It’s cheaper than Pizza Hut too which is amazing.

Ordered a veg pizza with extra for jalapeño and gues what they put? Sharp green chillies. The whole pizza was littered with green chillies which was uneatable and eventually eneded up in the bin. They thought I am id&%£ and will not know the difference between green chillies and jalapeño. Never gonna order again from them.

I don't understand why sometimes you put so much chicken and everything you need on a pizza.. and today I gave the order of two pizzas.. and very poor.. very little chicken,of all were very few !! I do not think I'll order to you ..!

Steaming hot pizza, as fresh as .. Dominos/PizzaHut//Domino’s ..go do one - always a disappointment. These guys nailed it 👌🏽

Simply the best pizza I have had yet. The bread was slightly firm, moist and cooked evenly throughout. Right amount of pizza sauce, and toppings were nice and fresh. But the magic is in the dough, will have to look hard to find another place that can compete with their dough.

Pizza was good for a normal takeaway but not Italian pizza at all , and from a place called Milano pizza I would have expected proper Italian pizza a bit let down being an Italian from Naples

Asked for deep pan I got thin it was cold usually really nice but tonight wasn’t good couldn’t eat it! Wish I could post a photo but no option what’s going on?! Wasted £40

Delivery estimated 21:05 to 21:25 but it came after 21:25. The pizza came squashed in the middle. A quarter of the pizza’s topping had come off the pizza and was stuck on the pizza box’s lid. Pizza tasted nice but there wasn’t enough chicken on the pizza.

Terrible service I ordered and my food never came and now they not answering phone

I ordered at 8:30pm. It is now 10:13pm and my order has not been delivered yet. The order was on the move at 9:50pm and then two minutes later it said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I called the restaurant several times and the line keeps coming up as busy. I have cameras outside my house which we have checked several times and there was no delivery driver whatsoever. I am dissatisfied, frustrated at the level of incompetence shown and at the lack of response.

The food was amazing. Its actually 1 of the best pizzas i ever had. I went for thin crust and it was so fresh. The bbq chicken was so tasty. Thank you so much for this lovely food. Looking forward to ordering again

Best pizza in town! pizza was delicious.Great selection of pizza's for any taste. Can be done as you like adding or removing toppings. Clean location with a very friendly staff. Using this every week and I can say that I'm satisfied with it.. Thank you 😊

Bought a pizza and wedges from here and it was honestly the best pizza I have ever had. You can taste how fresh it is. Will be making this my regular pizza place from now on

maybe next time don’t hire a delivery driver who needs 40 minutes for a maximum 15 minute route. last time ordering from this restaurant, ridiculous.

Just eat didn't update the delivery times right and I called and they were so lovely, the food was hot and really nice and the guy who delivered it was really really friendly! Definitely ordering here again
