Awful experince, missed whoel 1 item (nachos) in delivery blaming driver and on top, male manager who spoken was super rude no sorry no apology insted blaming uber driver. His so rude really need to learn basic manners first and then be on post of manager.

Exceptional service today by Nav from the Dagenham branch. They were quick, cooked to perfection and great service. I came in to collect and Nav started it off by asking me how my day was, he was super friendly.

Great communication skills and customer service. Very clean and organised venue. Small and tidy. Staff look well groomed and frequent change of gloves. Bappi was a great service host. He paid attention to details and make sure customer satisfaction was met.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and a very unpleasant service I recently received from your Dagenham Pizza Hut location mentioned above. I placed an order on 29th June 2024 at 7:30pm, but the experience was far from satisfactory and extremely frustrating. After waiting for an extended period, my order finally arrived, only for me to find that it was incorrect. A completely wrong order was brought to me. It was sent back right away. I immediately contacted your customer service team, who assured me that the correct order would be sent out promptly. As a compensation for the inconvenience caused, I was told that the "food will be delivered hot"... What does that mean, do you deliver cold pizza too... Or was I an exceptional customer to receive hot pizzas?? Unfortunately, when the second order arrived, it was incomplete and missing food items which were promised by the Staff. Not only did I experience a significant delay, but the frustration of receiving the wrong order twice has left me very dissatisfied with the service. It was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation. My guests were all waiting for dinner and your Staff was responsible for this unprofessional behaviour and unnecessary delays. As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, I expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail. I would appreciate either a full refund for my order or a credit note for the full amount for me to avail at some other time. I request that you address this issue promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not recur. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible regarding this matter. Seal on the box of chips was broken. Looks like it's been tampered with by the delivery man. I confronted him and he was acting like he didn't know I'm really not happy with him putting his hands in my food and helping himself to food i paid for.

Missing items on order and wrong base topping

I wouldnt have even given 1 star because its definately not even worth that but had to because i dont want others to have this experience or waste their time!! I ordered pizzas and sides at 6.15pm on the pizza hut website. The tracker on the website stated the delivery time would be no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and estimated delivery time was between 6.45pm to 6.55pm. I called them 20 times on their phone number from the website but no-one answered at any point. We waited until 7.25pm and the delivery still hadn't arrived so we had to physically go to the branch arrived at 7.33pm and even then the pizza still hadnt been made. We spoke to the manager Naveen Menoa and he apologised and said that the pizza would be ready in 5mins for us to take with us. We waited another 30mins and then the order came out and it wasnt delivered either we had to take it with us. Had to waste petrol and drive to the branch when it was supposed to be delivered when trying to celebrate fathers day with my family. There were 7 or 8 delivery bikes outside the branch which is ridiculous. The phone wasnt being answered at all whilst myself and other irate customers with the same issue i have had to experience today were standing there waiting. If you have enough staff or not that is not the customers problem and further more waiting for almost 2hrs when your website and the tracker states something else is just not on!! We will not be ordering from Pizza hut again and not at all from that branch! Disgusted by the service when i work in a customer service environment myself. I emailed the complaints team of Pizza hut and was told they will pass the feedback on but from previous reviews doesnt look like they care and issues with this branch and Pizza hut seems to have been happening a long time before my experience so lie all u want pizza hut about understand feedback and improvements but we can all clearly see nothing has been improved u just want customers money. Never using u again!!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! Waited almost 2 HOURS for delivery. Called over 10 times and no one picked up the phone. Had to end up driving to the place to know what the hell was going. There were other people waiting who also experienced the same issue. My order was nowhere near ready and I had to wait for 25 minutes. The workers were working extremely slow and only one guy was handling customer service. Don’t waste your time and order elsewhere. No compensation and a very lame excuse

Absolute joke. The food came 2 hours after the order. The delivery driver was in a bike and delivered 3 other orders before getting to us. I called 6 times and they never answered. When I finally got through to them they offered a replacement at 10am at night. My kids are asleep by then. They also sent the wrong order. Be warned. Do not order from here.

The cheesy garlic bread was missing. Disappointed as we paid for garlic bread, however the rest of the delivery was perfect.

I’m absolutely disgusted with my order as the delivery driver took it to the wrong street and then to it back to the store and said it had been delivered. The manager was extremely rude to me and told me oh well take it up with just eat. Rude staff and incompetent delivery driver who is unable to follow Google maps.

Can't believe how inconsiderate this pizza hut is ,,, made an order and specifically said no mushrooms as i have a severe allergy and they obviously are not reading the ordered and it came with mushrooms, luckily my partner realised before I took a bite

I called them to order and I was told that they can't take orders as they are too busy with other order , this is absurd. So I would not recommend anyone this place

The way this pizzahut has gone downhill is unreal and i wont be spending my money here again! The service was terrible and the manager was even worst. After ordering online and arranging to COLLECT myself, when i arrived they forgot one item so i had to wait an extended. Even though the colleague owned up and said the forgot, the manager then told HER OFF for being honest with me as a customer with me there - UNREAL My pizza was not fully cooked ! When i asked for a compensation, he was irritated and said this is all i can give. This place was NEVER like this before... New management PLEASE!

Over 90 minutes late and incorrect pizzas delivered. It was hot though!

