I can not explain how these guy grew their business over the past 3 years. Hates off to them. The best chicken shop around atm.

Its not Popeye anymore. Its called CHICKEN GUYS now. I had a pizza and wings. Pizza was dry due to lack of cheese. Wings were ok.

I was told to on time that the pizza would be ready to be collected in 15 minutes. When arrived there I was told the order has been placed only 3 minutes ago when I have placed the order 30 min ago. This is the third time they been doing this. This place really needs to have a better time management as a customer cannot be waiting 40 minutes in the shop for 3 pizzas. Really disappointed. Never again will be placing any orders here.

Hi, I ordered Grill chicken and I was told 10min, then another 10min and then I got the food after 40min. There was no other customers when I ordered my food and after finally getting my food they said it's going to be the best Grill chicken ever but, it was the worst Grill chicken I Ever had. And I had Grill chicken from Many different shops but, this was the worst. I wonder why there shop always looks empty.

This place is diabolical! Ordered 3 ribs meal and the ribs were ICE COLD in the middle!! The guy that served me offered to reheat it in the microwave🤦‍♂️🤣 I said no I want my money back and he didn't want to give me a full refund only a partial refund (and no I didn't eat nothing out the meal maybe accept a chip or two). And the server was not appolagetic once. What a dive, should of trusted my guy instinct and went next door to chunky chicken

Ordered directly from their website, took my money, didn’t deliver the food nor refund me my money. Contacted them numerous times and knowingly refusing to sort it out. Still haven’t received a refund 2-3 weeks later. If you do place an order, do so through a third party (UberEats/JustEat) but running a scam/thieving people from their website.

I paid for whole chicken, but when I checked it was only half chicken in the package. I called to the shop and refused to communicate with me.

My first visit to popeys was in Canada which was very enjoyable. However the UK version did not live up to my expectations. Average food like any other chicken place. Service was good though.

Good food, i usually get 20 wings for 6 pound, just went there now and a woman told me 15 wings for £6, 20 wings for £7, made up price, this isn't the first time either, absolutely terrible customer service and trickery, how is 5 wings £1

On enterance this man was welcoming and friendly. The whole time whilst waiting for my order he was was very communicative and could hold a nice laugh with his customers. Definitely recommend this place, the food was also very delicious and good prices and deals! Also treated me very well as he knew it was my birthday haha!

We have ordered two Pizza yesterday evening.Both of were burnt and was taste less.Had stomach pain.Never recommend anyone and Won’t go back again.

I was very disappointed with the service I got today I always go there as I am a regular customer there(15 years old). one of the staff were rude to me and other member of the staff and I was waiting a long time for my food even though I saw that it was ready. the person that I paid walked off and didn't alert the other staff of my order. I've never been treated like this especially because I have never been served by this particular person I was absolutely appaled with their behaviour. But usually I get treated well when I go there and there food I don't have any complaints yet.

Went for a collection, placed order an hour before over the phone. Got their was told fresh chicken will be 10 minutes… waited 30 mins chicken had only gone in front of me. Very rude chef towards his staff. Rubbish customer service. In end took my money back went else where.

One of the bad service and food I ever had . I am waiting my food from one hour and driver come after 12 clock in night the food was to bad in taste I think it was not fresh I threw all in bin . I never ever order again from this restaurant.

They are 100% scams they says one price but charge higher also food is soooo disgusting and very law quality please I requesting every one not to go this place I never had like this experience. Zero star for me had a Uber delivery The Chicken was smelling like it’s been there for days. Please check your quality it was horrible the fried chicken was rock hard the grilled wings smelled so did the grilled chicken please check what you are sell never never again

The prices keep increasing all the time however I had the mega box meal this Sunday and it has given me and my sisters food poisoning.

Bad ketchup taste weird and no wipes

Very good value for money meal deals especially the family buckets. Their hot wings are definetly the best thing served. 20 wings for £5 u can't go wrong. Could do with a few variety of sauces but definetly would recommend trying their hot wings cheap and cheerful.

Righty ho ! Well i guess this is the best chicken shaap in whole of barking where i have been going for nearly a year ! That tamil donny makes bare nice food ! Bbq wings r so yummy ooo lala ! Quarter pounder is okay as well just need a bit more salad or sauce ! Pizza is amazingly perrrfect darling ! Burger box meals r very similar to kfc but prices r really cheap oh wow ! 5 star rating ! 100% recommended ! Make sure when u go chat to that tamil donny or aunty best people

Food is a step above the dry, day old fried chicken found elsewhere in Barking. Pieces and wings are crispier and more flavoursome then those from the Colonel himself. Same with the burgers. Haven't tried the pizza.
