Pizza Hut Delivery in Barking and Dagenham

Food was delivered incorrect. Ordered bbq base came tomatoe. Ordered veggie pizza and came with chicken on it couldn’t eat as we are vegetarian!!!

So funny - 2 hours later and theres been no food, youve taken my £49.45 abd you day DELIVERED!!!

Rang restaurant they said order was ready but was waiting on driver and said it wasn’t the restaurants fault will need to take it up with just eat as they hadn’t picked order up on time

Pizza Hut always delivers! The pizzas are consistently delicious, with a perfectly crisp crust and generous toppings. Their garlic bread and mac and cheese are also worth trying. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Highly recommend their deals and combos for great value!

Pizza was freezing cold, my drink wasn’t delivered. I called back and they said they would get a driver to bring my drink, but they wouldn’t deliver a new pizza (even though I hadn’t even taken one bite as it was freezing cold to the touch).

I placed two orders through Just Eat at 4:15 PM for delivery at 7:10 PM but its arrived late and it came at 7:25 PM. We use your app and pay a delivery fee to get our orders on time. The restaurants also charged a service fee, which we’re happy to pay if the service is delivered as expected.

Lovely pizzas every time which are served very fast and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Took 5 minutes to be served whilst staff were chit chatting. Another 10minutes for food after the given time...useless staff

Awful experince, missed whoel 1 item (nachos) in delivery blaming driver and on top, male manager who spoken was super rude no sorry no apology insted blaming uber driver. His so rude really need to learn basic manners first and then be on post of manager.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and a very unpleasant service I recently received from your Dagenham Pizza Hut location mentioned above. I placed an order on 29th June 2024 at 7:30pm, but the experience was far from satisfactory and extremely frustrating. After waiting for an extended period, my order finally arrived, only for me to find that it was incorrect. A completely wrong order was brought to me. It was sent back right away. I immediately contacted your customer service team, who assured me that the correct order would be sent out promptly. As a compensation for the inconvenience caused, I was told that the "food will be delivered hot"... What does that mean, do you deliver cold pizza too... Or was I an exceptional customer to receive hot pizzas?? Unfortunately, when the second order arrived, it was incomplete and missing food items which were promised by the Staff. Not only did I experience a significant delay, but the frustration of receiving the wrong order twice has left me very dissatisfied with the service. It was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation. My guests were all waiting for dinner and your Staff was responsible for this unprofessional behaviour and unnecessary delays. As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, I expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail. I would appreciate either a full refund for my order or a credit note for the full amount for me to avail at some other time. I request that you address this issue promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not recur. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible regarding this matter. Seal on the box of chips was broken. Looks like it's been tampered with by the delivery man. I confronted him and he was acting like he didn't know I'm really not happy with him putting his hands in my food and helping himself to food i paid for.

Missing items on order and wrong base topping

I wouldnt have even given 1 star because its definately not even worth that but had to because i dont want others to have this experience or waste their time!! I ordered pizzas and sides at 6.15pm on the pizza hut website. The tracker on the website stated the delivery time would be no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and estimated delivery time was between 6.45pm to 6.55pm. I called them 20 times on their phone number from the website but no-one answered at any point. We waited until 7.25pm and the delivery still hadn't arrived so we had to physically go to the branch arrived at 7.33pm and even then the pizza still hadnt been made. We spoke to the manager Naveen Menoa and he apologised and said that the pizza would be ready in 5mins for us to take with us. We waited another 30mins and then the order came out and it wasnt delivered either we had to take it with us. Had to waste petrol and drive to the branch when it was supposed to be delivered when trying to celebrate fathers day with my family. There were 7 or 8 delivery bikes outside the branch which is ridiculous. The phone wasnt being answered at all whilst myself and other irate customers with the same issue i have had to experience today were standing there waiting. If you have enough staff or not that is not the customers problem and further more waiting for almost 2hrs when your website and the tracker states something else is just not on!! We will not be ordering from Pizza hut again and not at all from that branch! Disgusted by the service when i work in a customer service environment myself. I emailed the complaints team of Pizza hut and was told they will pass the feedback on but from previous reviews doesnt look like they care and issues with this branch and Pizza hut seems to have been happening a long time before my experience so lie all u want pizza hut about understand feedback and improvements but we can all clearly see nothing has been improved u just want customers money. Never using u again!!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! Waited almost 2 HOURS for delivery. Called over 10 times and no one picked up the phone. Had to end up driving to the place to know what the hell was going. There were other people waiting who also experienced the same issue. My order was nowhere near ready and I had to wait for 25 minutes. The workers were working extremely slow and only one guy was handling customer service. Don’t waste your time and order elsewhere. No compensation and a very lame excuse

Absolute joke. The food came 2 hours after the order. The delivery driver was in a bike and delivered 3 other orders before getting to us. I called 6 times and they never answered. When I finally got through to them they offered a replacement at 10am at night. My kids are asleep by then. They also sent the wrong order. Be warned. Do not order from here.

The cheesy garlic bread was missing. Disappointed as we paid for garlic bread, however the rest of the delivery was perfect.

I’m absolutely disgusted with my order as the delivery driver took it to the wrong street and then to it back to the store and said it had been delivered. The manager was extremely rude to me and told me oh well take it up with just eat. Rude staff and incompetent delivery driver who is unable to follow Google maps.

Can't believe how inconsiderate this pizza hut is ,,, made an order and specifically said no mushrooms as i have a severe allergy and they obviously are not reading the ordered and it came with mushrooms, luckily my partner realised before I took a bite

The way this pizzahut has gone downhill is unreal and i wont be spending my money here again! The service was terrible and the manager was even worst. After ordering online and arranging to COLLECT myself, when i arrived they forgot one item so i had to wait an extended. Even though the colleague owned up and said the forgot, the manager then told HER OFF for being honest with me as a customer with me there - UNREAL My pizza was not fully cooked ! When i asked for a compensation, he was irritated and said this is all i can give. This place was NEVER like this before... New management PLEASE!

Over 90 minutes late and incorrect pizzas delivered. It was hot though!

Im absolutely disgusted at the level of service from both Just Eat and Pizza Hut. Having waited over 45 minutes I called to chase up my delivery only to be told the order had not been collected for delivery by the driver and was now cold. Another order had to be made which took yet another 42 minutes before it arrived. This was complete incompetence by the driver not picking up the order and Pizza Hut staff not noticing the order still sitting there. I was not even offered any recompense for the very delayed delivery. I will be deleting the Just Eat app and not ordering from the Pizza Hut at Valence Avenue, Dagenham again.