Im absolutely disgusted at the level of service from both Just Eat and Pizza Hut. Having waited over 45 minutes I called to chase up my delivery only to be told the order had not been collected for delivery by the driver and was now cold. Another order had to be made which took yet another 42 minutes before it arrived. This was complete incompetence by the driver not picking up the order and Pizza Hut staff not noticing the order still sitting there. I was not even offered any recompense for the very delayed delivery. I will be deleting the Just Eat app and not ordering from the Pizza Hut at Valence Avenue, Dagenham again.

Second visit, 13th Dec. Visited the Pizza Hut, ordered my food, the staff made me aware there was a deal in and saved me £4 on the order. Improving service so upgraded to verall 3 from 2. 1s order Ordered a pizza and food, was told it would be 15 mins, went back they had forgotten to cook my food. Had to wait another 20 minutes

Extremely rude and poor customer service, our order was 45 mins late and the person on the phone didn’t provide any compensation or refund. Instead offered to cancel our order. Will submit formal complaint

There was missing items from our order, the delivery driver refused to go and get them. Tried to call the store but no one was answering the phone, when we finally do get though the man that answered the phone was very unhelpful and rude. He kept telling us our order isn’t in the system ( how did the food get to me then) was not interested it listening at all. When asked his name he stalled then finally gave a fake name.

The pizza was cold by the time it arrived. I was not happy and will not be ordering from them ever again. Total waste of money.

Very very Cold and hard crust pizza, didn’t expect that cheapest quality from Pizza hut even local shops tastes better. Cheese was all frozen. Called 2 times for delivery as it was not showing on app either sent or not.

Was served by a lass named Lauren and a lass named Chrystal. Both sweet as pie and gave my autistic friend a sticker which made him happy. Greatly appreciative of these two members of staff.

Do not go to this Pizza Hut as they are not willing to change their gloves for vegetarian Pizzas. I called and spoke to the worker and asked if the Pizzas were made with different gloves for the veg option to avoid contamination but they refused to change gloves because they are ‘too busy’ and ‘for one large pizza’ they do not but if you order 10 Pizzas they will change their gloves. Clearly very unprofessional customers come second. Extremely annoyed to see a renowned franchise unable to change disposal gloves because one pizza is not worth the change.

For the second time in a row they delivered a thin crust when we ordered a pan pizza. It was barely room temperature. And they delivered potato wedges when we ordered Chicken strips.

i had bad experience with this pizza hut, i placed my order through uber, uber policy cleary written if you change something call restaurant straight, i called in two minutes back to restaurant to change, Sohen answered my call he said we are very busy, we can not change anything i said i just placed my order two minutes before, first he said call uber to do when i explained uber policy saying call restaurant than he said ohh might they changed but we can not change anything for you we are busy .. worst experienced ever..

Never go to buy vegeterian pizza or vegan pizza. I always buy veg pizza but never noticed but today i ordred pizza by phone and when i went to the shop for collection, i saw the people who working there they used same gloves for vegan pizza or veg pizza which they used for chicken pizza. They are so rude. I never even touch chicken they used dirty gloves for veg pizza. They aggred that they used same golves because they had no option. They said we are so busy and can't change gloves.

Order every month fore years perfect every time. I dow collect and the friendly staff make it a treat to go in. Honestly recommended every time.

Not had any serious issues with this branch pizzas have always turned up hot and within 50mins. They do get very busy though which could be how some people have encountered problems. To help fix this I've started working here on deliveries and I can honestly say that 99.9% of the pizzas go from the oven to people's doors in under 10/15mins. You have to realise there are alot of people ordering and eating pizza! I eat from here myself the place is alright. I find the thin crust too greasy personally but deep pan is lust. Not too greasy with just the right amount to make it a nice munch up. I hear the bike rider is also a catch... 😏 I was rather bias when I wrote this and I've noticed the place has gone down hill a bit in the last few years but then I did start working at one of the only 5 star health rated pizza shops in the whole of the Dagenham area after this job which changed my personal standards. It's still okay though I mean I wouldn't say no and is my second choice of pizza place locally. I still have people I would consider my friends that work here I believe.

Illiterate staff members. I ordered pizza with no garlic crust, and received pizza with garlic crust. Showed it to them, received no apology , no care. Had to go online to retrieve discount, only for it to be a voucher opposed to returning funds to my bank account which would've been more preferred as I don't intend on touching any pizza hut branches any time soon.

The staff always listens to loud music. They don’t know the have delivery order. As soon as the driver arrives in the shop, they find out that we have an order. After that, they start preparing and it’s not there first time

I've not had pizza here in more than 8 years. But tonight, I gave it another go. Ordered via the web and picked up (night of 12 March 2022). Pizza was a huge improvement and actually, really really good. It used to be terrible here! But now it's not greasy or too bitter with tomato base. Something has changed. Please keep this up and I'll keep coming back.

Ordered 3 large pizza’s in the evening for the guys during poker night. Delivery was late for around 30 minutes, everyone getting really impatient to the point peeps thought our order got cancelled. But once pizza’s arrived they were gone in seconds. Delicious, well cooked so in the end the wait was well worth it.

Bad take-away to work for. They recruit you, give you 4 hours a week then keep you of rota only to call you back to do 4 hours. ALSO BIG HYGIENE ISSUE, not a clean place to work I would not buy your pizza from here.

I loveeeeed my experience with this Pizza Hut . I usually go for papa johns but this has made me change my mind it was so much more better and warm, fluffy and delicious 🤤 on top of that they were on time . I usually don’t give reviews but after getting an email reminding me I thought why not give props for the ones that actually earned it .
